    They did an amazing job for my mom. Went above and beyond their job, to make sure the job was done, and in time for the holidays. Came right out, charged more than fair price, helped her with her fridge install when costco left her high and dry. Cant say enough good things about this company.     Our family is relocating back to Rochester Hills from Maryland/Washington DC, after two decades. We had a plumbing emergency three days after taking possession of our new home. The Gas Guys were amazing! They arrived within just a few hours of our call, used a camera to find the problem, and provided us with up front and fair pricing. Most importantly they gave us piece of mind. Ed checked in with us as we waited for the project process to fall into place. In the meantime the owner came out to assess the situation and Ed and his coworkers teamed up to tackle the other plumbing needs (leaky j-bend, replace faucets, drain plug, and shut off valves, and bring dryer gas line up to code). When youre new (again) to an area and relocating, these emergencies can be daunting and draining. The Gas Guys provided us with honest, reliable service; we knew we were in good hands.

    Since moving to back to the area (Lake Orion) from Clawson 5 years ago, we have had the team out for minor issues on three occasions. Each time they come to service our home, they are on time, professional, courteous and efficient. Adam has been out on all three calls with a few other team members and everyone has been great. Fair pricing, good work and timely service! These are our go-to guys!

    We had difficulties with sprinkler system since having a water softener installed early this summer. Nothing against the water softener installers. However, after several calls to different plumbers and the water softener crew making several return trips to out house, it was recommended by someone that we called Plumbing by the gas guys. Great recommendation. Not only did they take the time to find the problem but they fixed it. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

    Ive had 2 great experiences with The Gas Guys! Most recently, they installed a new whole-house water filter in our house at the recommendation of our township. They also re-plumbed our water softener and shut off valves for our sprinklers and outdoor hoses. They listened clearly to what I wanted, were respectful to my home and my family, finished quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. They are reasonably priced and are able to schedule jobs quickly after you call them. Im so excited to be able to use my storage room for *gasp* STORAGE instead of having water pipes running all over the place!

    This company is the best plumbing company that I have ever experienced. I have dealt with many plumbers/ company in my lifetime, this company is everything you wish for. Ed was the plumber that came to my home, he was very professional, he explained the problem, repaired and cleaned up.     I cannot recommend The Gas Guys enough! I have used them at my home and recently they came to the rescue to help me at work in Bloomfield Hills. Amy and Brett provided me with a quote and information for what I needed on purchasing a new dishwasher for our office. Ed came out and completed the install and helped fit the dishwasher into the kitchen after it kept catching on the counter. He was amazing and even made sure we ran it before leaving to ensure all was working appropriately. There were no surprises with my bill, they arrived in the window of time they gave me, and cleaned up their work mess. 5 Stars for sure!

    Have used them a handful of times fantastic company. Was just recommended by another company for a piping/clog issue 1200-2500. These guys came out diagnosed the problem and did it for 1/4 of the price telling me there was no reason the other company needed to do what they recommended, the issue was solved with the cheaper price.

    I called them in a panic when I smelled gas after a new dryer install gone awry and based on customer service alone they deserve all the stare and more, scoring 15 points on a 5 point scale at minimum. I was near tears freaking out due to the remnant smell even after my husband assured me he’d gotten the dryer gas valve shut and tested repeatedly, and Brett gave me advice on helping the smell dissipate and if it hadn’t gone in an hour, he gave me his personal number to call back and he’d come out then and there at 8 pm on a crappy, snowy Thursday night. This is why you work with local businesses, you will not find that sort of white glove care everywhere!Edit: our dryer gas valve is replaced and safer, dryer even reinstalled for us, gas smell gone, and he’s quoted us an attractive price on a tankless water heater! Brett even asked my husband how I was, assuming because I am a terrible actress and my panic was noticeable on every phone call and I was hiding in the back room keeping the dog from freaking out, so we love Brett. When I called the office to settle our invoice by card, they were very nice and offered to send a click to pay link if I wasn’t comfortable giving my card number over the phone which was a lovely mindful option!

    Very quick scheduling, even for a non-emergency job. They showed up and were friendly, efficient, and tidy. The installation is much more professional than the last hot water heater we had. I was tempted to ask them to remove a pair of unnecessary elbows from the hot supply side, but I neednt have worried - they put it together even better than I was envisioning it. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them!

    I have used the gas guys twice in the past year-1.5 years. We first used them to help with our new shower install. We originally got ourselves into a pickle bc we had a quote sent to us from another company that was within our price range. We demoed our shower and then found out they sent us the wrong quote. Our quote was thousands more. We didn’t know what to do bc we couldn’t really afford the new quote so we asked around and called the gas guys… they saved our project! The prices were so much better, and everyone at the gas guys was so helpful and reasonable with pricing. They quoted us per item and even helped with a few issues we didn’t foresee. The shower was completed and works perfectly- thanks to Brian and Brett. This week, our laundry room tub pump stopped working. They came out a day and a half later, on time, called on their way, and were very helpful, reasonable and professional. This time we had Jon and Devon to fix it. My conclusion is that everyone at The Gas Guys are professional, helpful, reasonable, and just great people. I’m a young homeowner and it’s nice to have a go-to plumber that is so wonderful.     Had an issue from consumers power (Tip #1, never let them in your house, they are a private company) and Brett showed up the day of the call and took care of the issue quickly by pinpointing and repairing the connections for the gas line.     Just repaired my shower. Had water between tub and liner. Called Lake Orion plumbing first. They sent someone out who couldnt fix the problem and still charged me a service fee. Called the Gas Guys and they sent the owner out first who made sure they could do the job. No service fee and Gas Guys were able to fix my problem with no issues. Cheap, efficient, quality work.     Stand up guys! Previous plumber botched the gas line installation to the stove, and there was leaking gas . Called a lot of people including the gas guys. Brett returned my call after I left them a message.     Brian came by and converted my 2-valve system to a single valve for my upstairs shower. He also cut out the old shower drain and installed a new one so that I could work on a new shower pan.     Our water was not properly draining from several locations throughout the house. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday between 11:00 - 12:00. Brian and his team called and asked if they could come a little earlier, as they were running ahead of schedule.     Dont call anyone else!!! These guys are the best. We had old galvanized Plumbing from the 40s. The crawl space is literally impossible to navigate. We had been dreading getting this done for years. When Brett came out to give us a quote he discovered our sewer line was also collapsing along with other undetected leaks. He stayed for 30 minutes to survey everything and came back to finalize and spent another 30 minutes in the tight crawlspace. None of the other companys even crawled in the hole to investigate!!Brian,Rob,Devon and Adam showed up right on time.They did a total replumb, new sewer drains ,new water lines,new toilet flange, shower valve shut off and a new exterior rear hose bib. They installed a new toilet, shower sprayer and bathroom faucet. They discovered that the shower drain was completly plugged up. They also cleaned up afterwards. They took NO breaks and worked straight through. So we could have our water back the same day.I asked a lot of questions and they were kind and courteous and answered every one.We would highly recommend them to anybody.

    EXTREMELY FAIR PRICES. Honest and reliable. I was leaving to Florida at 5pm. At 3pm I noticed a pipe was leaking. I called the owner and within a hour they were at my place. They were done at 445pm and cost was only $125.00 which included a new shut off valve and T piping. THANKS GAS GUYS.

    We got a new stove delivered today. When we were hooking it up we had an issue with our gas line leaking from the main line.     My main water valve broke leaving my house without water. It was towards the end of the day and I called Vicki and she had Adam and Jon at my house within 15 minutes and they were able to professionally and promptly diagnose and fix the problem.
