Clint is very knowledgeable and helpful with options. Adding a half bath, washer:/dryer, utility sink to a lake garage. It was going to be very costly, messy and time consuming to cut the concrete to bury the plumbing so we decided a step up platform to place the plumbing inside. I love it. Clint is super to work with. He even called the building inspector to discuss some plumbing. Clint and Ashley go above and beyond and it’s truly appreciated!

Clint and Ashley operate a very reputable plumbing business. My mother is 91 and living at home primarily by herself. She had a leaking water valve on her toilet that needed immediate attention. I called Ritchies plumbing and they were able to fit us in on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Clint had a job scheduled in Howe, In. but came out to look at what was needed. While there we discussed new bathroom sinks for upstairs bathroom. Clint stayed late to finish everything. Two new sinks and hardware and the water valve replacement. Great service. Great people. Clint was awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He was also very flexible with changes made during the rough plumbing phase of our cabin. His wife (the office manager) is great to work with and was very accommodating. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought a house and within 48 hours of closing we had an issue with one of the toilets that flooded the upstairs and then went through the ceiling. We had several contractors come in to fix the damage and we had Clint redo the plumbing. He installed three new toilets, four sinks, a water softener, a dishwasher, and removed a walk-in shower and installed a bathtub with all new plumbing. Out of all the contractors we had come out Clint was only one two we didnt have back out multiple times. His recommendations for replacements were excellent; he explained what the low end models were and the issues we might have and also did the same for the high end. We are very happy with all the work he did and my wife wont let anyone else touch any of the plumbing inside our house.

We use Ritchies for all plumbing stuff, very trustworthy. Clint is super knowledgeable! Always happy with his work.Adding more to our review because were always just so thrilled with the quality of work. Our house came with a lot of plumbing related problems. Everything weve hired Clint to repair or replace has been infinitely better quality workmanship than what the house came with. Hes replaced our garbage disposal, a busted water valve, sump pump, sump pump line, toilet drain, water heater, and replaced a ton of old piping in our utility room. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company and recommend them to everyone I know.Also cant forget Ashley, their scheduling person is always super quick to get back to us and very friendly!

Even though his company couldn’t provide the service we needed ( it was more of a yard drain issue than plumbing) he was able to give me some great advice and references. We had a plumbing nightmare on our hands. This company is thorough, quick, fair, and efficient. Clint explains in detail how things should function, why they arent, and what needs to be done to get there. Ive learned a lot of information on how sewer and plumbing work while hes been here. He has sure gone above and beyond for us, until the job was done. I have already passed his company information onto several people in the area, and will continue to use this company if we have any other issues. And he is a veteran - as a military family we always appreciate that.

We called Ritchie’s after we began hearing a strange noise coming from the wall behind the fridge following the -8 degree weather. Knowing they were most definitely slammed from the negative temps, we were told it would take 5 days before they made it out but were incredibly grateful when they called 2 days later to ask if they could come the next day. We had shut our water off that whole time so we were very happy the repair would come sooner than expected.Clint arrived and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, automatically wore boot covers when he came in, he was timely, and when we showed him the issue he was immediately able to pinpoint the cause. He gave us options for the repair along with his professional opinion which I appreciated. When he made the repair, Clint had to cut a small hole in our wall but kept his workspace neat and tidy the entire time. Since we’ve had other plumbing issues in this house and discussed them with him, Clint did some investigating to make sure we weren’t running a high water pressure and then highlighted some plumbing mistakes our builder had made (in ‘94). He took time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made it easy to see that he’s a true expert in his trade.We received the best quality service from Clint that anyone could ask for and I will be happy to recommend him to anyone for their plumbing issues. The last thing I’ll add is Clint did point out the age of our water heater and told us what to look out for whenever is began to die, so I will 100% call Ritchie’s whenever we decide to put a new one in.

We had a wonderful experience with Clint. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Our issue was a loud noise from the pump or pressure switch. Clint found the problem plus showed us other problems we were unaware of. We appreciate him crawling around our crawl space for hours to fix the issues and correct poor workmanship of the previous plumber. Thankfully, the noise is no longer an problem and we dont have to worry about the water tank or pressure switch failing any time soon. Thank you Clint.

Professional but easy to talk to, didnt even mind my rambunctious pitbull sniffing all around him. He could have done unnecessary work and I would never have known, but instead he pointed out an alternate solution, and walked me through how do it myself to save myself some money. I even had a secondary issue in the house, asked him to take a quick look and, again, he gave me a quick rundown regarding what I could try myself before getting a professional involved. I got repeated reminder and on our way texts, so I wasnt just waiting by the door.Give them a call, they dont charge much at all to come take a look, and they obviously want repeat business, instead of an expensive one-time shakedownThanks!
