    I called this company and spoke with Ryan. I’ve been having an issue with my maintenance people at my townhome complex coming out to take care of my kitchen circuit as it kept popping the breaker and turn my fridge off. I decided to take matters into my own hands and called Jag. He was very helpful by calling my housing authority and getting the ball rolling on getting this fixed as it has been months of constant requests and hundreds of dollars worth of food going bad. They came out same day and got this fixed. Very professional and great customer service. Although I did not get any electrical work done by him his promptness and helping hand is enough for me. Would 10/10 recommend.

    I was having issues with the power being out in all of the outlets in my garage and I checked the breaker box and it wasn’t tripped. I reached out for a consultation this evening and Ryan responded back within the evening. He asked if I had tripped a gfci outlet and I didn’t even know what that was by name. He responded back quickly showing me a photo and explanation of what it was and that was the exact issue. They could have come out and charged a decent amount of money as a diagnosis fee knowing it was a five second fix, but instead were honest and upfront knowing it was simple and simple freeing guidance through email. Even though they didn’t come out, they get five stars for their integrity.

    Company is great initially tried to help me fix without charge. Once we determined required replacement of hardware they sorted it same day as my initial call. Ryan is great all of my future electric work will be through them.

    I highly recommend Jag Electric. I needed assistance with installing a wired video doorbell and getting it to operate properly with an older 1950s chime box at my home. Both Ryan and John were very professional and did an excellent job getting my doorbell connected. I was impressed that Ryan even took the extra time to help me get the doorbell connected to the app and made sure I was satisfied with the operation before they left. They even offered to come back later in the day if I was having any issues. I spoke with Sam on the phone for the scheduling and follow up. Again, I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I will definitely consider them for any future electrical needs.

    I needed a car charger outlet installed in the Garage and went about getting estimate from multiple competitors. Jag Electric were the most reasonable. Dave arrived at my home on time to provide the free estimate. On the day of the project, Josh and Jeremy were kind enough to let me know they were running late by 30 minutes. They did a good job and adjusted the project according to my liking. I would give them more than 5 stars for the experience I went through as a customer. Will definitely consider them for future electrical needs.

    Called JAG Electric last minute due to a line being hit by a screw in a closet. Ryan and John were very professional and were able to adjust their schedule to my emergency at my home. They came in and got right to the problem, fixed the issue and my power is back working properly.     I called Jag to come out and give me an estimate on a really simple job. They came out very shortly after we spoke, gave me an estimate I could live with and a few days later, the guys came out and did the job. I’m very happy with my new ceiling fan and my new light fixture. They did a good job and respected my “no shoes“ home and did a good job cleaning up before they left. Thanks guys!

    Ryan and John came and rewired my house in a partial knob and tube / new addition remodel. I can say that the communication, execution and delivery of final product was exactly what I had hoped for. They werent the cheapest bid I had received but I sure was glad I diddnt settle for less. We had some minor snags with design flaws on paper vs real time install but they managed to overcome the engineering oversight and achieve the desired result without too much hassle. I have two other rental properties I plan on remodeling and I intend to use Jag Electric on both!

    JAG electric was fantastic to work with. These guys are honest and saved us close to $1000. Prior to calling JAG we got a quote from another company. The other electrician came out and told us that to install the hot tub we would need to rework large sections of our patio. Ryan came out and said that much of the other companys proposal was unnecessary. JAG laid out a proposal that met our needs with the minimal amount of rework saving us time and money. Thanks Guys!

    I had engaged Jag Electrical to install a chandelier. Jag Electrical did a very clean job. They arrived on time, spoke to me and clearly understood the requirement, did a very clean job of fixing the chandelier , checking with us each time to make sure we were satisfied with the positioning. The cut made in the drywall was perfect and the work was very professional and clean. Very satisfied with the work and will certainly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

    Had a great experience all around with the Jag Electric team and will definitely be using them again for future electrical needs. I called late on Monday afternoon and Shelby asked a few questions about what was going on and gave me the hourly rate for troubleshooting (which was much lower than others in the area) and was able to get me scheduled for a Wednesday AM appointment very easily and working around my schedule. John showed up within a few minutes of the scheduled time and was extremely prompt in figuring out what might have caused the issue and fixed it much faster than I expected! John was super friendly and was helped educate me on a few different topics for future reference, which was great! Thanks yall!

    Ryan saved me when my portable A/C continued to trip my breaker. I had basically unplugged my entire house trying to figure out the right combination for this A/C to run. I found Jag Electric thinking I was going to need a professional to come out and tell me what needed to be re-wired or who knows what else. Ryan texted me promptly after I had reached out and helped diagnose the issue over text. Gave me suggestions as to what should correct the issue of the breaker tripping and he was spot on! I seriously can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend them!

    Called JAG Electric the other day after beating my head against the wall trying to fix an outlet. Kept getting errors even though Im sure it was wired correctly, but ended up being bad outlet and the one purchased off of Amazon came DOA as well. My frustration was at its limits so decided it was time to call the Pros and just get it fixed right. John was very accommodating by coming out the next day for me. Very positive experience all the way around! Will definitely be using JAG Electric for any future work!

    Used them for installing a 40A EVSE. Showed up on time, both for the initial quote and install. Their quote was 1/3rd the price of other quotes.Showed me step by step what they were going to do. They worked with me to make sure it was installed where it wasnt in the way but still had the reach needed to access the charging port.Entire job was 90 min and they even addressed a overly aggressive breaker while they were in there for free.Would use them again. I might need some cat6 run in the house where the initial builder missed.

Kudos to John, Dave, Ryan and the other John. Simply terrific at every step.BTW, Ive experienced JAGs competitors in the bidding process. Two in particular were:- way overpriced (like the customer believes in paying more for the same result, yeah right),- the technician is laid-back and confident and then generates way too much information to confuse the prospective customer &/or to throw them off-balance.- Too bad they really did not want the job.

    Today, I had Dave and Taylor from JAG Electric install 7 recessed lighting fixtures in my kitchen and hallway.     Absolute professionalism at its best! The true definition of customer service is to anticipate a customers needs with empathy and to deliver the best service they can before the customer knows what those needs are. Dave did this entirely with us and expressed a education for journeyman below him. Dave also Addressed our problematic situation and needs at hand.
