Really impressed with the entire experience from the estimate through the final project! I had an older home with wood siding and water damage from the previous gutters and age. They had a crew come out for 2 days and they made all the repairs agreed upon in the contract and found another issue we had missed. A week later the paint crew came out, pressure washed and spent the entire day caulking, filling and prepping the whole exterior for paint. The next day they worked all day and I was very impressed at the teams work. 100% satisfied with the end result and pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone.

CertaPro’s rep showed up on time and was quick to provide a quote along with a detailed description of what they would do. Once the work began, the crew was there every day until the project was completed. The guys were polite and professional. This is a great firm to work with. The popcorn ceiling is history and we have smooth, white ceilings!!

The crew showed up early, worked all day to get the house painting job completed. Their work was good, but missed spots and painted the rubber seal on the garage doors causing them not to seal well. Called the project manager and told him the issues, said he was going in to a meeting and would return my call to meet and go over the problems. Waited 2 weeks for a follow-up call but it never happened. I had to get another painter to finish the paint work, wasnt that much, and having to get the garage door weather seals replaced. Once they have your money, theres no guarantee you will get anything corrected, so do not pay until you check the work in good light and approve the work. A bad experience and a black eye for this company. I would recommend checking other companies before using this one.(FOLLOW UP) After speaking with management, apparently due to unforeseen issues my inquiries were missed, but service personnel were sent back to complete and repair all the issues. Painting is completed and garage door weather striping replaced, all is good. Although there were a few hiccups, Certapro of East Tennessee stood behind their warranty and made things right. Paint job and repairs look great.

It was a wonderful experience and when the job was completed the whole area around the house was totally spotless with a very professional paint job. We had certa pro come out for a quote among 3 others and they were by far the most professional and fair priced as a whole. the scheduler called a few days after we decided to go with them and she easily booked us to start the project a few weeks later. they came one day before to power washed everything and then Johan and his father spent the next two days painting. they were detailed, communicative and very kind to deal with! the project manager stopped by a few times as well to make sure everything was up to par and all of our expectations were met. all of the trim work they did on our home looks fresh and turned out beautiful. we couldn’t be happier!! high recommend certa pro!

I had a wonderful experience with CertaPro and my latest painting project. We had our mobile home painted and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were lucky to have the local CertaPro Rep, Jim, who was so nice to work with and so responsive to all of our questions and concerns during the entire scope of the project. Our local painting contractor, Elmer, was so nice and kept us informed and up to date with all aspects of the project throughout. The CertaPro office staff was very kind and payment options were so easy and convenient. The price was very reasonable for the scope of work that we had done and we were even able to capitalize on a Summer discount, which was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely use CertaPro again for my painting needs and would recommend to others. Great experience, all around!

I needed to have my garage ceiling replaced and posted on social media asking for proposals. CertaPro Painters was one of the responders. I reviewed their reputation and asked them to submit a proposal. The Residential Sales Associate arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also came by to see if I had any problems or questions after the job was started. The work crew showed up when they said they would and were very polite and professional. The Job Site Supervisor discussed the job with me and made certain we were in agreement as to what I wanted and understood what was to be done. I was impressed when the Residential Service Manager came by to see how the job was going. The job was completed when they said it would be and was well done with a complete cleanup. I had proposals for lower prices and had used a couple of these in the past. Their work was not as well done which probably why this job was necessary. If I have any future needs, CertaPro Painters will be my first call.

Our project involved painting the deck and bottom lattice of our screened-in porch. Amy, our salesperson, provided a detailed estimate and proposed a phased approach for the projects to accommodate our budget constraints. She went above and beyond by addressing our questions about the porch project, even though it wasnt a priority for us this year. We recently hired CertaPro to paint our house and outbuilding. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The carpenters and painters were professional, did an excellent job, always on time and cleaned up before they left each day. If we went with someone else, then we would have to hire each separately and worry with scheduling, hoping they showed up, etc. No worries using CertaPro as their project managers took care of everything. Kimble came out and helped us select paint colors for different rooms and took note of all repairs and patchwork needed on doors, walls and ceilings. She scheduled Juan and his crew of 8 and estimated that it would take two days to complete the jobJuan and his crew arrived Fri at 8:30 am and completed the entire house by 7:30 pm! Juan’s crew was just like having family in my home. Juan brought his wife, daughter and son to work on my home. Mid project Certapro sent out a Manager named Andy to ask us if we have any questions and check on the crew and project.I highly recommend this crew of 8, this experience was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, they did a walkthrough at the end and asked us to look for any imperfections and patched them up before we paid for the job. We had just had new tile floors installed and they took great care in covering, taping and protecting our floors. This was a difficult project. It involved creating a moisture barrier on a 20+ year-old EFIS surface. Some of the most critical surfaces were elevated and were in difficult to access locations.Certain stakeholders expected a perfect application of the finishing product so the site was inspected thoroughly and often.Due to the high level of reliance and scrutiny Certa pro was asked to return and touch up several locations on several occasions. These items were effectively addressed. Certa Pro generously made additional visits to ensure customer satisfaction, even when the complaint bordered on being unreasonable.

Our community is required to have the exterior of all 44 homes painted every 10 years according to the age of the home, and we have utilized CertaPro for 5+ years since the community was developed. I was thrilled that their service included moving some of the heavier furniture out of their way. They helped make sure that I knew what to expect when using my own paint. They came mostly well-prepared with all the materials, including plastic sheeting for the furniture and drop cloths, but I needed to provide rosin paper to protect the newly-refinished wood flooring they were walking on to get from one place to another. The carpenter and the pressure washing crew did a great job of prepping the house on the first day before the paint crew arrived. The house is three stories high with cement fiber board siding. The paint crew worked efficiently and did a really good job. There was a really high area by the chimney that they painted. Also, I had previously painted the porch with the wrong type of paint and we realized this only after they finished painting the porch. They didnt fuss but went ahead and scrapped off all of the new paint, primed and repainted everything again. The porch looks great and is really holding up well now! We would definitely recommend this business.
