    I never write reviews but in this case it had to be done. I called two electricians on Sunday because my lights were dimming when we used the microwave or dryer. Rudisill called me back at 7:50 Monday morning and that is not even the best part. I explained my issue to Barb and she informed me that Rick was slammed today but he might be able to help if I had a moment to chat now. Rick jumped on the phone with me and diagnosed the issue on the spot. Turns out, I did not need a electrician, it was a Teco issue. I am still waiting for the second electrician to call me back. I have used Rudisill many times over the years and each time he has done a great job!!

    Open the door to a smiling young man by the name of Joseph, very pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced in the job. Even suggested a crystal adjustment that made my chandelier look more elegant and he explained the correct bulbs and the difference between what we had compared to what we needed.     Rick and Joesph are great. They are very punctual and are amazing at what they do. We needed outlets replaced (updated), light fixtures hung, some re-wiring, and a new electrical panel. Our house looks great now thanks to them. They also charge a very fair, competitive price compared to other electricians in the area.     Rick Rudisill and his assistant Joseph are the best! If it’s electric I turn to them for help and guidance and they have never steered me wrong. Their work is flawless, their attitude is wonderful and they provide the very best customer service. Barbara Rudisill manages their work schedule and she is a joy! She does everything possible to help the customer and her attitude is super! After one visit they were more than just excellent electricians; they were friends we counted on and they come through - every, single time!

    I have used Rudisill on numerous occasions over 6 years now (at 2 property locations) and have never had any issues. He took care of servicing a few electrical items at our house today and once again I was thankful to have a quality electrician.     I received an email from Barbara, explaining the cost of my repairs prior to the visit. There were no unexpected cost! Joseph and Rick were so professional. They explained how the GFIs worked and installed a home surge protector. They secured the surge protector warranty so it would be easy to find. Highly recommend Rudisill Electric!

    Rick and Joseph showed up on time to replace my 41 year old electric panel. It was an all day job and both Rick & Joseph went above and beyond, providing me with a window AC unit in my office, a power cord to run my laptop and checked in on me asking if I needed any cold water. They even fixed an incidental AC problem I was having without even asking. All this while charging a fair price. I cannot recommend Rudisill Electric highly enough!

    I can’t recommend Rick highly enough. He’s honest, knowledgeable, conscientious, punctual, and offers very competitive prices. You’re not supposed to go with the lowest estimate, but from the questions he asked and the answers he gave to my questions, I felt he’d do a great job, and was not disappointed. His assistant Joseph was very helpful, and installed a GFCI and a regular outlet gratis, while Rick was finishing installing a line to a pool heat pump. Joseph then wound up repairing some faulty wiring. Both provided detailed explanations about what they were doing. Rick and Barbara, who does the scheduling, seem like very decent people.

They are a company that understands that any job worth doing is worth doing well.Rick and his apprentice rewired my entire house, quite an undertaking because it was built in the 50s, but he and his team were able to get the job done ahead of schedule all while exceeding my expectations.They took the utmost care in my home to ensure the job was done correctly and my family would be safe.     Very honest and professional people. They came because I had issues with a GFI and a breaker constantly tripping. They searched and pinpointed the fault, and it turned out it was a faulty extension cord. They were absolutely honest with their findings which I appreciate so much as a woman with no knowledge of electrical systems. I definitely recommend them!

    We first worked with Rudisill Electric in 2014 when we remodeled our main bathroom and again in 2018 when we did our kitchen. Both times Rudisill Electric exceeded our expectations. When it came time to update our electrical panel we once again called on Rudisill Electric. We were not disappointed with their workmanship, quality parts used and attention to detail.

    I had an electrical problem with my home on the weekend. I called and left a message, thinking they wouldnt get back to me until Monday when I got voicemail. Barb from Rudisill took time out of her weekend to call and apologize for not being able to come out (they were already booked for other jobs) and was nice enough to refer me to another electrician who could perform emergency service without charging a lot extra because of the timing. So while I cannot speak to the electrical work Rudisill does, I am very happy to say they treat people well and try to do the right thing even when they have nothing to gain. I appreciate that and it makes me want to call them another time should the need arise.

    They are THE best!! Rick & Joseph ran power today for a new hot tub. They did an absolutely amazing job! They know what they’re doing, plus they are mindful of esthetics making the electrical blend into the background. They have done so much work for us these past few years: car charger, whole house surge protector, outdoor lights, security system, indoor lighting (replaced with LED), smoke detectors, ceiling fans, etc.They are the ONLY electricians we will ever use. They book out at least 3-4 weeks, but are so worth the wait.Plus, they are very kind and respectful! They are the best of the best! We very much appreciate them and their fine workmanship!

Mr. Rudisill has always been on time for scheduled appointments, efficient at getting the project done and his pricing is more than reasonable considering the nature of the work. Rarely in todays world do you find someone as professional, straightforward, and honest.     Weve had Rick come out to our home twice to run wires through the attic and also to install an electrical outlet behind our television. Everytime hes come out, hes been courteous, friendly, and extremely professional.
