    I recently had the pleasure of using E-Drains services to unclog three of my drains and I must say, I am extremely impressed!     Installed a SpringWell water filtration and conditioner system.The person doing the scheduling was quick to respond when I needed to reschedule. It was challenging to find someone to take on this project, but E-drains did a great job. It was a complicated project, but the technician prepared well by reviewing the manufacturers installation materials in advance and contacting me to get video/photos of the installation area a few days prior to arriving. Since installation required items not typically used, I offered to purchase & procure them myself (in addition to him purchasing some items elsewhere that I couldnt find). The technician sent me a list and returned the unused materials at the end of the job. I greatly appreciated his honesty, as the copper materials were very expensive and I know he couldve sold them for profit and I never wouldve known. The integrity of the technician impressed me greatly! The filter and conditioner have been working well. Highly recommend!

    I cant speak highly enough of Edy and E-drains! Long story short- shady plumber installed our water filter system for us incorrectly a few years ago and I didnt realize it until I was struggling to change out the filter. Called Springwell (the water filter company) to see if they had any recommended plumbers in the area and they sent me to E-Drains.     We had a great experience with E-Drains. What started as a clogged laundry tub turned out to be a cracked cast iron pipe. The house is 82 years old and the pipe was original, so it was not unexpected. E-Drains (Rey) came back the next day and replaced everything. Rey was great! Very attentive and thorough.     Had a great experience having Edy from E-Drains help me with my clogged kitchen sink. It’s very difficult finding a company you can trust. I previously had three other plumbing companies come and try to fix the issue and none were helpful. Each time, each one of them would attempt to up charge me from the original quote and make excuses on why the job would be very difficult. I even had one plumber state the only way to fix the issue would be by making a hole in my drywall to have better access. Edy and his team quickly came in and got to work and were able to fix the issue under 20 minutes. They also stand behind their work and gave me one year warranty.     We initially had a different company come out to do the plumbing a few years back, and they ended up leaving a hodgepodge of PEX and copper piping in our wall. They couldnt solder to save themselves, so they kept on cutting the supply line out of the slab shorter and shorter, until they eventually had to resort to PEX using Sharkbite connectors. I reached out to see anyone can do a quick replacement with copper tubing, and Edy from E-Drains was the first to respond. He came out same day (Friday) to take a look. Monday late AM, Edy and Rey came out and the pipe was fully upgraded to copper within few hours. The short pipe out of the slab proved challenging, but their ingenuity and craftsmanship proved far superior than my first company! Recommend anyone with need for honest and quality plumbing service.

    It is hard to get good customer service and quality work these days but not with E-Drains. Found them on Yelp and between the companies who responded to my request for main drain issues, they were more communicative and up front with pricing which was fair.     When I electronically reached out to several plumbing companies to see about fixing a clogged kitchen sink, E-drains was the only one who answered me directly with a hard quote - no fluff, no “consultation appointment needed”, no “let’s discuss your project in more detail”. They were available very quickly and got the job done. Although the job did require a different solution than originally quoted, which was a bit more costly, I knew from my experience with plumbing that they weren’t just trying to pull one over on me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is for a little hiccup in the admin part of it (I paid through zelle but the e-contract signature then required a cc to complete the signing). No biggie. E-drains didn’t let that stop them from coming through on the job and all worked out well.

    Highly Recommend!Emergency repair needed for my neighbors broken sewer line that runs through my property. Raw sewage from neighbors sewer line was coming to the surface on my property.     Ahmad was the now my go-to plumber. I managed to get an appointment for the next day. He showed up exactly on time and identified the ice maker valve behind the refrigerator was broken. Within 40 minutes that was fixed, with old piping repaired too.The fact that Ahmad fixed the ice maker valve so well, I felt comfortable with him replacing our old, corroded water shutoff valve. Another plumber had already quoted me an outrageous price, but E-Drain’s price was much reasonable. That was much more difficult, and required several trips to the store for parts. Still, Within three hours the job was done, and we have a working refrigerator for the holidays and some peace of mind!Very professional and fair prices.     After having sewage drains replaced, we did not want to go through the trouble of having pipe issues ever again. Our plumbing pipes were likely over 40-50 years old and we asked E-drains to evaluate . Ahmad came over and did a thorough consultation. He used a camera to show us what we were working with. Our pipes were a ticking time bomb, rusted, with corroded joints and could likely spring a leak at any time.Ahmad was able to start with the prep work to get the job done right away. He estimated it would be a 2 day job. He showed up bright and early, and worked all day long under the very small crawlspace of our house. He was kind, pleasant, and very sweet despite being under a crawlspace all day long.He could see it was hectic in our house with a newborn, 2 small children, and out of town family visitors. He hustled like crazy and was able to get the 2 day job done in 1 day. He was so awesome and I would highly recommend him for any pipe/plumbing needs.

Went through 3 plumbers (2 big companies, 1 small) all who provided estimates 2-4X the reasonable price, and none of whom took the time to properly evaluate our situation. I contacted E-drains at 230pm, and they had a tech over by 4pm, who went above and beyond to evaluate and rectify our situation (long story, but corroded pipes, mud in the sewer line, etc). He cleared our pipes and prevented us from undertaking a $5k plus job, and they did it for half the price of our first two quotes. Professional, quality work, affordable, and honest.
