All in all a good job done quickly and professionally.Addendum: There was a need for a call back. Rodney and team did a fantastic job. No one likes a call back but this time it is a positive. The crew did the needed remediation and left the work site in perfect condition. Five stars to them.

They installed my two new Carrier units in one day and even made a follow-up visit the next day, at my request, to make sure the systems were running properly. Now, my house remains at a constant temperature on all floors (basement, 1st, 2nd). It was an excellent investment that is coupled with exceptional warranties.

I called to schedule an appointment for a furnace tune up late in the afternoon and a technician was sent several hours later. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful when he discovered a situation in my utility room that had nothing to do with him. He took pictures to document what he had discovered and even cleaned it up. He was the best technician ever and it was the end of his day! Way to go ARS!

I contacted ARS in search of a new AC unit and furnace. The sales rep was friendly, professional and kept it honest. After he left I was still undecided but the company followed up with me a few weeks later and provided me a variety of cost options that were in budget. On install day, the technicians arrived on time and swiftly replaced the old unit with the new unit. Haven’t had AC in months and the new system cooled the house in short order. Would recommend giving them a call if you’re looking to replace your HVAC system.

Comfort advisor Mike McFarland was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. We decided to replace the furnace (19 years old), and air conditioning unit that was struggling to keep up. ARS price quote was the most affordable out of 3 quotes and they offer 0 % financing for 36 months . Mike came out a 2nd time on his day off to remeasure to be sure there was enough space to add the humidifier and upgraded filter as our laundry room is quite tight.I really like that ARS gives you a 100% money back guarantee that if , for any reason, within 1 year we are not 100% satisfied, they will remove their equipment and refund us 100% of our money. That says to me that they stand by their product, service and word.

The next day installers Jude & Tywone arrived on time and yet again professional. They took extra steps to keep our home clean when removing the old unit and through out the whole process. I had an appointment with Greg Kim last night and was able to get a new system installed this morning. Greg also ensured I was getting pricing options that I was comfortable with, and I felt as though I was a valued customer. Lovell and Logan arrived this morning and completed the install. They both made sure I understood how the system worked before leaving. They respected my home and did a great job. My system is running so quietly and cool. I plan to keep it maintained and I’m sure I’ll be worry free for many years.

ARS service was excellent! All the way from start to finish there was great communication, prompt service, and fair prices. Scheduling service online was easy, with a follow up call that day and another call just prior to service along with email reminders. I had no AC for several weeks and ARS technician DeAndrew Johnson was able to solve the problem, resulting a much quicker and less expensive solution than I was expecting. He discovered a small leak coming from a faulty valve and was able to replace the part and recharge the system with freon in the same day. The hours were convenient for me since I was home after work in the early evening between 5pm and 7pm, and there was no after hours fee. I highly recommend ARS for HVAC service.

I just had my a/c tuned up and everything about ARS was very professional, including the technician who came to check my system. I had originally purchased both my furnace (my original one had died) and my a/c (there wasn’t one) a few years ago and have been very happy with both systems!———————————————————————————Today 10/4, I had another 5 star maintenance performed on my heating system that I also purchased from ARS, and like my a/c tune up, everything done by the technician was very professional, who has been here before to do a very minor repair—the system is like a race car, and right after I had it installed, a small fuel jet had a tiny clog in it which this technician quickly diagnosed and cleaned, and I have never had the problem again! I can always count on ARS to do a wonderful job, and do it quickly!! And once they have completed the seasonal maintenance on either the heating or a/c systems, the technicians have always come right to me to let me know they are done, and to let me know exactly what they did to complete the maintenance on either system!I am so glad I chose ARS to purchase my heating and a/c systems from, and I rest easily knowing I have top Carrier products and the outstanding technicians who really know what they are doing to come over regularly to perform the maintenance on both systems! I also don’t have to think about it—they keep track of when my systems are due to have their seasonal maintenance done, and they contact me to schedule them at my convenience!! Our service professional Dennis was just that, professional. During our initial consultation he took his time explaining what our options were and the pros and cons of a given decision. The day of installation we received a call in advance notifying us of his approximate arrival time. He and his assistant took the time to protect our homes floor from outside dirt during both the initial consultation and during the installation. The installation was done very professionally and the cleanup afterwards was thorough and complete. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

The team started by assessing the existing furnace n piping and space requirements; they explained how the new unit would fit & what piping & adjustments would be made. They removed our 18 yo nonfunctional gas furnace & obsolete exhaust piping. He went over all pertinent details of the gas furnace, heat pump, thermostat, & C monoxide monitors. Very thorough. The repairman, Vladimir, was awesome. He did a through job and was very pleasant. The companys policy decisions leave a lot to be desired. I made a morning appointment between 8 to 12 a week ago. Got a call the morning of to reschedule my appointment! No youre not. Ive taken the day off. Who calls the same day to reschedule an appointment?They managed to find someone who was petrified of dogs and refused to come inside the house. Its pouring rain outside, the dogs are friendly and the furnace is in the basement where they never go! I call hoping theyll send someone else. 2 hours later he arrives and gets the job done with perfection.
