We are positively delighted because of the work done by two men (Brad and Mason) who came out today. Wed been limping along for too long with our own homegrown fixes when we finally decided to call an electrician to install a bathroom exhaust fan and do some wiring. We chose Columbia Basin Satellite and Electric because of positive reviews. We can attest to those reviews and add our own now. Brad and Mason were timely, knowledgeable, personable, efficient and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend this company to others needing electrical services! Thank you!

Got me scheduled the next day. Nice!Solid crew of electrician and apprentice came out. They were 10 minutes early to their 8 am scheduled time. Well done! They were respectful of their language around my children. Much appreciated!470 dollars and 45 minutes later, I had a new outlet box wired terminated to my breaker box and the inspector came the next business day. You get what you pay for. Nice job guys n gals.

We were more than pleased with Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric. McKenzie helped us SO much! She set up our Dish TV installation after we had spent two days trying to get through to Dish on their customer service line. Our installer was great and both were very knowledgeable and professional.Our only complaint is not with Columbia Basin Satellite but with Dish. Were still waiting on local stations and are unable to connect either by phone or on line to set up our auto pay to obtain the additional discount. Dish needs more people like the employees of Columbia Basin Satellite who go out of their way to make the experience better! Thank you all at Columbia Basin Satellite!

Columbia Basin Satellite and Electric was recommended to us by another contractor for our washer/dryer electrical work. The crew arrived on time, treated us great, did high quality work, were creative in making our situation work. The finished product came out great and exactly how we needed it. They did such a good job we added installation of a bathroom fan. We are also having them come back to install a EV charging outlet for our car.I cant say enough about how great they performed the work. They treated us great, did high quality work and priced it at a reasonable rate. Your customer service representative that I spoke with at your business was friendly, thorough, and very patient with all my questions when I decided to switch my cable service to Dish. I believe her name is Essie.I also was very pleased with the young man, Abel, who came to my home to install my satellite dish. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. He went thru how to use the remote, the channel list, as well as the remote guide. I was pretty overwhelmed by the amount of information that I was given, but have gained more confidence as I have continued to explore and investigate on my own. First of all, customer service in the Tri-Cities from most small businesses can be...not great, but Columbia Basin has been amazing both times Ive had them do work. Network drops on 2 different houses and 2nd house was the most complex. The technicians were #1 Friendly #2 Transparent #3 A lot of fun to have over. They did a great job and worked their butts off. Total price was very reasonable and probably a value compared to most installers. Best of all, I didnt have to do the network runs myself. Thank you!

Very good service except for the equipment they first brought was defected and i had already cancelled my current service. Thankfully they were able to come back with good equipment 3 days later. Technician was very personable, helpful, respectful, knowledgable and a nice guy. My biggest issue was that he was in such a hurry, I didnt learn much as he went through the training process. I learned VERY little. I do not know how to use it, even to get to the regular TV. Hoping a family member comes into town to explain it all to me. Thankfully I can use the voice command to get to basic stuff. I am not tech savvy.

What an AWESOME Company!!!Was a big hassle trying to work with DISH by calling the 800 number, 45 minutes and still no resolution, so hung up on them and drove down the street to Columbia Basin Satellite.Its been a long time since I have felt the small town local experience of you matter. They were quick to assess the situation and my frustration. Spent all of 20 minutes in the office and they had me signed up for dish and they personally came out and installed everything the same day!!!!! Talk about customer relations, FANTASTIC! In the future they will always be my go to people.If you need any TV service be it DISH / DIRECT TV / CHARTER these are the guys to go see COLUMBIA BASIN SATELLITE in the TriCities (Kennewick WA).

They have always been great to work with, but they went beyond expectations with some trouble I was having with my DIRECTV. After several frustrating phone calls with DIRECTV customer service about issues with my Satellite/receiver not working correctly I decided to call Dave and his team. They came out the next day and totally resolved all issues that DIRECTV could not figure out. They really know how to make their customer happy and I highly recommend getting your Satellite and electrical needs!

Ive been working with them since 2010, and throughout my numerous encounters I have always walked away extremely happy.It started with a Dish movers package, and getting internet when I first moved to the area. Dish botched the movers package, they had a firm from Montana coming to install but then decided that couldnt do it because it needed a tri-pod. CBS was able to not only get the movers package fixed on the same day, but they had an old tri-pod and were able to use that without any costs to me.A couple years later I had to get new internet because the old one didnt work where I moved to, after trying to work with a couple different vendors I turned back to CBS and they were again able to fix the issue the very next day. Then when there was a hard drive error with the Dish and Dish wanted me to send the receiver back and wait 2-weeks for it to be repaired, pay for shipping, repair, etc. CBS was able to upgrade to a new unit (same day) at no extra costs to me.Recently (this morning) I was moving again just around the corner and the internet provider wanted $65 to move the dish. So I called CBS again and they were able to not only save me $5 a month, and $35 in installation, they were able to get 10x faster internet. It seems every couple years some provider drops the ball on their service, Im just glad these people are around to fix the issues. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly suggest them to anyone in the area.

The lighting is beautiful and we’ve never seen better cutouts of the cabinets to accommodate the wiring. Great job Ezra! All and all now that we have adjusted to the format, we love its features.

I thought he might have gone thru things a little fast when explaining the remote and how to maneuver around the menus. I’m doing a major kitchen renovation/expansion and needed an entire rewire job done on the whole kitchen. During this remodel I have dealt with plumbers who flaked on me and hvac companies that have flaked on me. It seems to be a real nightmare finding honest companies looking to do quality work. With that said, I could not be more impressed than I am with Columbia basin Satellite and Electric. Special thanks to Spencer and the crew for doing such an outstanding job. Thoroughly communicated scope of work, including thinking of many aspects I had not considered and implementing them into the job. They were very prompt and provided top tier work. I always came back to a clean work area when they were done for the day. It can be painstakingly difficult to find and hire good contractors, but I can assure you, you will not find better service than the one provided by these guys. Will recommend to everyone I know for electrical work.

We are very pleased with the service we were provided. The staff was very knowledgeable about ALL of the services and packages that were available to us. They made sure we got the best deal we could. The install was great, on time, and worked before they left. We even decided to order our Charter internet through them and got a discount that Charter would never offer if you dealt with them directly. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
