Crossroads is awesome to work with! When I called to get information and set up a time to review our needs, they sent Kyle within a couple days. After long discussions with family we chose Crossroads. Crossroads team were professional, efficient, and reliable. The crew arrived early each day, demoed the walls down to the brick, removed a VERY heavy steal wood burning stove, and the brick hearth. Then the real work began breaking out concrete, installing drain system and sump pump! They said the job would be completed and cleaned up in 3 days. They were done in 2.5 days! Crossroads was highly recommended by some of my real estate friends and banking friends! Thank you!!

I had a few questions about fixing a concrete slab. I reached out to the website and was set up for a free estimate the same day. I had Christian Bastarod with the business show up on time with a company vehicle and a company uniform. Christian informed me on everything that would go into fixing the concrete. Unfortunately the cost of the work was too much to put into an old garage that I might tear down in a year or two. With that being said Christian understood and was very professional even suggesting other options I could look into.Highly recommended!

We had 3 estimates from different companies before we found Crossroads. We chose this company because of their integrity! Belinda, who scheduled our free estimate was amazing. She was able to get us scheduled quickly. Jake C. our project manager was very knowledgeable. He gave us a quote with a reasonable price the same day! He wasnt pushy and gave us time to think about our options. Dawson was our foreman along with another fella, who I cannot remember his name, but they were both amazing! They were super respectful to us and our property. They finished the job in 1 day. We ended up needing 6 carbon fiber straps, 7 wall crack injections, and rim joist spray foam. The next day after completion we had a rainy day and BOOM no more water in our basement! I would recommend them to anyone needing basement repair! The company lives up to their standards! :)

I was starting to develop a crack/bow in one of my basement walls. I contacted four reputable companies to get estimates and I feel that the Crossroads estimator was being the most straight forward with me about what they were proposing as well as what the others had proposed. Scheduling was straight forward, and the crew installing the anchors was very professional and clean. I would definitely use them again.My only constructive feedback is that the brochure given to me was pretty specific about how the sod would be cut, the holes would be dug, the plate installed, dirt replaced and tamped, and the sod replaced. Instead they dug a 20 foot ditch and just piled the dirt back on. There may be a logical reason why it was done that way, but setting a customers expectation goes a long way.

Not an ideal day to raise concrete slabs, 45F & raining. Ethan L. called and arrived within 45 mins then began to work on our driveway. There were a couple of slabs that needed to be raised since our estimate in July, its the end of October now.Ethan did a very good job despite the rain. Work area was swept and cleaned up. Really nice work.

Crossroads installed an interior perimeter drain with sump pump in the basement of my 100 year old house which was taking on ground water when it rained. The price was very fair. The crew was prompt, professional, and they worked very quickly to complete the project. Communication with Belinda in the office, the estimator, Jeremy and the on-site crew was top notch. They even follow up with a staff member who inspects the job a week later to make sure everything was done correctly and to assure our satisfaction with the job. You just cant ask for more with any contractor. Crossroads has my full endorsement. Hire them! Youll be very happy you did.

So happy we went with Crossroads. We had a few other estimates and Crossroads was honest about what work actually needed to be done vs adding a bunch of odds and ends to increase the bill. The entire process was super quick.. from the first phone call to the last visit to ensure everything was done properly. Over the course of the job we met 5 different guys from the company and they were all great.The issue we were having is that our floor above our crawl space was sagging due to not having enough supports. They added additional supports, lifted the floor a bit, added a vapor barrier, and replaced some damaged materials. 2 guys were in and out in 3 days. Our floor was super bouncy before and visually sagging and both of those issues are resolved.Very happy with our experience. I highly recommend Crossroads!

Crossroads Foundation Repair was the right choice for shoring up the foundation of my 50-y/o basement and upgrading the waterproofing. I got several estimates and decided on Crossroads because they seemed competent, without being too slick, and understood the situation with my basement. Their rates were among the best, too. As soon as they received the deposit they scheduled the work in two weeks and the entire job was done within a few days. They knew what they were doing and didnt take any shortcuts when complications came up. That gives me peace of mind that the job is done right. Amazing! This company did the right thing! They recommended that I contact a structural engineer due to my concrete damage issue even if it meant repairs for my issue were not provided by them with their expertise. As it turned out for me, this recommendation was the best advise I could have received. Structural Engineer reported my concrete floor could not be repaired and required all concrete removed and demo garage. Refreshing to know there are companies still out there who are willing to do the right thing! I highly recommend this company!

Very impressed! I wish I had the before pics. Mike who came out to do the estimate referred to my crawlspace as the Dead Sea which I completely agreed with. There were pools of standing water and a bunch of random debris. Mikes team cleaned it out, hand graded the dirt, installed drain tile, sump pit w/ pop up discharge out front, dehumidifier, spray foamed rim joists, sprayed mold inhibitor on all exposed wood (just as a precaution), installed turtle shell access on the side of the house, complete encapsulation w/ 20 mil wire reinforced plastic and added 3 support columns to the main beam.The technicians were here for a week. They were courteous, professional and worked their tails off. They provided a daily update before leaving each day and answered every question. Being very curious by nature there were more than a few.Youve seen the list so it wasnt cheap but in comparison to the other 3 quotes I got they were the cheapest by 1000s and I truly believe they did a better job than anyone else would have done.Id give them 100 stars if that were an option.

We had a few concrete blocks uneven over time. Cross-Roads helped with their technology to even the concrete slabs. They were very professional, customer satisfaction focussed, and worked with us at our school to accommodate us so that children or staff do not get disturbed. They left the place after work very clean and also asked us to call them back if there is any issue with the job. We havent had the need to do so. Their pricing was the best for us. I would definitely recommend them for any concrete slab job like ours. Though I think they would also exceed customer expectations for other services they offer.

They measured the issues (foundation support) and recommended services, and also advised against services that I did not need. We were told by a very popular foundation company that we needed to add a drainage system, along with a second sump pump in our basemen…and that we needed it ASAP.. The quote for this was $8000.00. This was the same company that encapsulated and dug a trench around the whole interior of our basement. Glad we thought outside of the box and called CFR !We were refereed to Crossroads Foundation Repair by a friend.Kyle came out and looked everything over … guess what ? We do NOT need the work done at all. Kyle was fast , courteous and has a great sense of humor and personality.He took the time to explain everything and left no unanswered questions.If we ever have any basement issues again,know that CFR is the only ones we will call. From the first time I contacted Crossroads Foundation Repair, I was very pleased with their service. I left a message and they returned my call the same day. Everyone I dealt with was polite and took time to answer any questions I had. The initial inspection was done by Zach Grundy. He walked me through the process and explained everything that needed to be done. My contact at the company, Jeremy Lesher, was always quick to return my call, polite, and I never felt rushed if I had questions. Rolando and Omar where the techs that performed my foundation repair. Just like the rest of the people I had dealt with at the company, they were friendly and polite. Rolando showed me what they were going to do, and then got to work. They didnt mind at all when my curious 7 year old wanted to watch from a safe distance. He and I watched them work in the trench and the basement till his curiosity had been satisfied. Rolando even took a second to tell him what he was doing right before they drilled and put in one of the rods. A top notch company, and the easiest home repair experience I have ever had. Lifting brought the patio up. Problem is the center also raised. Now the high point is down the center and still slightly slopping towards the house. The crack filler was still tacky several hours later. The tech had put sand into the crack, then used the gray sealer. Just before dark I went out to Rural King and bought some play sand to finish the job. No!, Im not completely happy. It is much better now then it was to start with. The tech should have put white play sand over the crack sealer.

I hired Crossroads to repair structural framing on my house. I met with Joe K. for the initial appointment. He was really great to work with. He immediately had a solution to my problem, and provided me with a fair/honest quote. I had an entire wall that was sinking about 2 inches due to rotting rim joist. They were able to lift the wall back to the proper height, and replace 30 feet of rim joist. Miguel and Eric were the carpenters on the job. They did great work. I feltthat they went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed correctly, and in a timely manner. There were some things that other contractors would have looked over. For instance, they found several wall studs that were rotted, and replaced those as well. Lastly, they completed the job in a single day. I highly recommend hiring them for any of your foundation needs!

We were extremely impressed with how hard Eric and Miguel worked, and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks, guys!!We live in an old house (built in the 1930s I think) and the basement walls were showing their age. We also had some water issues during heavy rains. Crossroads trenched the basement, secured the walls with wall anchors, added a sump pump, and also added helical piers around the outside of the house to support areas of the foundation that were sinking.Miguel and Eric performed some truly Herculean efforts in doing all this work - and they did a damn fine job. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, and the top notch quality of their work.In addition, this work was done at a fraction of the cost (literally a fraction) that had been quoted to us by other companies.I highly recommend Crossroads Foundation Repair!

From the first moment of contacting Crossroads to the final day, it was nothing but great. Even when there were glitches(caused by unknown situations in the house), they solved problems, did not increase cost and kept me informed every step of the way. Their pricing was at least 30% less than the local providers and the scope of their work was approximately 30% more. Do the math. They were 2 hours away and their timeliness, attention and price put the local competition to shame. We were selling the house, the house was inspected before their work and then later after it was done. Professional inspectors found no flaws in any of their work and passed the house making our selling price even higher. All in all, if you need waterproofing, foundation work, structural correction, crawlspace improvement, these are the guys.

We used crossroads after getting three wildly different quotes. One of which, I am sure the company was trying to take advantage of me as a young female thinking I would fall for the horror story they painted in order to scare me into a very expensive repair.We called Crossroads after finding them on Nextdoor. The experience for the quote was entirely different from the above mentioned. Quote was quick, easy and fair, plus they could do all the repairs we needed. We had a large cement crack in the basement filled and the front step of our sidewalk had fallen making a dangerous trip hazard.The work was completed quickly and with little interaction from us. All of the technicians wore masks and took proper Covid precautions.We ended up having some settling of the sealant at the front door due to the cold weather, just a weird thing, nothing they did wrong. I called and they fixed it the next day no questions asked. They also immediately fixed another crack we found the same day.We found a new leak when they came to fix the original crack, this was unrelated, but the tech spent the time to help me figure out the cause and explain the issue so we could have it addressed. Literally nothing to do with the work he was doing, just did it to be helpful.Very happy with the work completed and happy to recommend.

Ethan and Bryant were on time, professional, and very meticulous in the repair of our sidewalk. They eliminated all the chips in the finish, they filled in the cracks, and most importantly, they used their technology to level our sidewalk so that areas that had lifted and fallen were now all at the same level. I appreciated their care and concern for our property -- even sweeping up small amounts of concrete dust and tidying everything to better than ever.One poignant moment stands out to me. I have a section of sidewalk that consistently floods and then freezes with ice in the winter. I asked Ethan how to fix it as it was not in the original quote. He told me that he could fix it with the concrete lifting technology -- just lifting the section above the adjacent grass areas -- but that would be expensive. He said the best approach would be to create a drain for the water so that the water could flow away from the sidewalk. This fix was about 80% less than what he could have charged me to lift the sidewalk. And I believe it clearly shows Ethans integrity.Both Ethan and Bryant not only brought needed expertise but they brought a fantastic attitude to the job and exuded professionalism.This firm is significantly less expensive than their primary competitor, AccuLevel and their work is top-notch. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Wow! I found this company by looking on google and sending information to find out what they can do. We have a stamped concrete patio and it needed to be leveled. There was a crack going across it and it was low in the back and up in the front. They came and looked at it to explain what they could do about it. When the owner came out and explained what could be done I was excited to hear that they may be able to fix it so I wouldnt stub my toe anymore. We agreed on the bid and they came out to fix it. Now when I walk out to the patio I dont have to worry about stubbing my toe. It is even all the way across. Ben, the repair technician was the kindest, sweetest, courteous, helpful, hardworking and conscientious person a customer could deal with. He made certain the work was done to the highest standard and cleaned up the area when done. As one might imagine, based upon my personal experience, I would certainly recommend this company.

Top of the line people with top-of-the-line solutions! No pressure sales. Honest and willing to answer questions! It’s amazing what they can do! I had four helical piers and two carbon fiber straps attached to my block basement due to foundation settling. I also had spray foam insulation put in my rim joist. They were very friendly, professional, prompt and cleaned up their mess! Our construction project required stabilization of a slope composed largely of sand. Crossroads worked with our architect and engineer in order to stabilize the slope. After a thorough assessment, as such, they placed multiple helical screws into the slope to achieve stabilization. Chris kept us updated regarding the schedule and even reduced the final expense by downsizing part of the project he found unnecessary as the project developed. Crawl space was damp and beginning to show mold. Called Crossroads Foundation Repair and they came out and gave an estimate. The work they did was beyond anything I expected. Splendid work at a fair price. If I need more work like this in the future, they will be the one I call. Excellent work.
