    We had some push piers installed due to apparent foundation settling of our 40 year old home. A corner of the house had a zigzag crack along exterior brick and cracking paint/drywall on interior walls. Justin G. was very thorough and patient during the consultation, since he described a much larger job than another quote we had received. After listening to his approach to inspecting our space and the prescribed fix, it was clear that he had much more experience with foundation problems like ours.The team that came out did a nice job getting into the property given our tight entrance. Lots of attention paid to trying to maintain a clean workspace during and after the job as they worked almost 12 hours that Friday. Saturday morning they were back at it and continued to work through the cold drizzle for several hours.A large boxwood happened to be right at that corner of the house and wasnt something we could relocate ourselves. After much hand-digging and attempts to move it, unfortunately it had to be ripped out and wasnt salvageable. I appreciate the time and attention given to our situation. Home ownership is rarely fun or easy, but at least this job was quick and done well.

    Doug C was excellent - he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

    I had Indiana Foundation Service repair a settling foundation by installing push piers. They did an outstanding job. The problem was resolved on time and as quoted. I would especially like to recognize the primary team led by Andrew P. with Dylan B. and Chris K. and the secondary team Jeff A. with Isaac and Josh. Andrew in particular kept me informed at each step and was a pleasure to work with.

    I am so happy that I contacted Indiana Foundation. The crew that came to do the work:Nick Z, Dakota C, & Zach R. We’re very professional and polite. They did the work In a timely fashion with no issues at all. Checked to see if I had any questions or concerns about any certain room ( I did) issues was looked at again and problem was resolved. They also guarantee their work.

    I recommend Indiana Foundation and specially, Mr. Doug Caister. He did a great job with an inspection he just did to our basement. He explained in detail the situation with technical support, and also explained signs of worsening and solution that will help us plan and prepare for the preparation to avoid bigger damages.     In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

    We had work done for a drain install in our foundation and a sub-pump. I have been burned several times with recent work to my house and was skeptical when we hired this company. I can say that all my worry was for nothing. Charlie came out to give us an estimate, and although we were short on time we made it work and he ended up staying for a long time (even through making dinner for our kid) to ensure we understood. It never once felt invasive and he did not try to pressure us into buying the product. Our cats loved him as well which was an added bonus and made us feel better. When he left, we talked about how nice and kind he was and he did not seem like a sales person. He also answered our extra questions a couple weeks later as we were waiting on the install to happen. We again were hesitant with yet another crew that needed to come in our home and demo a bunch of things. There was no need for the worry. Shawn and Devan were fantastic. They were polite, super kind, patient with all of our questions, and their clean up was one of the best we have ever witnessed. Given the invasive nature of jack hammering foundation inside of a home, we expected a bunch of clean up after. However outside of the stuff we already know they could not put back (drywall, flooring, etc) it was perfect. We went though and swept up the rooms they had worked in an there wasnt even a dust pan full of debris they missed. They laid out plastic and used that to walk on and lay the cement chunks on ensuring none of my ceramic tile flooring was ruined. AMAZING! They cleaned up the front lawn after digging a trench and jack hammering up part of the side walk. The cement work they did was great. They were extra careful when digging and installing pipes in the flower beds. Which we appreciated. They left the area outside cleaner than when they arrived even coiling up my garden hose and assisted us in moving some extra dirt left from them digging to another location on the property. Shawn took the time to take us out back and explain what they could do to help the drainage issues in the back of the home. He was confidant in his explanations and understood exactly what needed to happen to improve this situation and ensure water was not an issue to the home in the future. There was again no pressure to have Indiana Foundation Service do this work. This was all above and beyond what they were required to do. They were polite and kind when we were talking to them and was able to laugh and joke with us as they worked. WHEN we have more work done with our drainage in the back of our home we will be calling this company again and requesting SHAWN AND DEVAN to do the work. What an asset they are to the Indian Foundation company. Indiana Foundation Service will have my loyalty in the future for all other needed repairs.

    I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.
