    Bear Electric upgraded our separate switch, breaker box, power meter box etc. to a combined switch breaker box and new power box. The original breaker box and power meter box were grungy and occupied too much space on the wall. The installation was done on time and on budget and worked immediately. The power disconnect required for the installation was very short. All replaced/unused materials were removed and the landscaping restored. Kudos. We had a neighborhood power outage shortly after the installation was complete, the generator started perfectly so no complaints.Bear also previously installed the generator, did all the permit leg work and again did the job on time and on budget.Bear gets things done and does a great job, we most definitely recommend Bear Electric.I have attached images of the recently completed work versus the prior. I also have added an image of the final generator installation and propane tank installation. There was a lot involved since we had to get a propane tank which we wanted below ground. Bear provided a great deal of help with the entire project. There were three contractors involved Bear Electric, Bubbas Got Gas (Propane), and Micheal Rooney Enterprises (excavation). Everything was done on time and on budget and worked well.All these contractors are most definitely recommended.

    Bear Electric was a great find! Scott was willing set me up the day I called. And Logan, the technician was at my house within 20 minutes. The issues were quickly triaged and remedied as he had all the things he needed. He was thorough, efficient and pleasant. Gotta love a good company with good people!

    I highly recommend Bear Electric! Logan and Scott did an excellent job installing an outlet and Ethernet port in my master bedroom for my LG OLED TV. They were incredibly helpful in determining the best locations for the outlets and offered great recommendations, especially since I was unsure about the placement.They measured everything carefully, ensuring that the outlet installation aligned perfectly with my TV’s mounting bracket. Their punctuality, politeness, and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the results and will definitely return for future projects!

    We had a wonderful experience with Bear Electric!We had just bought an older house and wanted issues in the inspection report to be addressed. I sent the electrical section of the report to Scott and he was very helpful about helping us figure out exactly what we should have done.Joe and his assistant arrived on time with clear instructions for what they needed to do. They worked very, very hard for seven straight hours making sure that everything was completed - and completed well. They even addressed a small issue not on the list that came up as they worked.I highly recommend Bear Electric! They are great!

    Scott came over and installed a 240V for our Tesla, he was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. We were surprised when we were searching and saw his company had a 5 star rating, but now understand fully why they have that score. Not only was the service done quickly, he also took the extra steps to show us what would be needed in the future if we did any improvements to the home and to keep us safe.

    These guys communicate very well and are super quick! I had two breakers go out and they were able to replace them within 10 minutes!They also talked to me about looking into a surge protector for the main breaker which Ill do in the future. Home Depot sells the one I want by Eaton, but Ill talk with them to see what my options are. :)

    Logan did an excellent job! I needed to have a socket removed at the electrical box, along with two separate large, ancient outdoor lights removed. He made quick work of all of this and also sent in an evaluation of improvements needing to be made to the electric main panel. Many thanks!!

    It was a pleasure meeting Scott! He came out and did a one year service on our Generac after the company that did the original install disappeared without any warning. He had great, updated, information about how it should be set up. He also took care of a troublesome electrical outlet inside the house.     GENERAC 26 Kw. Scott was corteus over the phone and was able to move forward the initial appointment to fit in his schedule. He is Knowledgeable, checked the equipment connections and was able to have the generator up and running. Reviewed settings and automatic turn on date and time, tested the Generator response to a cut in power and advised on proper care going forward. A previous company that I called was not able to troubleshoot the equipment. Bear Electric checked all boxes and I am happy to recommend their services.

I have used Bear for other jobs as well like Generator Interconnect and whole home surge protector and their service and prices can’t be beat! They also did a whole home Generac standby generator for one of my neighbors and they were extremely happy and impressed. They also installed a EV charger for my parents as well as additional Soffit outlets for Christmas lights at their house and additional outlets in the attic.     Scott arrived not just on time, but early. He began the work before our appointment time (8am) ... had hit the ground running before I knew he was there. Scott had to replace my old panel and install a new updated panel so he could set up a transfer switch (and inlet plug) for my generator. Total down time for electricity was only about 2 1/2 hours and the job was completed within about 4 hours ... including the installation of a new garage GFCI outlet. He even took the time to re-label all the breakers in the new panel as I had had the breakers labeled in my old panel.I had to contact Scott after the work was complete about a couple of questions; he responded quickly, and one time, unexpectedly, on a weekend. He resolved my questions easily but was ready, if necessary, to come by my home again to resolve my problem personally.I highly recommend Scott and Bear Electric.

    After the recent storm a bunch of my breakers tripped. One section of my house still wasn’t functioning even after resetting them. I reached out on Yelp to get quotes and Bear Electric responded immediately. Instead of just setting up a service call, and charging me, he asked if I would call him. He walked me through what he thought the issue might be and even FaceTimed me to show me exactly what to do. This fixed the issue! I hadn’t realized there was another box outside. That’s what I call customer service. I did end up getting a whole house surge protector and having some breakers replaced. He made sure he understood the issue, and had the parts beforehand.
