    We strongly recommend Long Electric! We had to replace a faulty ceiling chandelier and several other fixtures. Doug did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly and the cost was very reasonable. We wont hesitate to use them again for any electrical work that we need done.

    Had a new 400 amp service with a 200 amp breaker panel with lighting and receptacles installed on a new pole barn.Showed up early on the first day and completed installation on second. Passed ruff-in and final without any problems.I am very happy with service at a reasonable price. Thanks

    We have used a couple of Electricians in the area, but by far Long Electric was by far better value, professional, on time or called if they were running late. The front desk is prompt in answering your calls and try to work around your schedule. As a home owner, Realtor, we have seen a few subcontractors but for Electrical work; Long Electrical is first on our list to call and recommend. *****

    Long Electric repaired, installed and did multiple projects in our new, but 30 year old home. They were very professional, competent and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated and answered my questions.We really appreciate the work of electrician Doug and his helper Paul. They were great and I now feel safe in my home.     We had a ceiling fan installed, some ceiling lights relocated to different switches, an outlet relocated, and some other minor work. The estimator and guys completing the work were friendly and very professional. I was able to schedule to obtain the estimate the same day I called and the work was completed the following day. The work was completed as requested and the area cleaned and returned to the condition it was before they arrived. I was extremely happy with the service and the fee charged. I would not hesitate to use Long Electric on any future projects. A+

    Jason was very professional and prompt when used for my home unplanned, urgent need. His knowledge of what happened and what we needed to do to prevent it was very helpful. Jason has worked on several projects with me at work where I manage maintenance for several work sites. Long Electric is a great company for residential and commercial work. I am so thankful to have found someone with integrity and quality work.

    My experience with Long Electric was excellent. The estimate process with Jason was quick and easy, and surprising when the work was scheduled within three days of when I gave the go-ahead. Matt and Lee, the techs that installed the circuit and receptacle for my car charger, showed up on time, and were friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely call Long Electric again if needed.

    We bought a house in which much of the lighting had fallen into disrepair. Long Electric has been here twice and we are more than satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the communication and work has been professional and quality. Doug and Paul finished work this morning and left us with a home lighting system that feels like home now. Any future upgrades will definitely have us calling them again.

    Shawn called this morning at 7:58 to let me know that he was on his way to my home. He promptly arrived at the time he said he would, introduced himself and the young man that was working with him as Garrett. Walked through my home with me as I explained to him the things that I wanted. He was very understanding and engaging in what I needed done. I told him I wanted to add a couple of plugs to my bathroom, but most importantly, I needed the heater in my bathroom fixed, it was not working. Shawn immediately went to work to what I can best describe as diagnosing the problem, Shawn began working to see what he could do to fix my immediate needs. He and Garrett fixed the heater in my bathroom and replaced switches so everything works! They also complemented me on my home and my decor i have never felt more comfortable having men come work in my home, Thank You Long Electric your company is second to none.

    I used Long Electric yesterday for several switches and outlets that needed to be repaired. The technician - Lee if I remember right - arrived on time and worked through all the repairs very timely and professionally. Ill be using them for all my electrical needs in the future!Update on 11/23/22 - I needed help from Long Electric to file paperwork for a claim with my insurance company to get reimbursed for power surge that took out my double wall ovens. Butch, Whitney and Jason were extremely helpful with getting this done. Ill definitely continue to use them for all my electrical needs.

    I have done business with Long Electric twice now, once was for several home projects and now for my workplace. Within 24 hours I had two electricians at my place of business to install a 3 phase junction box to a brand new garbage disposal in our restaurant. I had previously contacted three other electricians who either never showed up, could not do the job or just did not want to work. They were running an hour later than promised, and I even got a call from the Service Manager to let me know. Matt and Lee were my guys and they had the work completed within 30 minutes. Long Electric will definitely be my choice in the future for my home and workplace!! Thank you for a professionally run operation.

    After a thunder storm, our power went out just in one room. I knew it was the circuit breaker, but wasnt sure how to reset it. I called and they sent out a repairman within a couple hours of my calling. He showed me what the problem was and it was an easy fix!     We bought an electric car from a company that uses Qmerit to contract local electricians to install the level 2 charger outlets. They selected Long Electric, who we had never used. Since our panel was on the other side of the house from the garage, they made a special trip out to make sure the installation would be covered by Qmerit in full before starting the install. The install went great and they handled everything with Qmerit, and the got the outlet put in the perfect spot for our car.

    I want to say my experience with Bruce Saul and his work crew at Long Electric, LLC was simply outstanding. Ours was a fairly major project and required coordination with LCUB, KUB, neighborhood HOA, and Knox County. Bruce was always accessible and our communications (phone, email, text) on a wide variety of issues, were wonderful.Bruce Saul was brutally honest when it came to delivery dates for supplies and materials in this era of COVID supply-chain breakdowns. I had no idea it was so bad, particularly in the construction electrical industry.     I had switches that were acting really funny and controlling the wrong lights. Josh came and spent the time troubleshooting and making everything work. Now the 2 switches for the foyer light control the foyer light and the 2 switches for the garage door lights control the outdoor garage door lights. Somehow, they were backwards and causing some other erratic behavior. They must have been installed incorrectly in the beginning.

    First- the receptionist Michaela, was quick to put me in contact with an estimator and remembered me each time I called to check on dates or work. She’s a great upfront person. Next, the estimator Bruce came and was knowledgeable and reassuring about a total installation of electrical service in a o110 year old building. His estimate was reasonable and the final bill never increased.He gave very good advice and helped me think through a couple of difficult construction issues.Now - the two men that did the entire installation were exceptional. They were on time each day. They were respectful and had an overall great, positive attitude. There were a couple of times that I had forgotten to tell them something I wanted and their answer was always “no problem - we can do that”. They even made some very common sense suggestions for lighting choices and placement. They made the entire experience easy.Long’s price was reasonable considering how expensive wire and panels are at this time. They have a great team! I’m grateful that they took on this difficult job and I’m extremely pleased with their work!
