    Kenan did a fantastic job with our electrical work! He installed 2 bathroom fans that were so quiet, and he was meticulous about cleaning up. He also installed 2 flush lights in our front and back living rooms. Finally, he added 3 outdoor outlets to our gazebo.He was prompt and very knowledgeable! These are great updates to our house that will make our lives better. We prefer to use AMS because of how great they are about scheduling and breaking down the cost of the work in their quotes.

    Ive been using AMS Electric since 2019. I first hired them to complete a simple replacement of a stab-lok panel for a home I was selling. I got several bids, and up until meeting Aaron@AMS, every single bidding electrical company lied to me and tried to upsell additional services that were not required (Which I verified was not accurate with the city permit office). Aaron came to me and simply bid the job I requested. He was honest and fairly priced. I hired him and there were no issues. Fast forward to the new house - I added $1,600sf - and AMS did the entire electrical rough-in. They also upgraded my 1950s existing electrical. Last year, I built a new garage, and they did the rough in as well as the Electric Car charger/Garage Door openers. There has never been a time where they didnt tell me the truth, and they always did a great job. I always know when I hire AMS that the work will be accurate and the cost fair. I trust Aaron to do great work, but I also trust his opinion. He is also a genuinely nice person. I will continue to hire him for future work. You would think Im done with my upgrades, but Im sure hell be hearing from me soon again on something!

    This was the first time I reached out to AMS and I had an excellent experience!Brenda who coordinated the appointment and Aaron the electrician were both very personable and communicative – there were multiple text reminders for the appointment and Aaron called when he was on his way. Aaron explained things in a way that I could understand, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend!

    Easy to schedule, a call and a text (with a link to his picture) beforehand. He called to give us a twenty minute heads up on his arrival time.     I would highly recommend AMS electric. I need it to replace the wiring for my switch pump panel and they did a fantastic job. Ryan was the only person who really understood how to solve the problem I had with the previous installation and proposed a great solution. None of the other contractors I contacted were able to offer the same type of service. Extremely punctual, on time, and a very reasonable price.

    AMS was chosen to install the 250V 50A outlet for my new EV car. They were not the cheapest quotes among 4 I got but I felt they are the most professional and reliable. Indeed, they came as scheduled and routed the 50A cable through the attic and down to the wall with a conduit. They cleaned up the drywall debris due to that two small holes had to be cut. They got permit and scheduled the inspection. The office was easy to work with also. The payment online was very convenient. Highly recommended.

    AMS Electric was great, responsive, and great with communication. Ryan and his crew were able to knock out a fairly difficult car charger installation over the course of a morning. There was no BS with the estimate and no surprise “add ons” at the end. I would definitely go back to these guys for future projects!

    Aaron and Kenan provided excellent service and troubleshooting the electrical system at my home. What seemed like it might be a simple GF plug issue turned out to be a larger track down the wiring effort due to age of my home and prior flip electrician approach to wiring. Fortunately they found the issue and resolved. At all times, both were professional and good natured about the effort. Issue fully resolved. Will definitely call AMS for any future electrical needs.

    AMS Electrical responded to my urgent query almost immediately after me reaching out to them and sent Andrew to help me on the same day.We needed help putting up couple of light fixtures, pulling a new outlet and fixing broken outdoor conduits.Andrew showed up on time, did a great evaluation of the work. The outlet situation was tricky because of old and unstable drywall on the ceiling. He did great problem solving and found a cheapest and fastest path to get to a reasonable solution.Same thing with the electrical outlet.The quality of workmanship was great. Price was fair. Job was done efficiently. And they cleaned up pretty well before leaving.Overall I had a great experience with AMS Electrical and Andrew.

    I hired AMS to replace my subpanel. They responded and provided an estimate quickly. They replaced the panel very quickly and made sure all wiring was tidy and neat.     I would highly recommend AMS Electric. I called them to ask about an issue I was having with a circuit breaker and to install a new outlet in my bathroom. They were able to come over that same day and do the work. The technician arrived when they said they would, helped me with the breaker, and then did a great job installing the new outlet.     Had to rewire an 80 year old house to bring it up to code, add new sockets and generally modernize it. AMS is great. Their technician Ben is superb. I was doing this remotely, so I appreciated the fact that they did virtual calls with me. We walked through the house several times virtually to make sure that all needs were met. Ben had great suggestions for where to put various Sockets, and where to put stronger circuitry to meet modern needs period an excellent experience, would totally recommend!

    Ryan Costa from AMS installed an EV charger for me. When he came to give a quote, he was very knowledgable and personable. I could tell right away that he was familiar with the work that needed to be done. He gave me a ballpark quote which ended up being almost exactly the final quote. I was surprised at the price and clarified that I DEFINITELY wanted a permit as several electricians did not want to permit the work. He said they ONLY quote permitted work. Big thumbs up on that...they are not afraid to have it inspected.He installed the charger, told me about some potential issues I may have in my house with some aluminum wiring and showed me inside one of the switches in my house. He let me know its something they can also remediate but was not pushy about it and even suggested what I should do to save some money if I did decide to have them come out.Ryan was great. AMS was very responsive and quick to get me on their schedule. Im not originally from the area so Im glad I found an electrician and a company that I would trust to come back for more in-depth work.Thank you!

    I had Beaux Electric come buy and try to diagnose my wall heater issues. But after I installed the new heaters and thermostat the electrical wiring they recommended at the thermostat still didnt work. I needed a follow up with them to solve the wall wiring confusion but they stopped contact with me. I would have paid for follow up work from them but maybe they got busy.Then I hired AMS and they got the job done. Ryan was a pro. He found the problem and got my heat working. He explained each step of the work and provided me with estimates.Now I got my downstairs heat working once again.

    November 30th snow/wind took down my power pole. This is my owned pole, so PSE was not responsible for replacing it. I contacted AMS ELECTRIC (AMS does not replace poles but gave me referrals) On Friday Dec 2nd, the day the pole was installed, Aaron & his crew were immediately ready to start. Lots of snow & rain but they worked all afternoon. Back Saturday AM and worked in freezing weather to finish the job. That night PSE was able to reconnect the power. Aaron was there directing & working with his crew until completed. They have returned later to finish a few details, do a VIRTUAL VIDEO INSPECTION with the inspector and complete the cleanup of the site. This company went way beyond anything I was expecting and there is no way I would recommend or use any other company than AMS ELECTRIC.Vern in Duvall

    The receptionist Brenda was polite on the phone. On the day of the appointment, I got a call letting me know that they couldnt make it as they needed more time with the job before ours. In my past experience with some other contractors, many would just leave us waiting without any communication.The technician Andrew was professional and friendly. Having diagnosed the issue, he explained clearly what he was going to do to address it and the cost of doing so. After the work, he made sure that the area was properly cleaned up before he left. All in all it was a great experience dealing with AMS.
