For-Tech came highly recommended by several friends. Going in there was slight hesitation as it was from the higher quotes.BUT the best money ever spent. The service is impeccable, reliable and genuine. If I asked about something and if they felt it was not necessary they were honest. I was extremely happy with my choice of For-Tech for the purchase and installation of my home backup generator. From the initial salesman to the site survey to the electricians and plumbers who installed the equipment, the entire crew was very courteous and professional. For-Tech handled the entire process from assisting in filling out the HOA forms to scheduling the town inspections. It all went off without a hitch and without any aggravation on the part of this customer. Their pricing was fair when compared to other estimates I had received and their professionalism was unsurpassed. A special shout out to Rachel who kept us completely and regularly informed throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with.I would not hesitate to call on For-Tech for any future needs.

Chose For-Tech to install whole-home generator. Very, very positive experience. Everyone from the initial contact to the final installation was extremely pleasant and professional. Rachel kept me informed of every step. The techs were always on-time, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Great to do business with.

I have a Generac 16KW that I bought from an old man who had it in his garage for 10 years. I had it hooked up but 1st emailed Generac the serial number to see if it was covered under warranty. They said the unit was new and yes, it is! Well, It would crank but would not start. I called Generac and they highly recommended For -Tech. I called Rachael and she was excellent! Within 2 days they were at my home in brand new trucks loaded with parts. Within 2 hours he was done and running like new! I THANK YOU! In this day and age getting someone to come out is so hard!

Excellent service - during the install of my standby generator they did everything exactly as they said they would. We signed up for the extended warranty, they come 2xs a year when they are supposed to. The absolute best. I wish they could do all my household repairs and installations.
