    Antillean and their crew did a great job on a bunch of projects around my property! My home dates to the mid 1800s and so had a lot of very dated wiring in the outbuildings that was either non-functional or just not very safe, so it needed to be replaced and upgraded. Antillean was efficient, informative, and honest in helping me figure out the best solutions for my needs now and into the future. My project included running an all new underground conduit to and fully rewiring a small barn in my backyard, adding multiple new outlets in my garage office, and rewiring my workshop (lights and plugs). They were happy to help with other projects that required expert attention as well (some plumbing, attic stair install, etc.), all in one quote. Through the whole process they were quick to respond to any issues and handled the work safely. Im very pleased with the projects they did for me and look forward to working with them again.

    Antillean Restoration (Deon and team) recently completed a pretty significant and essential home renovation project for me. Deon laid out the project carefully and shared a phased schedule with me. He then kept me up to date almost daily with progress and any issues that came up. I was very satisfied with a) his level of organization, b) the careful attention to detail on the scope of the project c) identification of a few new, critical items that had to be addressed for the long-term and d) final completion of the project just in time to meet a critical deadline. Deon and team had the capabilities needed to complete all aspects of the work, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Mr. Deon and his team were extremely knowledgeable, impressively reliable, budget conscious, budget friendly, and punctual. They assisted with services such as framing, wall installation, custom access paneling, electrical, painting, closet creation, ceiling installation, circuit installation , recessed fixtures, and drywalling. Their work product was immaculate and precise. They remodeled my entire basement and outlined clear expectations for each phase of the project. They also ensured that I had the opportunity to approve changes and review and approve their progress at the completion of each phase. They assisted me in troubleshooting design issues and had a creative and practical approach to problem solving. They were thorough and consistent with their communication and provided ongoing updates. They were also very transparent and detailed in their billing.     We our new to the area and hired a family β€œfriend” contractor to redo our shower. 3 months after it was completed we had a water leak through the floor down to our living room when we showered, the floor of the shower was not level so water would sit and not flow towards the drain, and the shower door wasn’t flush. We reached out to other contractors in the area and to completely redo the work that was previously done, we could not find a single contractor under 5 figures until we came across Antillean Restoration. Fair pricing even in this price gouging state we are in, constant communication via text or call, quality work done in a timely manner, and professionalism with every employee we encountered. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
