    Howard came to the house to replace our garbage disposal. While he was there, I was able to ask him about a leak in our bathroom. He was able to provide us a quote to fix the leak immediately in the shower and the toilet. We decided to replace the toilet and he was able to price and complete the entire job right then. He was personable, professional, patient and kind. When we are able to fix the leak in the shower, not only will we call this company we will also request Howard directly. Very thankful and happy with the easy and painless experience. Everything is working great and looks great.

    I was away from home and Mike was perfect in all that was needed. I had my adult daughter at home and Mike arrived promptly. After he assessed the first issue he started working on it right away. He kept explaining every step and removed services that were not needed. Perfect!

    I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. The customer service was amazing. My technician was Kel Mason and let me say top tier service. He was very knowledgable about what the problem was and the best way to solve it. He was also very respectful, kind, professional. He walked me through every step of the process and worked on what fit my budget.

    Although I have not used the service yet I will in the coming months. My husband and I recently purchased a home in the area and quickly found out that their was a lot of repairs needed. Service advisor and Tech Howard came to our property and provided us with an honest assessment of our situation and our concerns. That being said.... the repairs although important will be repaired in a few months.

    Had our hot water tank break. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came right out. Gave me different options as to what could be done with the pricing for each. The next day a new hot water tank was installed. All employees I talked or interacted with were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They helped triage issues that were more important and were very flexible when coming up with an affordable plan. They also performed a hot water tank flush as standard maintenance to extend the life of my tank. The Ben Franklin maintenance plan is well worth the minimal monthly cost!     We are currently remodeling our kitchen, and we wanted to make sure that the plumbing was good before we went further with new appliances and cabinets. Neil was FANTASTIC!! He talked to us about not only the kitchen, but other issues we might run into with our older pipes in the remodel. Thankfully we didn’t need any work done in our kitchen at this time, but we will request him specifically to help with the plumbing in our bathroom remodel where we know there are more complicated pipes. Neil is great and knowledgeable and I can’t be thankful enough for finding a company that is able and willing to do service calls as needed
