Edy and William showed up on time and did a great job. After opening the pipe and seeing the abundance of grease and clogs, they expertly advised the necessity of a hydro jetting. They even absorbed the initial cost and applied it toward the jetting.The process created a lot of mess, but they left the area as clean (or maybe even cleaner) than before! I highly recommend Baird for all your plumbing problems

I was amaze how quickly they were able to respond after I had place a call with Linda in the office.A young man named Jerry showed up and greeted me at the door.He showed up in a nice clean white van with a lot of equipment ready to unplug my drain.I explained how my elderly mom likes to put food waste down into the garbage disposal and had backed it up.He explained my options on how he could unplug my kitchen sink back up problem.He was determined to not leave until I had my sink in operation status.After determining that the problem was not in the kitchen trap under the sink but in one of the main lines.He was able to use his equipment to reach the blockage and get my kitchen sink to drain againHe was clean and effective in clearing my blocked kitchen pipes.Thank you all at Baird plumbing for working together in clearing my blocked pipes.SincerelyHome owner

The water in my tub was having trouble draining immediately whenever I would shower. It started getting to the point where the water would take a little while to go down. Then a friend suggested I called Baird Drain Service. When I tell you they are the nicest people I have met. Edy is the one who assisted me and he has been so helpful every time I needed help, he is ready to go! I would suggest everyone use this service!

As I was searching for Bairds ph #, I noticed the reviews. I figured why not add my two cents in. I have been using Bairds plumbing for at least 5yrs (possibly more), and have recommended them as well. In my experience with Baird, I have yet encountered any negative experiences. That is why they are my first call before contacting anyone else. The guys that come over and unplug my drains, have been the greatest and they DO go above and beyond to help. When I read the negative reviews, I figured why not tell my side and my experiences. So far, I have yet to complain! I DO recommend them for the small plumbing issues, since they are fast I getting to you. But with bigger, yeah they required a schedule appointment and takes a little time. Either way, I have yet to be upset with them these past years! They are incredibly fast and love the guys who show up to assist in my problem!
