Hayes Electrical performed the installation of a 50 amp generator outlet to allow the use of generator power during an electrical outage at my residence. Full scope of work included installation of: electrical wiring run and 50 amp breaker from my panel to outdoor patio, panel interlock, panel surge protector, generator extension cord with associated adapters, drywall repair and service test. Mackenzie did an excellent job performing the electrical installation. Hayes electrical has a crew for drywall repair which was top notch.Hayes electrical was courteous, prompt and provided excellent customer service backed by quality craftsmanship. I will be using Hayes Electrical for all my future electrical installation and retrofit needs.

Very professional. Sweetest owners! Loved that they are rarely more than two weeks out on jobs. Great and timely communication from Juliet about a reschedule due to illness, and they got us on the calendar the very next day! Recently, Hayes Electrical did extensive work for me. They rebuilt the aging electrical system, replaced various lights and ceiling fans and provided power connection to the recently installed electro mechanical sewer system. In addition, they replaced the electrical system on the out house on my property and attached motion sensitive lights at my request. Hayes Electrical crew lead by McKenzie along with his assistant George did an excellent job throughout. Their rates are reasonable and workmanship is outstanding. Most recently, McKenzie replaced the aging breakers and it has worked out favorably for me. I am most thankful for their outstanding work.

Fantastic customer service and very professional technicians that helped us out. We had an electrical issue with a dead line in the ceiling that was not the easiest thing to trace down, based on how house was wired. They found the issue made several recommendations for repair and had it fixed very quickly. Highly recommend them.

Mackenzie McGuane one of Hayes electrical employee did a very good job installing my 240 volt outlet in my garage so I can charge my EV, he was really polite and patient, even tho I couldnt be there present to overview the installation, he stayed one the phone with me, I was able to open my garage door remotely for him, he got in there, and took about 30 min, and he was done, I was very please with the whole service

Had a bad electrical problem, an outlet caught on fire and luckily I was home to stop everything. Called Hayes and with in an hour they had a Tech at my house. He identified the problem fixed it and we spoke on how to prevent it from happening again. Gave me a list of options all priced well, then he scheduled me to come back and work at a time that worked for me. Outside of some power tool noise (that can’t be helped) I wouldn’t have known he was here. I now have an upgraded electric system in my game room and piece of mind. Can’t thank these guys enough for how fast they got my problem resolved!

Seriously the sweetest and most professional people. I don’t leave many reviews but this one deserves it. Called them for an inspection and had it scheduled within a week. They even said if I needed the inspection sooner, gave me 2 other business contacts to try. I have not seen many, if any at all, want what’s best for the customer even if the decision isn’t their services. They are a family business. The wife answered my call, followed up asking if there is anything else needed. Husband did the inspection. I don’t refer many people unless they did above and beyond. These people did and the fact that they are super helpful and nice, I will always refer them. I promise you will understand this review once you deal with Hayes electrical!

A lightning strike took out the electricity in a small portion of my house.The diagnostic visit was quick and painless and explained well.The electricians assigned to repair my issue were courteous and respectful and answered any questions I had. They also offered future protection services and preventative maintenance if I chose to call them with any problems that arise later down the road. The total time from me initiating the problem report on their website to the issue being completely resolved was only 2 days. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Hayes Electrical exceeded my expectations.I met with a representative of Hayes Electrical and discussed much needed electrical work for my 70-year old house. Their representative inspected my house and offered me several options to complete the work. I selected an option and was told the job would be completed in 3-phases. The three-man team, that worked the project, was knowledgeable, customer oriented and answered all my questions. Each phase of the process was scheduled and coordinated such that there were no delays or interruptions. The project was completed on time, as scheduled. Hats off to the Hayes Electrical team.
