    We recently (early July 2024) had the exterior of our house painted. We did a competitive bid process across 4 reputable painting companies in the metropolitan Atlanta area and ended up selecting Paint Etc. to do the work. While they were not the cheapest of the 4, they offered the most value for the price.We are very demanding consumers and know what we want. We wanted our home to be pressure washed with a bleach solution to remove and inhibit mold growth and to prepare the surface for painting; we wanted our plants and our neighbors plants to be protected during this pressure washing process; we also did not want our windows pressure washed to ensure no seals were broken; we wanted any wood gaps on our home to be filled with elastomeric caulk; we did not want any siding gaps to be caulked; we wanted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint to be applied to all surfaces to ensure uniform coverage and durability over time. We also wanted all roof accessories (vent stacks, etc.) to be painted with high-heat black paint.Well, the crew at Paint Etc. did an outstanding job! The work took 2-days with a crew of 3 (on the 2nd day there was a 4th that helped with the cleanup). One of the 3 was a painter/project lead and oversaw the job while also performing painting activities and a supervisor checked in on the work as well each day to ensure our satisfaction. The crew meticulously masked and sprayed the home and where appropriate, hand brushed certain areas.I waited almost 30-days before posting this review to see if we still felt the same way as we did when the painters left our home. I am happy to say, we do. We have not found anything that we are disappointed with even after living with the end product for a month. We have also received several complements from our neighbors on the outcome.We would highly recommend Paint Etc. if you are looking for an exterior painting job that you want done right with no short cuts and a focus on pleasing the customer at a fair price for the valued delivered.2-Thumbs Up!

    This is our 2nd experience with Paint Etc. and we are so pleased with the results of our first 2 jobs that we are preparing to arrange for another one! The first project was to paint walls and trim in our basement renovation. The second was two steps-install/stain a new wood floor in an office and now we are looking to paint a damaged exterior wall. Victor does efficient and accurate estimates and really makes a point of understanding what results we want. The teams are thorough and very quick to finish the jobs professionally. Absolutely have had the best experience with Paint Etc.!

    They had an attention to detail that was apparent with everything they did. From their detailed proposal and contract to taking pictures of our exterior porches that allowed them to replace our furnishings exactly as we had them before they began. Their carpenters were very good and all repairs were done professionally and with excellent workmanship. They applied paint as it should be applied per manufacturer specs. The office and managers communicated throughout the process and the final walk through was pleasant as they did such a wonderful job. I would strongly recommend using Paint Etc!!!! They also have many additional services available to the homeowner other than painting. A wonderful experience. Thanks!!!!!

    The Paint Etc team did great on the repairs and painting of our home. Very professional, timely, and the follow up was great on amending quotes and work orders. The team always kept us informed and it was an overall excellent experience. When we need further work done again, we will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

    Paint etc definitely deserves 10 Stars. Jose Luis repaired sheetrock after I had a closet removed and the handyman did not have the skills to complete. Jose finished the area and the ceiling, and I can not tell the closet was ever there. Jose also repaired sheetrock after a pipe burst and again the handyman left a line showing where the wall connected. Luis covered that seamlessly. The painters Pepe and Wirrow are also professionals at what they do. They removed wallpaper from about a 15 ft long wall and prepared it to be painted. They sanded and prepared all the walls to be painted and did an excellent job. The paint job isperfect! There were very few areas that I asked to have touched up and they did it immediately even coming back the same day to complete the job. All the workers were on time. From the office, to Victor who measured the rooms, were all professionals. Nina sent me updates to the contract as I requested for insurance purposes. All the workers were very respectful of me and my house and cleaned up after they finished the job. I cant say enough about how wonderful this company is and how skillful their workers are at what they do. I already told Victor I will be using the same painters to paint the rest of the interior. I have already been recommending this company to anybody that needs professional painters. The attached picture of the tan wall shows how flawlessly the sheetrock was repaired and skillfully the wall is painted after about 2 ft closet was removed. The other picture shows how perfectly Jose repaired the sheetrock after it had been cut from water damage and the beautiful paint job. I wish all companies had such skillful employees. I am very pleased with Paint Etc.

    Cathy, Victor, and the paint team were very professional and upfront on all the costs. Sergio and his team did an AMAZING job! They complete covered everything to keep out the dust. The paint is Perfect!

    We have used the team of Paint ETC in my home and in my business location. They have always been hard working and professional. They do what they say and even when issues arise they always go above and beyond to address and fix the matter. I trust Victor and Cathy completely and highly recommend them and their company. They painted our house inside and out, fixed dry wall issues in our ceilings, installed outlets and even changed out our foyer light fixture. They can do it all!!

    I used Paint Etc to do drywall repair in a bathroom I am renovating. I had removed a door to install a pocket door and had some patching to be done there and on the walls where I had removed old mirrors and moved a light. The team member arrived right on time, worked quickly and cleanly. When he left, our home was spotless.The repair was beautifully done. Id have used them to paint as well, but I am not doing that right at the moment.I would definitely use Paint Etc. again.

    Paint Etc did a great job painting the exterior of our home and their quote was very reasonable, especially for a 5 year warranty paint. Viktor was great walking us through the process and making sure we understood every step along the way. He was very patient with my questions and attentive to any concerns I had. Sergio did a fantastic job not just painting the house but also with the carpentry. This crew were incredible pressure washers, painters, carpenters, and even wasp exterminators. I am very pleased with the carpentry work and the whole paint job was done to my highest expectation. Lastly, I was really impressed how clean they worked - no trash left from the job, no overspray, and not even paint drips on any of the landscape. I highly recommend them and look forward to working again with then in the future.

    We are so happy with the finished product! We had a couple boards of the siding replaced and then the whole exterior of the house repainted. We had no idea what to expect, but Victor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Once the project started the crew was very respectful and on time.     We have been using Paint ETC since we did the first update to our home over 10 years ago. They have installed carpeting, painting entire house both inside and out, and completed the remodel of our kitchen to name a few projects. And most recently came to our rescue when my neighbors tree slammed onto our property and took out our fence, deck, and damaged the roof. We have always been pleased with their service, work ethics, and the Project Manager assigned to our projects. I would highly recommend them.

    I had a great experience working with Paint Etc. to have the interior of my house painted. I hired them to paint both the walls and the baseboards.The estimate was performed easily and provided in writing to me very quickly. Their price was very competitive with other quotes that I received.My job took about 1 1/2 days. The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient in prepping the area for painting, especially considering that they had to cover all the open areas of my 2800+ SF home before beginning the painting work. Even with all that prep, they got the patch work and first coat on the walls done within a day with a 2 man crew. They wrapped up the second day of sanding and painting (2nd coat on the walls and all the baseboards) mid-afternoon.I am VERY pleased with the results, and highly recommend them for your painting needs.

    It seems very rare these days to have a flawless experience with a contractor, but that is how I would describe my experience with Paint Etc. I recently hired them to paint both the exterior, and complete interior of my house and they just finished the job. My first meeting was with their sales representative, Areli. He was very professional and listened to and answered all of my many questions and concerns with great patience. I was then delighted with the quality of the work that the crew led by Pepe did on both the exterior and interior of the house.     Had multiple companies give me estimate on full interior and exterior paint job. Paint Etcs price was right in line with other companies. Paint Etc stood out as sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations.The crew that showed up was extremely professional and polite. Crew showed up promptly at 9am every day as planned. Crew leader Pepe went above and beyond every day to ensure we were taken care of. Even helped move some furniture to our basement. Job took 6 days where I was expecting 7-9 days.I would highly recommend this company and Pepes crew to anyone!!!

    Cathy, Mario, Pepe and the crew were an absolute joy to work with. Everyone was so responsive, polite, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. I hired Paint Etc to paint the kitchen, dining room, and foyer in my new home and their diligent work completely transformed my house. They were able to squeeze me in so that the day they worked on my house fit into my move-in schedule. I was incredibly grateful for that.     These guys are the BEST and I highly recommend! Victor was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to look at all my needs and explained what should be done and what they could do to help me and didnt rush through anything. They sent me a quote and didnt vary on the pricing. Carlos did the painting and did an excellent job. The end result was like night and day, and we were very pleased with his work. I also have to mention the admin staff ... very helpful and pleasant ... as a retired admin secretary, I know they are the backbone of the company!!Thank you for everything!

    The end result was a (great paint job) but had a few bumps along the road! Everybody was professional and the job was done in record time!! but I did not like their way of pricing I have read that this can be deceptive the (two coat clause!) Watch out for it in any painting contract! We had a light color covering a light color they told me that it needed an extra coat, it seemed like they were ultralight coats because I got a roller and rolled over the same color and I covered it with one coat! so obviously they charged me more ! do your homework and get a (flat rate)for fill paint job (not# of coats clause ) Every paint job I’ve had before they painted the house until it was covered they didn’t stipulate a charred on how many coats it would take, if you have a darker color and you are painting it with a lighter color there may be a slight charge but that will be initiated at the beginning! Not halfway through the paint job which lens itself to deceptive pricing!

    Areli and team did a great job getting our house back together after a water leak. Multiple rooms required sheetrock replacement of walls and ceilings with the house painted throughout including ceilings, walls and trim.The team was professional, showed up early and worked hard to keep us satisfied.We would highly recommend and will use in the future.

    We just finished our 1st project with Paint Etc, a great experience and even better workmanship. We had to have the plumbing in our house completely redone, which left the ceilings and walls looking like Swiss cheese. You would not know that anything had every been done. full project completed in 4 days.

    I agree with the other two reviewers. Great experiences. They are on time, responsive, do a thorough job. You can trust them. They worked with our tight schedule. They finished final-touch ups when we were out of country. When we came back, we inspected the areas that were needed final touch up work and found that the areas were done flawlessly. Overall we were very happy with their work and will probably use them again for interior painting as well.
