    Absolutely the best, nicest, service. I am so happy to have found this company - they responded on a Sunday when I wasnt even an existing customer, brought me oil (dont ask...my fault, lol), and got my boiler started. Came back Monday for a full oil tank fill-up. Everyone I interacted with were kind, cheerful, and helpful. Highly recommend.

    My boiler sprang a leak the day before Thanksgiving 2023. I called a few companies and Tri County last (will never do that again). Tri county was the only one that was listening to what my needs were and not trying to re-invent the wheel. While the other companies were looking to remove the boiler and all the pipes essentially starting from scratch, Tri County assessed the situation and told me the model I did have was very good for my needs and there was an updated model that would fit the existing plumbing setup. It was a better option than the competitors. Tri County came in cut out the old and put in the new in one day. They also installed additional new components to have the system up to todays building codes. I will be definitely referring Tri County Plumbing & Heating to all my family and friends! Thank you Nick and your crew for doing a great job!

    I had an excellent experience working with Keith and his team on a number of plumbing projects over the past 2 years - full gut and remodel of 2 bathrooms in my house - vanity installation / plumbing rough / running new water lines / install of new tankless hot water system / toilet replacements. He and his team were responsive and respectful throughout the whole process and helped provide me with a number of different options to address various issues that came up along the way. I’d highly recommend his company for any and all plumbing solutions

    Our furnace died after a power outage. Tri county came promptly and figured out the problem, ordered a replacement part, and returned to install new part as soon as it was received. Service was skilled and professional and all the staff friendly and caring. We feel we are in very good hands with this company.

    We could not be happier with the warm professionalism and skill Keith the owner, and his crew came with to solve our drain problem. Another plumbing service was unable to resolve this issue in two appointments and wanted to do demolition work to investigate it further. We called Tri-County Plumbing this morning, and they were able to come this afternoon. Our bathroom was fully drained and working again within an hour of exceptional expertise, problem-solving, and teamwork of Keith and his staff. We can highly recommend his company and will certainly work with him again.

    TriCounty was very nice on the phone, delivery times were very quick.. driver was great and their prices are competitively on the lower end. Delivery was early in the day, which was much appreciated since i was paying cash so was waiting for them. We will definitely be making tricounty our new go to for home heating oil!

    I am a local Realtor for more than 33 years, and it is rare occasion for me to experience tradespeople I would highly give a referral but my experience was excellent including the cost. Just a note, as one of the services performed is not listed here: live video photography of all piping within your home, and all sewer lines including the main.If looking to purchase a home, I suggest adding a sewer inspection for their reasonable cost which will educate you further about the home .

I had a number of professional A/C technicians look at it and all tried to sell me a new system for thousands of $$$. I called Keith and 1 day later problem was solved. !! Thank you !

    Very prompt service even on the weekend. I was stuck with an issue that I thought was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Thankfully tri County was able to come out and fix my issue and didnt kill me with the bill. I will be calling them in the future for a of my plumbing needs.

    Tri County Plumbing & Heating helped us on three different occasions. We started with replacing our outdoor spigots and progressed to a water softener installation, and a basement water situation, with two sump pump replacements. Regardless of the job scope, folks at Tri County were always very professional, responsive and reasonable. The last time they came to fix the water in our basement, they arrived within minutes of my desperate call, and when they realized they only had one sump pump in the van, they called their engineer on another job and got the second pump in within half an hour. Their office personnel is also very cordial and efficient. Overall, good people; work well done; pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

    Ive been using Tri County Plumbing & Heating for the past 3 years. They have always been very responsive, very professional, and always got the job done quickly. Theyre all very friendly and reasonable. These days its not easy to find quality companies to do work in your house but Tri County has always done right by us so Ill continue to use them whenever I need them.     Intercounty Petroleum has gone above and beyond for our family! After an unforeseen event, Keith and the crew personally checked in on us with numerous phone calls and visits just to make sure we were taken care of and staying warm.
