    Awesome customer service and professionalism from the phone staff and Anthony the tech. Anthony showed up on time, added a gas generator quick connect to my natural gas line, and took time to explain the entire process. Some of my gas pipes had some rust stains from the builder. Anthony even took the time to remove the rust and paint over the pipes without me asking him to. Would definitely recommend them to any friend!!

    GPS installed a gas fireplace, venting, chase cover, high wind cap and gas lines. they also worked with a subcontractor who made and installed a concrete mantel and hearth to our specifications. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answer the phone, show up on time, and complete the work as expected or better and at a reasonable cost. The work they completed for me was done timely and in an excellent manner. I highly recommend GPS.

    Ryan and Nolan came out to run new natural gas lines in my house. It took them the entire day as their work was thorough and very well done! Thank you very much for your hard work and for being able to schedule me so quickly!

    I called GPS about a problem I had & decided to go to their office to look at their fireplaces they had. We spoke to a young lady named Vicky & she was a world of knowledge concerning fireplaces. She asked why we thought we needed a new f/p. I told her why & she asked if I knew the model number which I told her. At that point she said we had a top of the line f/p. Why replace when it can be fixed. So that was a relief. Again very knowledgeable about f/ps. The tech was also very knowledgeable & found out exactly what was wrong & told me the part that was causing the problem. Now its working perfectly thanks to GPS.

    Vinny came out and did estimate. Very nice and professional. Jeff and other Jeff did the job of running Gasline not only the whole way around our house for pool heater in 98 degree weather. They ran gas lines through the interior of our house with minimal damage to ceilings. For gas dryer and range. They installed tankless water heater perfectly. These guys are the best. The office staff are equality helpful.

    My gas water heater stopped working last night. I contacted Gas Plumbing Services this morning as they are the only company I use for repairs involving natural gas equipment. Domingo, the service technician, arrived around 5 pm which was within the time frame I was quoted. Jeff K arrived a little while later. The two of them were determined to have my heater up and running before they left. It took several calls to technical support and to locate the proper parts but they got it done. Customer service was their main concern and they certainly delivered excellent service. They were polite, courteous and very professional. Both of them stayed until approximately 6:30 as getting my water heater working was their #1 priority. The type of customer service these two provided is extremely rare in todays environment but the two of them were determined to complete the job to my satisfaction. Thank you for fixing my heater at what I consider to be a very fair and reasonable price and an extremely reasonable time frame. I wish all technicians were as dedicated as Jeff K and Domingo.

    We had our gas fireplace serviced by Anthony. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything he was doing to restart our fireplace. I would highly recommend Gas Plumbing Services due to to Anthony’s experience and knowledge in his work. Anthony took the time to makesure I was fully informed about all the work he had performed.

    I really appreciate Jeff and Brandon for their meticulous work. They were able to fit me in to their busy schedule as I had an emergency hot water heater leak.     I cannot say enough about this company, its employees and owner. Truly the most helpful knowledgeable company ive ever encountered. We were in a bind trying to get our gas connected... Vicki along with a tech connected us up after work the evening before Thanksgiving!!! Amazing.Not only were they our heroes in getting us hot water for the holiday weekend but they walked us through the ins and outs of getting a below ground propane tank. I messed up the timeline a couple of times and just had a hard time getting call backs from other providers. The employees at Gas plumbing services never once acted snippy or annoyed (trust me i could hear the eye rolls from a few other vendors) . Thank you thank you GPS for a wonderful job and for simply being wonderful.
