    Came in to work today to a busted water pipe. Spoke with Parker and asked if any chance after 12pm the repair could be made today. Few minutes after 12:00 he showed up, repair completed, very pleased with the service and price. Will definitely be giving him all our future business!

    I don’t usually post, but in this case I feel compelled. I called Parker at 0800 this morning and told him my water pressure was way too high. He responded by 0900 and we found that there was no Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) in our system. Parker immediately acquired the valve and parts he needed, installed the valve and was finished before noon. I was genuinely pleased with his response and the craftsmanship work he performed. If you have plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to call Parker to take care of your plumbing issues.

    Parker and Lagrange Plumbing Services are top of the line. I reached out to Parker because I had a major leak underneath my house. Parker met with me promptly, diagnosed the problem, and he went far above and beyond what was necessary to replace the plumbing and even advised me of other issues that he discovered while working. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I completely recommend Parker for all of your plumbing needs.

    Parker has provided a service twice. Once was an emergency for a bursted pipe and another was work that was needed on our sewer lines. Our home is over 100 years old with outdated sewer lines . Parker worked long and hard to trace our problem and successfully replace our old equipment with updated lines at a reasonable price. He will be our go to Company for all our plumbing needs. It is refreshing to find a good plumber that I can trust.

    I called Parker because of an issue with our septic tank, and he made time to come out the day of my call. He answered all of my questions, and thoroughly checked what was going on - while letting us know what he was doing during the process. He also answered phone calls after her left and was very willing to talk - to me and another company were working with. We will definitely call if we need future help!

    I had a ceiling pipe burst.Parker was here in less than an hour. Fixed the pipe , and when the street pipe broke the next day he came right out here again saving me. He is very nice , professional and fair in pricing. I have to have the house repiped and he is my pick. I feel he has integrity and his work is high quality.

    9 am on Tuesday morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our hall bathroom… We called Lagrange Plumbing services to get an estimate for repair we weren’t sure we could afford. Parker came out within 30 minutes and let us know what he was doing every step of the way. He was kind, courteous, and really went above and beyond on our repair. He even recommended what to do to remediate the water damage. He was truly a blessing to us. We have just started renovating our home and certainly didn’t expect this to happen in the midst of it all. Parker and Lagrange plumbing have earned my business for life. I am truly truly grateful for this experience. Who knew a plumbing issue could turn into a great experience?! I work with plumbing technicians on a daily basis, and Parker was really exemplary.     Really appreciate Parker! I grew up in the north so I know how to manage cold and plumbing pipes but my teenagers have selective hearing and turned off the faucet while we were facing temps in single digits causing a 1/2 copper supply line to rupture in 2 places... We had water but no hot water for three days before the beloved grouchy old man who lives with us surrendered and let me call a professional with no fuss. Parker was bombarded with emergency calls but was able to fit us in and fixed our issue in under 30 minutes. Ive worked in the warranty field in the past and dealt with plumbers for almost ten years. His pricing is excellent for the budget of a single mom and caregiver for a veteran who has had several strokes. Not only did he fix the issue but he was patient with my father as he lingered around to chat and provided us with estimates for a future job we have been planning. Being a single mom and a homeowner for fifteen years Ive met many a person who have tried to take advantage of me thinking that they can get one over on me because I am female .. Parker is for sure not one of them! He engaged in conversation and treated us both with respect ... Thanks again! I will be a repeat customer!

    Parker is the best of the best. When I called and left a message, he called me back within 10 mins. I told him I had a leak behind the shower and the carpet in my bedroom was wet. He was here within 45 mins. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was more about saving us money than him making money. Ive never met anyone like him. I will never call another plumber as long as he stays in business. I highly recommend Lagrange Plumbbing Service.

    We had a hot water leak in our bathtub. My husband tried to fix it and we ended up with a sauna/hot tub/flooding situation… and once he got that under control we were left with a steady steam of hot water running… I called Lagrange Plumbing and he was here within the hour! Very courteous and professional and had it fixed in minutes. Very affordable and amazing customer service! Can’t recommend this company more!

    At first, very responsive with toilet install. However, new toilet is leaking on my new floors! Anyone know how to get in touch with Parker? 3 stars because I’m not sure how to rate this….UPDATE! Parker was out of town, but as soon as he got back-he came and checked my toilet! Everything is good! 5 stars!

    I highly recommend Parker Trent for all your plumbing needs. He put in a new water line from the road to my house. Out of 3 bids he was my choice and very fair. He answered all my questions. He discussed footage, size of pipe, going under the driveway, calling 811. Things the others did not discuss with me. He was professional, on time, did a great job and cared that things were right at my home. He guarantees his work and that makes me very happy. Most plumbers I had already called would not Service Roanoke. Will be the only plumber I use going forward.

    I called Parker when I was in a bind, my water heater was leaking, he came out early on a Monday morning, gave me an estimate and fixed it the following day. I will call him the next I have a need. Did not charge me a fee to give me an estimate.

    Highly recommend for your plumbing needs !!!! I called the company the day my hot water heater stopped working . They came out within an hour or two later after dark and got it fixed within 15 minutes . They were a lifesaver especially due to the fact I had a newborn and three year old at the time and needed hot water. I am so pleased with them !!

    I have a non standard ADU project that several plumbers came by to look at it, but wouldnt even give me a quote. They said it was too complicated. Then Parker from Lagrange Plumbing came over, sized it up within minutes, and started work the next day. He finished ahead of schedule and even reduced the final price due to an unrelated issue. A week later when the propane was installed with the wrong settings, Parker stopped by within an hour to redo their work at no charge. LaGrange Plumbing is now official go-to! Thank you.

    My overall experience was spectacular! I had a drainage issue that was fixed in no time. I just bought a house and per usual these days, they tried cutting corners plumbing wise, but Lagrange Plumbing Services caught what my inspector should have. Honest,prompt,overall great!!
