    THE BEST OF THE BEST!The folks at Moyer have never let us down! From day one their service has been impeccable! But today our service technician Roberto went above and beyond during our semi annual winter system check up.… This guy took photos of every element of our system that he checked on, and on the end of his visit, went over each photo with me explaining the efficiency of each component… I was blown away! This Is in my opinion best of class service, and the reason we have Moyer indoor comfort as our HVAC provider!

    I reached out to Moyer on the hottest day of the year when my air conditioning was failing and i was going on vacation the very next day for a week.. i figured that many other people were experiencing similar issues with their cooling systems so i was taking a long shot requesting that they come out same day. Michele took my call and was extremely understanding and gathered all of the information she needed. She told me she would do her best to get someone out and communicated with me throughout the day. Steve responded within a couple of hours and fixed the problem within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. i can’t praise this company enough. They are the epitome of what a good business should be. i am so grateful that they were there for me. I wish there were 10 stars so that i could rate them higher!!

    My Interaction with Moyer Total Indoor Comfort started with Kelly. Who was professional, wonderful and easy to talk to. Then only 2 hours after I made the call. Ryan and Rob showed up. Both the gentlemen were consummate professionals. Rob/Bob took the lead and was a very good teacher to his Padawan Ryan. Ryan for his part was very attentive and a great assistant. I work with Technicians in Heavy equipment and would love to have 2 employees like Bob and Ryan. I was apprised of what what going every step of the way and my issue was fixed in very short order. I could not be happier with Moyers.

    Excellent customer service! I replaced my aging central air with an efficient heat pump system and I could not be happier. Very knowledgeable professional staff. When I had an issue with the new thermostat, they responded quickly and fixed the issue no charge. They also wired my old whole house humidifier into the new system using the new digital thermostat. Overall great experience. Kelly the scheduler is a joy to speak to.

    Bob and Berto were a great team. Arrived earlier then expected. Told my husband and I about another problem they may have encountered. And asked before just fixing it. Looked into it, found the small but big problem, fixed it. And just all around made it a great and fun time. They even interacted with my kids and my cat(which she was happy about). Cant recommend the company and the B team enough!

    Within the past couple of years, Moyer has replaced our oil-fired hot water boiler, and switched out a failed central A/C unit for a heat pump that put us in a position of only needing to use the boiler for domestic hot water, and hydronic heat on colder days. Neither repair was fast or easy, but they put in full days of work on each, and were pleased with the results.

    Excellent service and very helpful advice for preventative measures and future projects. Had our gas boiler fixed but, coincidentally, our toilet clogged roughly an hour before Steve came over to do the scheduled repairs. He unblocked the toilet at no additional cost. Saved us a bunch. Highly recommend Moyer!

    We had the team from Moyer Total Indoor Comfort come out and replace our aging HVAC unit. Steve gave us several options across many price points and made recommendations about which system would best serve our needs. The pricing was very fair, and the installation was quick and professional. They stayed late to make sure everything was 100% and took the time to explain our new system and thermostat. The owner even stopped by to ensure everything was installed to our satisfaction. Everyone was extremely respectful of our home and they wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. When they left you couldnt even tell they were there as everything had been cleaned up and vacuumed. The system works perfectly, and they are coming back as a courtesy follow up to check out the system a few weeks after the installation. We could not have been happier, and would recommend anyone in need of professional services utilize Moyer Total Indoor Comfort.

    Brian and Joe were great! They worked so hard to get my plumbing situation under control and to clean my furnace. They were in the cold and they had to go back to the shop quite a few times for more machines but they got my toilets to work again. Also they let me know throughout the whole process what they needed to do and approximate cost which I appreciated.

    Moyers recently installed a new water heater for us and completed several plumbing repairs. The service we received was outstanding: the technician was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, and all work performed was done thoroughly and correctly. They even waived the second service call fee for us because the work was completed in the same week. The total bill was actually quite a bit less than wed anticipated, too. We give Moyers our highest recommendation!

    I called for a clean and check on my oil furnace, which was not running properly.Ryan, the technician, who came to service the furnace knew exactly what to do to tune it up and had it running efficiently in no time.Aside from that, Ryan has a great personality to deal with customers.     My old HVAC was 23 years old and clearly on its way out. I contacted 3 local HVAC companies. The first one did not call me back, the second one showed up 4 hours late and quoted me for a 5 ton AC. Moyer showed up on time and explained to me the venting system in the house was designed for a 3 ton AC. He stated anything larger would cause condensation and ultimately more humidity in the house. He supplied me with 3 quotes. I did some research online and found that in fact the venting system would cause back pressure if the system was too large. He also explained how a multi-stage HVAC would be the way to go. It would be the most effect because the air handler fan and the compressor fans would work at the speed needed. The three quotes were a single stage basic HVAC, a dual-stage HVAC and a variable stage HVAC. All three were Lennox brand. From what I read Lennox is one of the best. I went with the dual-stage. From the initial contact with Moyer, to installation and now to the operation, Moyer did a fantastic job. All the employees were friendly, neat, clean and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for quality equipment, quality service and a great company to do your HVAC service, Moyer Total Indoor Comfort exceeded all my expectations. Not to mention I dont even hear the unit running; its so quiet.

    Just had a furnace installed by Moyers and they did an amazing job. Brian, Brandon, and Joe were great. Brian was here each day until it was finished to perfection & stayed to make sure it was done correctly. Jerry followed up with me each day to make sure everything was going ok and keep me updated and even contacted Countryside (the fuel provider) to make sure they were coming when they said they were. It was overall a great experience. So glad I chose them to put in my new AC/furnace and heat pump!     Highly recommend this company !! My husband didnt know who to call but wanted to support a local business . He called and Pete came out to our home on an emergency call. We had no heat suddenly and extremely high electric bills for 3 months prior.... thank goodness we didnt have a fire. Our home was freezing and this team ;Pete,Corey, & Bo went over & beyond in their care, professional knowledge of systems best for our house design & duct work and worked hard to get us warm and healthy.     Did job agreed to at minimum possible level.House is old,we are messy, and with quarantine had to be in house which was annoying.CONSLeft unfilled pilot holes in middle of living room (no where near our mess), large gaps in diffusers, tech went through ceiling said would patch what diffuser didnt cover. (Need yo repaint so minor patch was have been ok) Plumbing rework has a leak. No instruction given for operation brine tank 8 weeks 3 months? Said was ok with one room not being added due to issues (old house) the run was put in severely impacting resale according to appraiser. Trash was left in closets and outside.I signed off so techs could hurry to next job thinking one was staying to clean trash ect, my bad. One tech late every day could have easily made up those hours needed for a quality job. One hole was from above down with caulking put in it so have a nice mini volcano n the one hole they did fill. I am honestly afraid to look at outside and see if holes were drilled and filled or just drilled.PROSThe unit works great, (9 degree temp difference between floors so we will see energy usage). The plumbing looks amazing hot water faster with seriously increased volume. The plumbing guy helped guy my old ac units out (have a bad back) so that was killer. The main guy didnt mess around jammed work, on time stayed late to make sure work was going. Very professional upfront and quick easy consultation. Steven knew the products and answered a ton of questions.UPDATE: The party who caused delay is no longer around. Rep came and provided key and fixed any issues. The unit failed in the ice storm with an error. They came right out and fixed unit. Within a couple hours my kids complained they were sweating.Standing by product and responsiveness has made me upgrade my review and would absolutly encourage others to use the service

    I have used this company twice now for preventative maintenance cleaning. They are on time, professional, and dont bring a bag of surprises with them.The prices seem competitive and the work is solid.Update:I have used this company four times now and they are consistent in the good service.Case in point - the young man who just did my air conditioning and heat pump PM was very thorough. He did not rush, he took his time, he answered my questions, he even scrubbed the outside unit to make it look new. Well done!Another update:My furnace ended up dying (not their fault or their equipment). Everything was competitive, professional, and smooth from pricing to install.The entire team has been very helpful the whole time.
