He managed to work her into his busy schedule on short notice, and resolved her issue quickly. I appreciate his hard work and commitment to giving his customers the best experience. I dont normally write a review for work performed, however, Mr. Brown deserves it. I called this young man and he came to my residence the very same day. He tried to repair my unit however, it was shot. I called him to let him know the repair didnt solve the issue and he came right back to my house the same day. He replaced my hot water tank, and carried off the old one. He was very professional, courteous, kind and very knowledgeable when it came down to the repair. I just want him to know how much I appreciated him and I highly recommend him to family and friends.

He has even done emergency work for us on the weekend at our beach house when we were in a bind. He has become our go-to guy for plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing. I have a rental property located in Kinston NC and received a call from my guest staying at the property with concerns of plumbing issues. I immediately called Andrew (100% Certified Licensed Plumber) and he was very quick to respond to the call. He arrived at my property within 20 minutes and had the issue resolved within an hour. I highly recommend Andrew and this company to anyone looking for Plumbing services in or near eastern Carolina. Brown’s Plumbing is so professional. My sump pump had stop working and I searched the internet and then texted the company number and the plumber responded back quickly and came out and looked at the sump pump and found the problem. I contacted local plumbers and got the run around. Brown’s plumbing traveled from the next city to help me within 30 mins. He told me everything that was wrong. He ordered a new pump, installed it, fixed the toilet guts and made sure all appliances were running properly before he left! He did an awesome job and was very professional! Brown’s Plumbing has a lifetime customer in me. Overall, this is the BEST Plumbing company I’ve ever used. Thanks so much!!

As humans, we all make mistakes. How we acknowledge and address those mistakes says so much about the character of the person. I am doing an update to a previous review because I feel that Andrew Brown, Browns Plumbing Solutions, deserves 5+++ stars for the way he acknowledged, handled and rectified the situation. Andrew said he would do whatever it takes to make things right and he certainly has. His communication skills have been exceptional. Andrew responded very quickly to my texts and also provided valuable suggestions and recommendations for a couple of other things that I needed done around the house. The removal of the cast iron pipes and replacing with PVC underneath my house was not an easy undertaking, as my crawl space is low to the ground and not easy to maneuver around. Andrew and his assistant Zach did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail was impeccable. In addition, they replaced the toilet in one bathroom and took care of a couple of other issues in my house that needed attention. They cleaned everything up both inside and out. I was so impressed with their workmanship and would highly recommend Browns Plumbing Solutions to anyone in need of an exceptionally talented, trustworthy and dependable plumber. I am so glad Andrew was recommended to me. Thank you Andrew and Zach.
