I’ve called around afew plumbers, one told me just to clean out my pipes with a machine is 400 plus labor another plumber told me he was all booked up and then I called accurate plumbing and Mr Tim came and gave me options and told me what the price difference would be! He gave me OPTIONS! That’s a trustworthy guy! And guess what?! Both of those options were still cheaper then the other guys! He was able to fix it in no time! I’m so glad I called around! Accurate plumbing is definitely worth it. They will have my business in the future if I ever need them again. Thank you Mr Tim!

Dont know anything yet, they have promised to get back to me by the 21 of January. They called before arriving 2 days earlier than expected. Took care of our needs: ran water line to back of refrigerator...for a future ice maker machine install. Also gave reasonable estimate for another job, and will call again when able to complete the work.Very satisfied with the service and cost..

Had a toilet supply line come apart on a weekend. Pretty much no other plumbing company in the area was available to fix the issue. Arrived very quickly, found a reasonable workaround to an otherwise dealbreaking issue, and the price was reasonable. We’re very happy with the service we received, and we’d gladly do more business in the future.

I had called two others companies that did not respond. Thankful to be referred to Accurate Plumbing. They had fixed my problem within 24 hours. They explained stuff so I could understand it. They went above and beyond! I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. Accurate is top notch!

Contacted Accurate plumbing because I was stuck at a stalemate with why my toilet wasnt flushing properly. Tim and I spoke about what i had done and tried to find a solution over the phone. Ending up making an appointment and Tim came out, he was able to find the cause without getting his hands dirty and explained how i can fix it without paying someone several grand to do it. I highly suggest picking Accurate plumbing for your plumbing needs as they are very informative and trustworthy.

Tim and Mike at accurate plumbing have been fantastic. Although it may take a few days to get them here, they always do a fantastic job. They also dont nickel and dime you, and seem very fair with their prices. Many plumbing companies around seem to price gauge. Ive spoken to many plumbers near Kinston over the past few months and I highly recommend them over their competition.

Highly recommend! Nice people, professional, honest, cleaned up when done, came out when he said he would and at the time he said......fair price and good quality work....will never call Stallings again. Will Recommend Accurate plumbing instead. Overall very pleased with service, product (New gas hot water heater) and price. They even fixed a toilet for us while there and didnt act like they didnt have time or say they would have to come back for that....they actually seemed to appreciate the business.

This was the second time that Tim worked at my house. He and his helper were very pleasant.Tim took the time to address some moisture issues that we are having after he made the plumbing repairs.He made calls to two different companies in an effort to help our problem. He spoke directly to the owners of these companies.As a result of Tim taking the time to make these calls; we had a Contractor and Gutter installation at our house before the day was out.The third person Tim called reached out to me yesterday afternoon and will be at my house Monday.I can not say enough positives about Tim! I’m very thankful for his honesty and going beyond to help!

Our hot water heater continued to drop the flame and pilot flame every 7 or 8 minutes after I would light it. We were BLESSED this was happening during the summertime otherwise we would have been taking ice cold showers. I had 3 other local plumbers even Piedmont Natural Gas and nobody could find out what the issue was. Accurate Plumbing came and fixed the issue and the flame nor pilot flame have dropped since Accurate Plumbing left our home. Give them a opportunity to fix your plumbing or water heater issues.

Tim went above and beyond the call of duty in arranging the work to be completed, seeing the work through, and following up on the work (including numerous courtesy text messages and phone calls!) The work seems to be of the highest quality. Ive been very pleased with Accurate Plumbing.

If I could give Tim TEN STARS, I would. Everyone else was weeks out to help me with my water heater sitch. I called him on Monday, and on Tuesday, in less than 3 hours, I actually had WATER in my new house. The water heater, in the attic, was leaking when they turned on the water last week. He relocated the water heater, and, after getting my FILL of Walmart water bird baths, I can take a SHOWER!! Tim and his helper Jonathan were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and before I could turn around, they were finished. And, I couldnt beat the price!! Almost a year ago, my gas hot water heater leaked and had to be replaced. Timmy and his guys came out quickly and took care of the problem, cleaned up everything and very professionally and reasonable fair pricing. A few months ago, we started having issues with the pilot light not staying lit. Again, They came right out and checked it and discussed what they thought it was and fixed it. But the problem continued, Now here is where I was AMAZED at their committment to customer service and their reputation. Without any hestitation and without telling us, he had already contacted the manufacturer, (RUUD) and talked to the Rep and they decided to replace our hot water heater. Some of you reading this will say well they should have but I can tell you from personal experience that not all reputable businesses in Kinston do this! If you want reliability, commitment to you as a customer, respectability and a company that takes pride in providing all of this at a fair price.......Call Accurate Plumbing!

Tim is first rate. He is a professional plumber, not an HVAC guy doing this part-time. He came in and fixed a problem in less time than Stallings took to tell me they couldnt do it without putting a hole in the wall and cutting the supply line. And he charged less to fix the problem than Stallings did just to show up, do nothing and leave. If you have a plumbing problem, call Accurate. If you want to waste a lot of time and money, call Stallings.

This is my first time using accurate plumbing they arrived at time expected they did a wonderful job unclogging my septic tank line they were very professional they did a wonderful job and they cleaned up behind themselves they have a very nice personality and before leaving they gave us tips and I would highly recommend them to anyone before they arrive our toilet was all a two week vacation and when they left our toilet was off vacation we were so happy thank you Jesus we can smile again from both ends 😁
