Extremely pleased with Ryka team and all the work they have completed for us both inside our home with Master Bathroom and also our back yard project with the bunk house and extended back porch for outdoor entertaining. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and his communication was excellent and followed up always. Will definitely use Ryka again for future projects.

I needed a new front door installed and called several places for estimates. Ryka was responsive, thorough, and priced right, so I signed on. My job was scheduled for less than a week later and completed efficiently in just a few hours. Mine was a small job compared to their others, but the customer service and responsiveness were noteworthy at a time when so many companies take forever to call back or don’t call at all. And the quality of work was great! I’ll keep this number and use Ryka again for future needs!

We used Ryka to build a garage apartment for us. We had a 2 car garage and wanted to expand it to a 3 car garage and add a one bedroom apartment above the garage. I cant say enough about how great this company is. Ryan quoted the job and was the main office contact for us. Israel was assigned to be our on-site job manager. Both Ryan and Israel were responsive and professional. I had a very specific vision for the apartment and this team listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life better than I could even imagine. Israel was the most professional and caring contractor I have ever dealt with. He was always on top of every little part of my project, he answered every single phone call and text right away and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. I was out of town much of the time this project was happening and this team made sure they did everything they could to keep me informed with phone calls and photos almost daily. These guys show up. They do great quality work. They do what they promised to do in a timeline that impressed me. My apartment turned out so beautifully that I had multiple people lined up to rent it when it was finished! I got 20% more rent than I had hoped for because it was the best apartment on the market at the time!

Ive worked with contractors all over the country and Ryan Powell and Ryka Construction are some of the most professional I have encountered. Reasonable pricing, fast and excellent work. Ryka completed a condo remodel for me which involved the addition of several walls and doors. They matched the original work perfectly...you would never know it wasnt part of the original construction. Really great guys to work with. A+

Ryan (Ryka Builders) is the best person to call for Construction/ Remodel needs. I am a new homeowner and I was wary calling a random handyman, but gave Ryan a call as I didnt know anyone in town. He made the appointment for 9am (the next day from the day I called) and was at my house at 9am on the dot. He gave me the cost of the labor plus the part the day before so I knew what to expect to pay. (I usually buy the parts ahead of time to avoid marked up parts). He does not mark up the price of his parts. He even fixed some extra drywall for me at no extra charge. He is not the type of person who up charges or tries to get extra money out of you. He is an honest business man who does a good job and even will help trouble shoot any problems he sees in the process.This was one of the most pleasant house repair fixes Ive had to deal with (aside from having to pay for a house repair).I highly recommend Ryan with Ryka, he is licensed and insured (I wondered that myself as it didnt say). And does a great job at a fair price with no hidden charges or fees. Everything is upfront and to the point. Exactly what you need in a Handyman. I will be using and recommending Brent to anyone I know.Trust me, this is the guy to go to.
