    My big old house needed a new boiler update. After calling Denneys for a second estimate, their price was much more affordable than the first company. Craig and Joey were very helpful with answering all my questions, no matter when I called. When it came time for installation, Milt, Pete, Daniel and Jessie did an amazing job working in a somewhat small space. I am very impressed with the service I received and will call on them again when needed!

    Tonight, Christmas Eve, my main sewer line got plugged. I called Dennys plumbing, they called back in less than 5 minutes, I explained what was going on. They had a crew (2) at my house in about an hour. These 2, I dont remember their names, had tried everything possible to get us taken care of, they said that they were not going to leave until they had us taken care of. They had to call for more equipment to do the job, Levi Denney and another fella came to help. With in a short time, they had it cleared. These men left their families on Christmas Eve to come help my family, if I could rate them higher than the 5 stars I would give this company/business a million stars. They have earned our business. We want to thank them for the job that they have done. This is an outstanding example of how a business/company should treat their customers. Once again thank you for being you.

    Yesterday I had a technician from JF Denney in my home to service my home heating system. I was very pleased with the work he performed. He completely checked out both the furnace and the humidifier. He was not an oiled that I watched him as he did his work and was able to answer any questions I had. His service only took a little while yet was very thorough. I can certainly recommend having a home heat and air service contract with JF Denney.

    Trust is huge when renovating a vintage home in Leavenworth. Rob and Travis hit the ball out of the park! They removed and replaced a bulky mega pipe in my basement, worked on the blockage in the line and patched up the brick floor to perfection and created a water line to my new refrigerator. All systems go with laundry on location and water and ice in the kitchen. The first sound of an ice cube was music to my ears! My list of plumbing needs will land in their hands as I have witnessed great care for my aged home. This was the experience I was looking for!

    Great job by JF Denny’s HVAC specialists installing the latest Amana Side Discharge Heat Pump and Furnace. My comfort has greatly improved since they replaced my 30 year old single stage systems.     Cant say enough how good this company is. Having moved to the Tonganoxie area over a year ago, we purchased 2 top of the line products from JF Denney. A Kinetico water softener system and a Rinnai tank-less hot water heater system. The installs were conducted by professional folks.     I purchased a water softener from this company for the second time because how how great the first unit was that I left with my last house. Once again, these guys were awesome. They are always on time and have a dispatcher who calls approximately twenty minutes before they arrive to give you a heads up. Once my system was installed, my hot water tank started to leak. This was no surprise as it was apparent the previous owners took care of nothing and the date on the tank was 8 years old in a very poor quality water area. Before it was diagnosed, the JF Denney team came out quickly every time I called to test and check my soft water system. Once we determined the water tank was bad, they quoted me the work on a new tank and had it in within two days. They saved me money out of appreciation for my business and took care of me like family (no joke). These guys are real professionals. They are clean, they communicate, they are fast, and they do outstanding work and will impress you with how they won’t cut corners (even if it’s out of their pocket and not yours). Lee was informative and very knowledgeable when handling the current problems of our 1968 home.     I had two recent experiences with JF Denney. The Remodeling Team did a fantastic job replacing rotting siding (water damage over time) along the lower edge of the fireplace surround, the lower portion of a very shaded rear wall, and around a previously leaking water hydrant (spicket). The Team was on time, did very professional repairs. and left the area cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with their attention-to-detail. For example, they primed the back of the siding pieces (seldom done), caulked all seams and nail heads then repainted the entire project area. Great team at a very competitive price.I had a 2d recent experience this time with the Plumbing Team. I had an outside frost-free faucet fail without any advanced indications causing a huge leak. The Team responded within an hour of my panic call. They quickly located repair parts for the 30 yr. old faucet and rebuilt it so they wouldnt have to cut into a finished basement wall to totally replace the entire old faucet...a more destructive and expensive option. Ive used JF Denney for a variety of projects and repairs for over the last 20 years. Theyve never let me down. I highly recommend them.

    If I could give JFDenny 10 stars instead of 5 I would! After at least a half dozen other repairmen from several different companies couldnt figure out why our water heater/boiler system was leaking, we were resigned to needing to replace the whole system (thats the short version of a very long saga) which was going to cost us several thousand dollars. When JFDenny arrived to install the new system, they realized that the issue hadnt been properly diagnosed by any of the previous repairmen and they fixed the issue instead of installing the new system. They could have easily just installed the system and charged us the thousands for it, but instead Jared, Daniel, Kyle, and Joey spent several hours and their collective many years of experience figuring out what was actually wrong and fixing it for a few hundred instead and saved us thousands of dollars.     JFDWater is really, really good. I purchased a Kinetico RO system and water softener on May 2016. The system really fulfills all my expectations. Their service is what should be expected from a great company: excellent quality service over the phone; technician is very knowledgeable, fast, and courteous.The Kinetico RO system they sell is excellent. The quality of the drinking water is incredible. I dont drink coffee or tea, but my wife and my immediate and extended family do and they say that both their hot drinks taste stronger and much better, like the real deal.I drink a lot of water (72+ oz every day) and always carry my water wherever I go, even restaurants. The RO water tastes really good -- clean and fresh. We use it for cooking, juice machine, bread baking, etc. The ice maker also makes a crystal clear ice (not that white, bad tasting ice made from regular faucet water).I recently had to call JFDWater because the ice maker stopped working. I was worried it was broken. The technician, Chris Jones, was very knowledgeable of how the whole system works and was able to fix the problem within 10-15 minutes. He was very courteous and answered all my questions (and I dont have to buy a new ice maker!!). He even tested both the RO and softener water to make sure the systems were working properly.I am a very satisfied customer and would easily recommend this company to anyone. Their service and quality of products are superb compared to other companies and water filtration systems.

    We had two very old water heaters that we wanted to replace with a tankless. The venting was complicated because of the location in the middle of our finished basement. We contacted five different companies. Of the five, JFDenney and one other stood out as up for the task, but in the end JFD came up with the best solution for venting and also came in well below the other companys quote. Denay was a pleasure to work with, start to finish, and Jared did a great job on the install. I should note that the other three companies were well known, highly reviewed plumbing companies and none of them could come up with a (legal) venting solution for the install and didnt even come close to the level of professionalism and friendliness that Denay, Jared, and the JF Denney team had.     Having a plumbing disaster, and having JF Denney crew show up to help is like having your family coming to lend a helping hand during hard times. I have only written 2 google reviews, and both on the JF Denney. We had a significant sewer blockage on a Thursday Evening, JF Denney came by the next day to fix. Cleaned the line, got us in business again. They ran a camera, but the line took several ridiculous 45 turns in a row, so camera could not get through, but line looked good where we could see via camera. Within a week, blockage again, and in the evening again. JF Denney got in first thing, found debris in line where it was not before - the worst - a probable point break. Phil let the office know, and Kyle arrived very soon after. Looked at the problem, came up with options, provided a bid and even finance options. This was a Friday, and set up the work first thing Monday. Our line was cleared, with fingers crossed for it to get us through the weekend. Of course, the line did not hold, by Saturday we were doing a hotel. And, of course, a snow storm hit, and we were concerned the snow would prevent our line getting fixed. Kyle called on Sunday night (wow!) to check on us, and if would be fine for the heavy equipment across our property. Monday morning, they arrived first thing and began work, snow, cold, and all. Unfortunately, the point break turned out to be two point breaks, and a lot more digging and materials. The crew (Dalton, Daniel, and Bob at the end of the job) worked quickly in terrible conditions on a slope, fixed the breaks, improved the line engineering by removing some of the line turns, and had us back in business. They worked quickly enough that the additional time and materials were still within the original quote. The entire JF Denney team are hard working and honest for their customer, and seem to truly care. If you have a problem, JF Denney is good to have at your side. Thank you Kyle and JF Denney crew!

    I was interested in the quality of water provided by the city. I came acrossChris Jones with Kinetico water systems and J.F. Denney plumbing. He explained how in 20 min I would be armed with all the info on water quality I would need. After running several test quickly he was able to report to me some very scary but useful facts. Me and my wife enjoyed the time Chris spent and never once did he try to push equipment on us.     Jfd water was fantastic for getting my softner and purified water installed. Jared did a fantastic job installing everything while Chris walked me through every step. If you go with culligan over this group, your in the wrong. At least touch base and get an estimate from them.

    Very happy with the service I received on my water softener system it was having issues they figured out the tanks needed to be replaced replaced at no extra charge I highly recommend the monthly service plan for any of the water softener systems it paid off in the long run and they take care of all of my filter needs and salt great company to work with!
