Elite Electrical Solution LLCI have used Elite Electrical for a few years now. I’ve always had excellent customer service. From the office lady to the guys in the field, everyone was professional. Tino with Elite Electrical flat out earned a FIVE star review.From the moment you meet Tino you can see his straight shooter personality that is honest and fair. He explained the needs of the job, priced the job very well, and did the work to the level he stated. The attention to detail made the job feel like he was doing work at his own house. If you are in the market to add a standby generator this is the only electrician you need to call. He was better priced then the local generator installers I bought my generator from.Any further electrical work will be done by Tino and Elite Electrical because his company info will for ever be saved in my phone contacts. We are new to Texas and Tino came as a referral. Just bought a new construction home that was slapped together with very basic electrical work. From the time we called Tino he came out within a few days. We walked through the house and he made his recommendations and then it wasn’t very long after we got a very reasonable estimate from what the others were estimating. To be honest even if we were quoted a little higher I would’ve paid it because I was so pleased with his customer service. We had ceiling fans installed, recessed lighting added to some of the rooms, and upgraded the lights over the island in the kitchen. Everything was done perfectly!! I highly recommend Tino!!

Late to add this review but I can’t say enough great things about Elite Electrical Solutions. I had them come out to do a whole home load calculation to make sure the circuits I’m adding in my garage will not pull more than my service can sustain. Elite came out very promptly measured the actual load with an amp meter and everything on in my house. They provided a write up that I used for my electrical permit to start the work. Great company would absolutely use them again.

Top notch service seriously! They were able to get on the schedule quickly. Came out and fixed the issue as well as educating me on other things as a homeowner that I need to be aware of. But most of all Tino is a great human being. I asked him if he could do me a favor because my little one suffers from severe OCD (fire is her main fear) and he walked the house with her and room and let her know all the outlets and smoke detectors look great. Truly this small gesture meant everything to me. I can’t recommend them enough and will call them anytime we need anything or I know anyone who needs electrical work. Andrea is very prompt in responding to emails, provided good information and worked with us to get an appointment asap, I didn’t expect to be accommodated with an appointment within a week. Ricky & Tino were professional, went out of their way to advise us of things that could go wrong or look wrong while installing our ceiling fans, when they could have easily just done it the way we initially thought would work fine. They even called the office when we had the wrong piece and had their boss bring us the correct one instead of having us go get it and have to bring them back again to complete.I highly recommend EES!

I had a 30A 240V GFCI breaker and receptacle installed in my main panel and garage. These guys gave me a good price, showed up on time and did a nice job. The installer didnt have the cover for the outlet in his truck and had another technician bring one to him to make sure it looked nice. Would recommend.

I reached out to Elite Electrical Solutions for a new light fixture install. After booking another electrician that was a no-show, my experience with Elite was fantastic. They requested some information on the ceiling and fixture and got me scheduled for the next day. All of that communication was over the weekend. The team that showed up were professional, courteous and very transparent in what they will do. They even offered to clean up the area, which was nice. Will definitely use this company again

The folks here came out to quote the install and knew due to the nature of my business that today (Saturday) was the only day I had available where the shop would be empty. The Elite Electrical team is amazing. Came out to give a quote and was able to schedule an install for an EV 240v plug that same week. When my schedule changed, they were super accommodating in a re-schedule. Install took about 30 mins (only a 12 outdoor run) and looks seamless with the home.

I highly recommend Elite Electrical Solution! We started construction on our barndominium in Florence, at the middle of last year, at the height of the housing market in Austin. All of the electricians we reached out to either never showed up or were quoting really high prices without being able to even provide an estimate of when they could start the work.Elite Electrical Solutions was able to squeeze into their schedule within a few days and had an estimate out to us quickly. The service was performed on time and was very professional. We have now moved into our home and would definitely reach out to them for any other electrical work.I’ve since then also recommended then to my sister who is building her home and has received the same experience in terms of professionalism and timeliness. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have had difficulty finding a good electrician in the past (horror stories abound), but this was the opposite. They were quick to arrive, actually knew what they were talking about, and they took great care of me.Not to get into too many details, but my issue ultimately was due to the meter thats owned by the city. They helped call PEC on my behalf, told them what needs to happen, expedited it, and it worked like a charm. Everything was fixed with minimal fuss and that was not what I was expecting.Specifically, Yolanda came to the rescue. Not all heroes wear capes. :)

I do a lot of research before choosing a contractor and man, how Tino blew my expectations away! I sent Elite an email for a quote and received a very timely response at a extremely reasonable price for the expertise and experience of a master electrician. Tino and Angel added a 14-50R, added a home surge protection device, replaced a worn A/C breaker, replaced a sensitive AFCI, helped me troubleshoot a couple things around the house, and educated and provided recommendations for some additional things.
