    HIGHLY recommend. Had a new furnace installed by Lance Rosa, and the workmanship far exceeds what was originally put into this home when it was built (20 years ago). Lance sealed up everything in the furnace room, and even swept up after the install was completed. Even threw in a Nest Connector in case I decide on a Nest down the road.

    Professional from start to finish. My expert, Richard, was an avid Detroit Lions fan (Yay!).He put together an amazing furnace. We are experiencing real temperatures probably for the first time since we have been in this home (4 years). I told my husband that we can lower the thermostat because the temperature we thought we wanted is too high with the new thermostat. And the clean up job at the end would amaze you.! No one could know that anyone had been working or repairing the furnace. And finally, we were taken on a tour of the new furnace and thermostat. We are so so happy. Saturday morning at 1:00 am we had a fire in the furnace. After one phone call and meeting late Saturday evening; we have a new furnace and thermostat, tax credits and most importantly,heat evenly throughout our home at 4:00pm Monday. Thank you Richard’ Thank you Andy’s. I have already referred this company. That’s service!

    Called to make an appointment thinking it would be scheduled out but they had availability same day! The tech was here within 3 hours and was quick and professional. We had them come out last month for a furnace check last month and the tech was super friendly, through, and knowledgeable, broke everything down so I could understand it. Very pleased with the service from the appointment booking all the way down to the service.

    From the salesperson gentleman that came Ayad Hermez to the 2 C’s Corey and Cortez my experience was top-notch. I enjoyed meeting all of them. They all presented well, very professional, and I felt that they went the extra mile for me. They made me feel comfortable immediately with their professionalism and their attitudes. My products have only been up and running about five minutes, but I am very pleased so far. I have heard great things about Andy’s statewide heating and air conditioning before and their after service being exactly what they promote. I took advice from a floor person at Home Depot and was very impressed with Laura. She said that they would come out and give a free quote. Andy’s Statewide is Extremely lucky to have found Corey and Cortez(service)and Ayad(sales) I would recommend them to anyone and will be doing so in the future. Thank you again to all three of them for making it so pleasant.

    Just a great experience. Furnace went out this morning and the tech was here by noon! Tim is amazing and so knowledgeable. Repaired quickly and the $109 service fee was all we were charged. Super fair price Don’t have anyone else over for your heat and AC needs. These guys are the best!

    Our furnace stopped working right before the holidays. Not only did Andys Statewide answer right away but the friendly and professional representative(I wished I had wrote down her name) scheduled us for the next day. Today, the professional and cool technician, Austin, came within the time frame stated and fixed our issues efficiently without complaint although our furnace is a nuisance to access!     From the very beginning, nothing but friendly service. I received a call about an hour out informing me the technician was on his way.     The best experience I have ever had in an emergency or non. Came quickly in the first cold Michigan night when my furnace was blowing cold air.     I had no heat last night on New Years Eve and Andys answered right away. Unfortunately I need a need a new furnace but they found cracks in the heat exchanger so it could have been dangerous. They are honest and kind. I have dealt with a few other companies and Andys has proven to be the best.

    We purchased a furnace and air conditioner. Install was great. Communication is what you would hope for, all the staff are always helpful.     I’ve used Andy’s statewide to replace and maintain my air conditioner and to repair my furnace over the years. The service is always very prompt I have not experienced a technician being late and have called them out quite a few times over the years. My most recent was my furnace repair and the technician was very courteous, helpful and showed me how to change my filters without making me feel like an idiot, ha! I really appreciate that they don’t just hire anyone with a license. They do background checks so you know you don’t have criminals walking around your house- this is as posted on the website. They have pricing transparency so I knew how much it would be fire he started working, after he took a look. The last tech I had was well qualified, if not over qualified tech, had it up and running right away. I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment to get a free quote and within 10 minutes Andy’s Statewide was on the phone with me sending out a contractor that same day. DJ was our specialist and we cannot thank him enough. He took the time to sit down with us and thoroughly show us our best options and finance plans. He fit us in his busy schedule and we are so appreciative of his time and expertise. Corey and Cortez came the next day to install and they were in and out and took their time with everything.     Professional team, great pricing and financing. The installers were professional, nice, and helpful. They installed a brand new furnace and ac in less than 5 hours. Hauled away all the old equipment and left the place in great shape. I highly recommend them, they might not always be the best price but the service and quality outweighs the cheaper competitors.

During the installation, there was a problem with my existing ductwork that they identified (pre-existing) and went ABOVE and BEYOND, and stayed until the problem was resolved.     I highly recommend Andys Statewide,My technician Austin was amazing;My AC stopped working around 4pm,I thought for sure I was going to have to go at least one or two days without air conditioning and with this humidity and having asthma it wouldnt have been good so I immediately started calling around, Andys Statewide was the only company who I found that was willing to come out same day and they were here without hesitation like they said and very reasonable on pricing compared to everywhere I had contacted just prior that I was gonna have to wait days for.My technician Austin was very knowledgeable and friendly.Thank you so much to Andys Statewide and of course Austin for coming to my rescue..This is the ONLY HVAC company I will ever contact for any possible future issues and I highly recommend.

    Very well satisfied. Dillon was, efficient, congenial, text prior to arrival with his ETA. He knows his trade well. The price was very reasonable for inspection, equipment testing, filter change, and knowledge to run furnace for optimum performance.

    I signed up for a tune up service of my furnace and central air conditioning system from Lowe’s and I received a call within minutes. I agreed to a 6pm to 9pm window originally, but the day of the appointment I received a call stating that the window was not available and I was given an alternate window of 2pm to 6pm. I was told that the tech would call 30 to 40 minutes ahead of time. The tech arrived at my house at 4:30pm without calling ahead. He greeted me but did not introduce himself. I was told during the original phone conversation that he would take about an hour per unit. The tech was done checking both in about 1 hour overall. He gave me a rundown of what he found. What I should do to maintain my current units and what to look out for. Overall it was a good experience.

    DJ my sales rep and the installers, Brad, Nevel and Danny were top notch. They protected all of my flooring, took their time bring in items as to not hit my walls. They explained everything to me and wrote it down so I could remember when to change, filters, etc.Back to DJ, he first came out in January I believe, but at the rime could not afford it at the time. He called me back a few months later to say he worked with management to get my price lower. Now, we are in Oct, and he still honored the lowest quote and he got it all installed the next day due to possible carbon monoxide.What a great set of employees, fighting for their customers.     Our air conditioning was not giving out cold air. Called and they were able to send a guy (Dan) out the same day for no extra charge. He figured out the problem, had the part on his truck and fixed it. Dan was friendly, informative and very respectful. Very pleased !!!!! Highly recommend Andy’s!

    When I booked the appointment, I requested the filter to be changed. I feel that should be included in the furnace check. I stated which filter I needed. I was assured they would have one to install. Not only did they not have one, the humidifier filter was not changed either. It needs to be changed yearly. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It is very frustrating and disappointing.Update to my last review. I received a call in regards to my review. Robin at Andy’s Statewide, was apologetic and wanting to make things right. Another tech was sent out with the filters. Thank you Robin for rectifying this issue. I appreciate your support and professionalism. Therefore, I’m changing my 3 star review to a 5 star.

    Other than having to come back immediately after installation to fix a problem and then failing city inspection they did OK. The install was completed in about 7 hours but an issue in the power connection failed about 10 minutes after the installers left. Andy’s sent a service tech out immediately who had things up and running in a few minutes. Venting of the furnace was not up to city code and Andy’s had to come back on another day to make things right. One of the installers mentioned something about an issue with the venting but they left without fixing it. The 2nd Andy’s visit was followed by a 2nd inspection. A/C works great but I’ll have to wait for cooler weather to check out the furnace. The response from Andy’s was superb. All things considered, I would recommend Andy’s State Wide for sales and service.

The pricing was comparable to other quotes, but Andys Statewide offered us a senior discount which we had not anticipated but greatly appreciated. We recommend them. Oh, Forgot to say, we signed the contract on Wednesday and they were able to install the very next day! So awesome!!

He offered to place protective covers on his work shoes at the front door but I told him not to bother. I showed him where all the areas were that he needed access. Matthew was very polite and well spoken. After his inspection he broke down everything to us. What needed replacement on our current old unit outside as well as possible options for replacement. He even provided pictures of said issues in our outside unit. I have no idea how long Matthew has worked for this company but I would recommend him as well as Andy’s for anyone’s heating and cooling needs! During the payment process after his work he noticed that we have a Marines flag in our garage. He asked me if if I was in the military. I told him it was in honor of my father who was in WWII. He took the time to ask me about that. UNBELIEVABLE! I’m in the customer service industry and believe me that goes a long way! We will be contacting Andy’s to have Matthew do our repairs soon!

    The company called to say when theyd be out; and the technican was both friendly and competent. He put on booties prior to entering the house, and asked if my unit had any know issues. Then he tuned the air conditioner, including hosing down the coils after taking off the grill. Im totally satisfied!This is the 2nd time Andys has serviced my AC unit, and Im still giving them 5 stars. Recommend highly!

    Excellent and prompt service even on a weekend when most Heating and cooling companies are closed and all you get is a message. We are retired and on the hottest week of this year (2024) the AC evaporative coils were frozen solid and the AC quit working on a June Friday. We tried calling the installer but to no avail 8-5 and no weekends till my wife found Andys Statewide not far from our house. They said they will be here at noon and the tech arrived at 12:05PM. Like I expected the AC needed a refrigerant recharge. The Tech charged it tested the capacitors and the coils in the furnace and even gave us a $50 coupon and the cost for a weekend was excellent. In summary: If you want a quick response and knowledgeable friendly techs, go to Andys Statewide. They are good.George.
