Bill from the Lake Charles office delivered excellent service. We needed rapid assistance at the last hurricane threat. He came immediately and was a great representative for Ready Power. Thanks to Bill we have decided to auto schedule generator checks every 6 mo. I highly recommend these folks.

Nothing but high praise on this installation crew. And to top it off, the office called to ask if they could come a day early. The installers were Jefry Reyes and brother Kenneth Reyes. These guys were nothing short of professional in every aspect of the installation. Very good in time management and versing me in the process of steps being taken along the way. The work was completed in a manner that would make feel secure in this team satisfying my families need. Clean up after completion was on spot. The area outside, as well the inside of my home was very acceptable. Ready Power you have a good crew of men that represented your company in a manner you can be proud of.James Dickens

Bill did a great job. he left the job site better than when he showed up. unlike the install crew that left water bottle caps , wire and trash all over the job site. Bill is a true Professional. Install dept is Horrible!
