    Billy was our electrician when we asked for a ceiling fan and recessed lighting to be installed in our master bedroom, and we couldnt have been more satisfied with his work! Well certainly be reaching out to him for any future electrical needs. On a later occasion, we had Billy assist with the wiring for a lamp post in our front yard. Once more, our experience with him and his team was excellent. In another instance, Billy and Miguel helped us mount 3 TVs. They not only installed new outlets and AV wiring behind the TVs to keep everything neat and tidy, but also set up a new outlet and network cables in a kitchen cabinet, enabling us to conceal our WiFi router. Their work was impeccable!

    Im really grateful for the work done. had this tricky trio of pendant lights that kept burning out - honestly, they deserved to be binned and replaced. but i really loved their blown glass shades, so i pleaded with billy to find a fix for a poor product. after attempting a couple of fixes that didnt quite do the trick, he hauled them to the shop and essentially overhauled them, even converting them to LED lights. these lights used to generate so much heat they would warm up my kitchen island - but theyre perfect now. really appreciate that novak brothers electricians llc stuck with this challenge and sorted it out!!!!

    After four unsuccessful tries to fix my low voltage landscape lighting timers, i decided to ask for additional help to set them up again. i got an emailed quote suggesting that i should replace the electrical timers with mechanical ones. the estimated invoice sent via email was about $450 for timers that cost only $15.50 each on amazon. after a bit of back and forth, miguel demonstrated his determination to resolve the timer issue fairly and he eventually replaced the electrical timers with mechanical ones, charging nothing extra for labor or materials. now, i have fully functioning landscape lighting and im grateful for miguel’s persistence in resolving the issue.

    Ive been relying on a whole-house generator, installed and maintained by the same electrical company, for almost 5 years. When it abruptly stopped working after a recent tornado, I was in a panic. This was the kind of situation I had anticipated and the reason I initially bought the generator. After multiple service requests, I finally received a call from Billy who informed me he was en route and would be there in 45 minutes. His arrival was about 22 hours post-storm. Billy worked tirelessly for nearly an hour to resolve the communication issues between my circuit breaker and the generator. He suggested that a nearby lightning strike might have caused the malfunction. Even though the generator wasnt directly hit, he explained that proximity was enough to create an issue. Its now Sunday, a couple of days since the storm, and Im still relying on the generator continuously. Im hopeful that power will be restored soon, but in the meantime, my food and insulin are safely refrigerated. The generator has more than paid for itself over the years. It was an initial installation promotion that convinced me to invest in this peace of mind. Ive saved Billys number in my phone and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention to repair and maintenance details provided by this electrical company in Countryside.

    Billy from Novak Brothers Electricians LLC outdid himself in finding an alternative way to replace our tennis court lights. The initial plan of using a large scissor lift was not feasible due to the damp Countryside ground. However, he ingeniously used the 50 year old light pole hinge mechanism to lower the light fixture to ground level with the help of ropes and some basic physics. What could have been a terrible situation turned into an impressive success!
