    If I could Id give them 6/5 stars. Within hours of submitting my inquiry online Thursday evening, I was contacted to schedule an appointment for Friday Morning. We were on day 2 of no water and had called 6 plumbers and received either no response or no follow-up (except that one lady who quoted $465 per hour with a 1 hour minimum plus parts). I heard back from the owner the next morning at 8a and explained the situation. He said he’d find someone to swing by. Sure enough, around 10:30, Aiden called and said he’d be here in 39 minutes and he was. He was masked (per Covid) and has little booties over his shoes and was extremely professional. He explained the problem, answered my questions, gave me a super reasonable quote and did the job. He represented his company well. They are my go-to from now on.

Friendly, upfront, and very professional.I had a leak in my water heater, and instead of going straight to replacing the entire tank Aidan inspected where the leak was coming from and determined it was an easily replaceable, leaky heating unit. He fixed the leak for a fraction of what I would have had to pay another company that wanted to replace the entire tank.Update: ~9 months later.
