During the recent hurricane , a couple of panels of screen pulled out , after calling the office the owner himself came out and without any problem had his crews repair everything.     I previously inquired from other companies about the installation of gutters. A First Class Aluminum Co. Inc. had been recommended by a friend and I am so glad I contacted them. Their pricing is reasonable in comparison to the other companies I reached out. They did a great job installing the gutters and extremely respectful to the property. The crew cleaned up afterward and the gutters are almost invisible which does not take away from the curb appeal. I highly recommend them if you are needing gutters.

    Bill and his team were very helpful and professional. They got the permits, drawings, measurements, provided timely feedback, erected the footing, and then put up the enclosure of very high quality materials in a timely fashion. They only accepted payment after the work was completed and passed inspection. That’s how things should be done. All the workers were very polite, arrived on time as scheduled, and cleaned up after the project was completed. We are very happy and appreciative with the outcome.     I will tell you right now these people are the best in the business! Just this past September 2022, Hurricane IAN pummeled the gulf coast of Florida causing catastrophic damage. I pretty well knew that the homeowner’s policy was not going to cover my pool enclosure, especially, since there were people who lost everything. We started looking for companies who specialized in aluminum enclosure work; We actually met with seven different contractor’s for quotes. All of the companies we contacted only wanted to give estimates to install a new pool enclosure. We did not have that kind of money to spend on a completely new structure, and that’s when I came across “A First Class Aluminum” and called for an estimate. Bill (the owner) shows up to assess the damage, and he was the first business to even mention repairing the enclosure. He said it would be a lot more affordable than it would be to rebuild. Quality is in high demand, so I did have to wait for them, as they were booked out for several weeks. They told us that going in, however, we knew it was not gonna get fixed overnight, but as soon as Charles and Brian were on the job, they had the frame put back together and looking like it had never been touched within a day…. I feel very fortunate and grateful that they were willing to take on the job. They are the best in the business, by far!!!     We had A First Class Aluminum install acrylic windows and a door in our Florida sunroom, and they did an amazing job! The quality of their work is fantastic, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with.Kalie was great at coordinating with our schedule since we had other projects like electrical and flooring happening at the same time. She made the process smooth and stress-free. Roger was incredibly helpful during the installation and went above and beyond to fix a few issues that came up.     I am very happy with the screened room that A First Class built for us and would happily work with them again in the future. They revised the quote multiple times in the beginning for us as my husband and I played with different configurations and ideas. After We signed the contract.They started work as soon as they could and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. At the end of the project, they made sure every item on the punch list was complete and didnt send the final invoice until it was.

    Added a covered and screened room to an existing concrete patio and have NOTHING but good reports of the total experience.     I recently had the pleasure of working with this company on a recurring issue with my shed roof. Every heavy rain resulted in two inches of water in the shed. It was easy to get an appointment. Charlie came out and inspected it and explained what was happening. He recommended adding two downspouts to the existing downspouts. This turned out to be the perfect solution which was confirmed during Hurricane Milton. Issue resolved.

    Excellent experience with A 1st Class Aluminum. Every employee I dealt was absolutely 1st class, from the owner, Bill to the administrative manager Kaylie, and Scott, my salesperson, to the many hard working men who were tasked with building my glass enclosed patio from the concrete floor and up. They were the only company that was willing to come to Daytona Beach to enclose my patio with sliding glass doors. I’m so lucky that they were one of the first companies I called. My patio turned out perfectly, just like the original design, and it passed city inspection each time without issues. It was always very easy to reach someone in the office with my questions and concerns. They kept me informed of their progress and their employees arrived on time as scheduled.     FINALLY!!! Bill Kless the Owner of A First Class Aluminum Co is a man of his word. Bill Kless sent Elmer and his crew to build our screen enclosure. It is the most AWESOME JOB EVER. We are so very proud of it. The style that Elmer built is so modern and beautiful with the picture frame on all sides. We had a minor fix that Bill promised to take care of and he kept his word. Even tho it was a long drive to Dunnellon from Lake Helen, he took care of it. Not found often in todays world.     Trust me - go with these guys!!! I’m in New Smyrna Beach, FL- They built me a BEAUTIFUL new screen porch with expansion view so one entire wall is ONLY screen-it looks AMAZING over golf course! Plus it included a small roof section so I can be outside when raining. Bill & his daughter are great, very responsive. Charlie & Brian who built mine were great guys and went above and beyond! Looked better than it did in my head! We had just finished building it when Hurricane Ian came Thru and ripped down my expansion view and a couple other screen panels. Their team came out and got it covered 100% under their warranty!!!! Background- I got 5-6 different estimates. They weren’t the cheapest or most expensive but thank god I choose them!!     This company really came through for me. My condo was under contract and was only a week away from closing and the hurricane ripped my screens on my lanai and they made sure they got to it before the closing.     We are very pleased with the screened in patio that A 1st Class Aluminum Co. built. The job included tearing down a 18 year old screened in composite wood deck to be replaced with a cement slab with knock-down finish and then erecting a bronze screen with waist high picket panels over the patioWe are so happy with the quality of materials they used. All the workers were polite and professional and cleaned up our property afterward.Communication was great. Bill the owner and Kali his receptionist kept in touch with us through each phase and when to expect the crews.We have included photos and you can see the corner shelves we placed inside for our cat to recline on blends nicely with the dark screen. We highly recommend this company for their quality work and wish them great success in the future.

    A First Class Aluminum removed my old pool enclosure completely destroyed as a result of Hurricane Ian and replaced it with a new one. They provided a great price and were professional and extremely patient with me, while I awaited my insurance settlement. Unlike other companies, they only required the permit cost as an upfront payment. They completed the job in two days, were a pleasure to work with, and I wholeheartedly 100% recommend them.

They removed the old wood porch and replaced it with an amazing beautiful one I have now.     This was best experience ever. From the quote to the installation of our screen room. The concrete guys were awesome. The screen installation crew were amazing.     This company repaired my large, roofed pool screen enclosure after severe hurricane damage and their work was excellent. They kept me informed about each stage of repair and followed a set schedule. All employees were professional, and they left the site neat and tidy at the end of each day. Everyone was very conscious of the fact that there was a large unsecure pool with young children and animals around and the project was completed safely. The job was complex but finished on budget. I highly recommend this company.

    The company is a local company, courteous and hardworking employees. Weve used this company before on the vinyl siding of our 🏠. Hurricane Ian and the other one decided to visit and lifted our patio roof causing steady leaks. Bill, the owner and staff was patient with us as we dealt with the insurance. The day finally arrived, approval was nearing completion. In the meantime, we stayed in touch and they stayed in contact with us before, during and after the patio roof job was completed. The owner is available anytime.

The quote was competitive and we appreciated the level of communication during the design of the porch and when scheduling work. There were two teams. The people who poured the concrete did a great job. Subsequently, an aluminum screened frame was added. Again, the work was high quality. We knew when work was scheduled (and they were punctual) and both groups checked with us multiple times to make sure the project was progressing to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to hire the company for additional work.. highly recommended.     We contacted A First Class Aluminum in response to a recent hail storm. We had damage to the facia, gutters and the pool cage kick plate. Bill was the only individual to provide a quote on all 3 items. Different teams were deployed for each repair. Not only was the work well coordinated, the work from each team was very neat. Most noticable was the gutter replancement. The gutter over the garage door has its highest point in the center, so water will flow to the down spouts at each end. The original gutter installation was level. Neat and functional. The work product was truly First Class. I recommend A Frist Class Aluminum Co without hesitation. Thank you Bill!
