Called Rooter Man because Ive been receiving extremely high bills from the Sewerage & Water Board. The rep was very helpful in explaining which inspection service I needed and what it would entail. I really appreciated that they had appointment availability within the next couple of days. After the inspection, the tech explained everything he did and what he found. He also provided next steps and a referral so that I could continue with investigating the problem. Very happy with the service provided.

Devin was the technician sent to explore my sewer blockage. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and at all times respectful and professional. With his diligent work and understanding of sewer-line construction, he was able to locate both the hidden/ below grade clean-out and remove the root infestation. Two other well known plumbing companies had attempted to solve the problem with only temporarily relief. Both suggested under slab excavation costing thousands. Turns out the cause was root invasion of the clean out itself. $365 later and no obstruction or excavation. Rooterman can. lol

We called Rooter Man on a Friday afternoon when someone accidentally broke a pipe in my yard. They arrived within a few hours (they did tell me they had to finish one job, then would come to me). The plumber, John, arrived and was friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple options, and when asked what he would do for his house, gave his opinion. Not only that, he recommended a minor addition that would save us in the long run (replacing a very old faucet just above the break rather than replacing the pipe and putting the old faucet back). He gave us a price range, which he said would depend on how long it too. He even wrapped the pipes to insulate them so we are ready for next winter. Best part, he was toward the lower end of the estimate. Office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

This is the second time that I have used Rooter Man, and both times I’ve been so impressed with the excellent high-standard of service received. Their techs, Ryan & Archie arrived at my home in a timely fashion, and expeditiously assessed the situation. Ryan afforded me three repair options for each task: the p-trap under my kitchen sink was not plumb and leaking & the fill valve, flush valve, and tank-to-bowl kit had to be replaced on my spare bathroom toilet. The prices were reasonable, and the job was completed in no time flat. I wish I could give them 6 stars instead of 5! Thanks, guys!

The team at Rooterman provided me with a detailed estimate and some options. The repair required getting up in our attic to shut off the water. They were prepared for this with two qualified technicians for the job. They cleaned the drain and fixed my water supply line in about an hour. Was very impressed with their preparation, and efficiency. I can recommend them; $400.00, drain clearing in a tight area, and two line valves replaced. They accessed the drain without pulling the pedestal sink off the floor mount. Which was amazing.

Im very pleased with the service we requested. Devon arrived on time and spoke with us about the service we requested. He performed the video tests and explained every detail to us. It appeared to be a disjoint between our main sewer line and the city main line. He also offered to help if needed. We contacted the city sewerage dept. and repairs were made two days later. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Devon explained all the issues we were having and offered solutions to them.

These guys came out 2-3 times over a couple of months to clear a toilet line that kept backing up at our house. I believe the repeated back-up was actually caused by issues with back-pressure from the city, but they honored their guarantees and did not charge me for the extra visits they had to make, even though the fact that the issue came back again I dont think was on them at all. So grateful for their quality of service and integrity of business at a stressful time. I will definitely be calling them back for any future needs.

We called Rooter Man on 10/27/2021 to service a clogged residential kitchen drain (in St Rose) and was EXTREMELY PLEASED with their service which was done the next day 10/28/2021. Rooter Man tech Jason was absolutely AWESOME with his obvious experience based knowledge and definite Customer Service orientated personality. A competing plumbing service was originally called in error (due to an apparent fluke) a few days prior. When that competing service arrived (Eagle Plumbing), they were unable to clear the drain clog, charged over $350 for their non-performing service call, and then sent a repair estimate for OVER $11k (stating the drain line needed to be dug-out and replaced). Obviously, eyebrow raising for a retired couple! When Rooter Man (Jason) arrived, he was able to clear the same drain (via a different route) within an hour and charged about 30% less for the service call ANDNO DRAIN LINE REPLACEMENT was required (saving Eagle Plumbings $11k estimate). WHAT A DIFFERENCE A PHONE CALL MADE!Thank You Rooter Man and SUPER Thank You Jason!
