    Not all heros wear capes. Chris is definitely a hero. We woke up to no water first thing this morning, (Sat of course). He came out within 15 min of our call to troubleshoot. Turns out it is going to be a big job. He showed us how to turn the water on and off so we can take quick showers, have water to drink for us and the animals, fill buckets, etc. to get us through the weekend. He let us know what to expect in fixing the problem and contacted a leak detection service on our behalf. I feel that we are in good hands. ( I left this review on Yelp too. He really is awesome)

    Chris is an amazing, technically experienced, licensed plumber! His customer service skills far exceed other plumbers! He responds rapidly to emergency plumbing situations! He did this for me with no hesitation! He works with an outstanding crew! He is so detail oriented and insightful in his line of work, he will solve your plumbing catastrophe if he has to return 2 times! Not because of anything he missed, but because he identified a further issue with your sewer pipe and septic pipe not connecting and being misaligned! I never saw or experienced this kind of service before! He not only can foretell if there will be any plumbing issues that you might have because of the misaligned pipes. He will demonstrate his theory with proof by digging a hole in the ground, by showing you! He educates the customer about the problem they had, and why it occurred. He fixes it straight away, and if there is anything further that requires fixing or addressing, he will take care of that too! Hes totally head and shoulders above any plumber that I have dealt with. And I have dealt with 8 plumbers in the past 3 years. He also extends terms in payment plans for those people struggling to pay a huge plumbing bill! Who does that? Nobody! Only Chris! Hes professional, experienced, will educate you and stay on top of things until the issue is totally fixed! Thank God for Chris! He is amazing in every respect!     Chris and the team at Campbells are fantastic. They have helped with a variety of projects around the house including a new water heater, setting up a utility sink, and plumbing an undermount sink. The service is friendly and the price is very fair. Chris was also super quick to help when I had a pipe break after a winter storm and his emergency pricing was very reasonable! Super happy to have found a plumber I trust.

    Chris and Trevor have been working with me on repairing a leak at my home but in the process theyve gone above and beyond anything I could have asked for. From start to finish, they have been a pleasure to work with, and the level of customer service and dedication to making sure my situation was handled properly and done in the right way to prevent future problems is top tier.     Trevor from Campbells Plumbing was the only plumber who responded to my request to fix the Jacuzzi water switch. (Dont say Jacuzzi to a plumber, say soaking tub!) He fixed it quickly and I am very grateful. Diane Halverson

    My family and I went on vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday and returned home to a leaking water heater. As new homeowners, this is something we hadn’t really thought to prepare for. We called Chris and he had someone out the next day. After further investigation, Trevor found that the tank was not repairable. We were beyond devastated thinking of the holidays coming and not having hot water. Chris and Trevor returned promptly the next day and replaced our water heater with ease! They were respectful and professional. We cannot thank them enough for fitting us in so quickly to ensure our family had hot water. We would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again for some additional projects in our new home. Thank you!

    Chris and his team helped us out with a busted water pipe between the meter and our house. He carefully excavated in the pouring rain to find the origin of the leak. He was extremely professional and charged us a reasonable price. No gouging at all. This is rare in my experience working with plumbers and electricians. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I know we will be calling him back if we need anything in the future.

    We called Chris at Campbells Plumbing on the advice of our neighborhood Facebook group, and what a great referral that ended up being! We had an issue where our shower faucet turned but the water kept coming out of the shower head no matter what. Chris, instead of charging us an arm and a leg, talked us through what parts to get, where to buy them, and how to fix it ourselves. Were having him come back next week to fix a couple other issues we have. He is trustworthy and kind and so helpful and well never use another plumbing company!

    Chris made sure I understood the cause of the leak, the warning signs took look out for, and how he fixed it. He took extra time to inspect water heater and he made sure I knew where the main water shut-off was located so I could react quickly in case of an emergency. Chris andTrevor impressed me with their hard work and got the job done in just a few days at a price that was much better than the guys advertising on tv.     I had a leak in my waterline from the meter to the house. The first quote I had from a “larger known” company was absolutely ridicules in cost. The “sales” man didn’t even give me what all options were available until I started asking questions on what he was trying to charge me. That “Sales Man” and company was only in it to make money and trick people into believing what they had to say.I continued searching and came across Campbell’s Quality Plumbing. I called and spoke to Chris and he told me he would come out free of charge and look at the situation and give me an estimate. He arrived the next morning as he promised and looked at my leak issue. He gave me an estimate that was 4k less than what that other company told me. He explained in full detail what needed to be done and why. I agreed to his quote and he called out one of his employees and was able to get started that day. He dug up my old line and replaced it with a new and higher quality water line with a 30 year warranty. Campbell’s Quality Plumbing is top notch and they did excellent work repairing/replacing my water line. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for my next plumbing issue.

    I have used this company for multiple new construction houses that we’ve built and remodels and never had any issue. They also do all the plumbing maintenance on my rental properties and will show up on short notice. Everyone is super nice and I have personally worked with the owner on multiple big projects and he is so calm and patient with us while we figure out what we want. He reminds me of a gentle teddy bear! They always show up on time and did a great job. Will use them again!

    I needed a plumber so I looked up some. I found Campbells plumbing on line. I called and told Chris I had water coming out from the bottom of my washing machine. He came out to check it out for me and luckily it wasn’t the plumbing but it was the machine and looks like I need to get a new washing machine. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. I thanked him and thought if it was anyone else that they would take advantage of me. Thank you so much Chris for helping me out and being so honest. I would refer you to everybody I know.

    I would highly recommend using this company. They saved the day, and their prices were beyond reasonable (unlike Apollo plumbing) Apollo plumbing wanted close to $1000 to do the exact same job. I ended up paying less then $300 with Campbell’s. I will definitely be using them from now on.

    So thankful for these guys. Came highly recommended by a friend in Lake Stevens. Had a major flood in my house and needed a plumbing contractor that was licensed and bonded and could work with my Allstate insurance. They were able to come our right away and the price was lower than I thought it would be. They installed all new vanities and sinks in three bathrooms, seated toilets and were able to do some other random things because they are also a general contractor.
