My wife and I are new to the area and we bought a new home. We wanted a storm door installed. I contacted Officer Fix It and was given a quote over the phone. I was contacted the day before to confirm the time. Tom showed up on time and did a TERRIFIC job!!! My wife and I are both very happy with the install as well as the new door!! If we need other handyman work to be completed, this is the first place I would call!!

My elderly Mom who is 91 years old was scared to step down off the porch on the sidewalk because it was broken and crumbling and not safe for her. They gave us a good price and came out to do it before the frost came. It is very safe for my Mom now. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Thank you for your time and great attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect. We will definitely call on you again for future needs.

Tom is the best!! Had a broken porch post and he went out of his way to find the perfect replacement. We had to buy a more expensive porch post that was different from the initial quote, but he did he did not charge me more for it. Came out on a rainy day and did an excellent job. The quality of work and service is unbeatable!

Officer Fix-It ordered, stained and installed additional oak handrails from the main floor of our home to the downstairs area on some steps that have multiple levels. From the initial visit and estimate until completion of the project, Tom’s communication was exceptional. Everyone who now goes down our winding stairs comments that they really like the new railing, they feel safer, no one can tell which rails were the original ones and which are the new additions! I highly recommend Officer Fix-It, they do the job right the first time!
