I had Harolds Plumbing out today to inspect my drain lines. They were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and very reasonably priced. I was emailed a detailed estimate by the end of the day, and again, very reasonably priced. Dont get fleeced by those Rooter guys! I highly recommend Harolds Plumbing for any Plumbing work you might need!

Harolds Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They came out same day or next and was able to fix an issue we were having without a hassle. We have a bigger issue the company doesnt offer so he referred us out instead of trying to try things he knew wouldnt work. Our laundry room now smells wonderful instead of sewer gas! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Harolds Plumbing. I was in need of hydro-tunneling and his company was the one I chose. Harold came out himself and made all measurements. He even made me a video that he had taken of the pipes involved. He explained the job that needed to be done very clearly and gave me an estimate on the same day. His workers arrived when expected and got all the work done in a timely manner. Harold’s price was very fair and completed by highly competent and extremely professional people. Everyone was very nice and explained the daily process to me. I am completely satisfied and so very happy that I chose Harold’s Plumbing to do the work necessary. I really don’t think there is a better choice to make, when in need of this type of job.

Harold plumbing replaced pipes under my home. The service I received from beginning until the end was professional. Harold came and gave an estimate following the work began . Every worker involved in the replacement were professional, friendly, a very positive experience. When the job was complete Harold deducted an amount from my bill for work he did not have to provide. I had an excellent experience with Harold’s Plumbing. I was in need of hydro-tunneling to repair some under slab hot water pipe leaks. Harold himself came out to take some measurements and after we discussed the repair job he gave me an estimate the same day. The office staff was excellent in keeping me informed when the crews were on their way to my house. The tunneling crew arrived on time as scheduled to excavate the area under the house slab. This was followed by the Master plumbing crew the next day to repair he leak. Unfortunately on my part due the location of the leaks, I made the decision to allow the plumbing crew to reroute a portion of the pipes between manifolds within the walls above the slab which worked out fine. A couple of days were then set aside to verify that the pipes would hold up under pressure and no longer leaked. The Sand pumping crew was then scheduled to pump in sand to repack the area under the slab. The different crews that came to my house were very professional and left the job site clean each day. I also want to mention that Harold’s is a One-Stop-Shop having all of his employees in-house and including the sand pumping trucks.Harolds provides prompt, courteous and excellent service at reasonable prices. If you want a professional job, call Harolds Plumbing! I have already begun using Harold’s for my other plumbing needs.

I had a problem with a broken sewer line under my slab. Harold came out, took a video of my sewer pipes and set up the job. His people came out as we had scheduled and finished the job on time. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of each phase of the job. They did quality work and left a very clean job site. I highly recommend Harolds Plumbing. They did a great job in a timely manner.

My clients needed all new plumbing undeneath their slab in order to proceed toward closing. Harolds Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job, DURING CHRISTMAS, plus, had the most competitive price around. In one week, the job was completed and the workers cleaned up, after inspection was approved. My sellers were able to get it sold, and, the new homeowners are now settling into the house WITH all new pipes! Highly recommend!!

Each time I’ve contacted Harold’s Plumbing, whether for an emergency situation (HELP! My guest bathroom toilet needs replacing now!) or for an issue that needs attention- this kitchen sink is continuing to drain so slowly....- they have responded quickly and professionally. The guys are ALWAYS so nice and will go the extra mile to make sure the service is perfect.

Harold’s has come out twice for breaks in pipes under slab. They diagnosed my problems when other companies could not and give you a copy of the video. They have replaced all pipes under my house, to the street. All crews are very polite and the job site always looked professional. Office staff are all knowledgeable too! Highly recommended

Very neat and appears to have resolved all issues with the sand under the home. Only downside is communication. I was scheduled for the first morning appointment. Unfortunately they had to complete the prior days job. I had no problem with that except that no one called to let me know. I called to see if there was a new ETA. After no call back so called a second time. Make sure you tell them you would like to be notified when they finish. The men were very nice but I was shocked to go outside and see they left without telling me they were finished. I had 2 loads to pump under a large home. The noise had stopped a few times while they were working. So when it got quiet again , I thought they were moving to another area. They had left. I suppose they had a long day. Worked hard but should be available at the conclusion to answer questions and let the customers know whether or not the job was completed. In my case they estimated 4 truck loads and it only took 2. I still would highly recommend the work and company.

I was a Board Director of our condominiums when we encountered major plumbing problems in two of our buildings. We hired Harolds Plumbing after a detailed search and we found this company to be not only cost competitive, but the scope of their work was more extensive covering a deeper area than the other bids. While the work was underway, Harold provided a step by step description of the work being performed so we, the directors, could relay the information to the owners. Although the work was major, Harold and his crew made sure that the owners suffer only short inconveniences. Their professionalism was outstanding and their cooperation without reproach. This company basically re-piped the plumbing throughout our entire house (and had their brother company, Gators Sand, do all of the backfill, which was so convenient!). This company has been amazing from the initial phone call to the final clean-up. We had a huge project - digging tunnels under our entire home to correct the poor job that was done when the home was built. They were professional, showed up on time, and contacted us for every step along the way. Despite multiple surprises under the house, they explained everything to us and did not move forward until we understood and gave them the go-ahead. They cleaned up behind themselves every day, which really stood out. The work was by no means “cheap”, but in this line of work, you get what you pay for and we have confidence the job was done right.

I used Harolds Plumbing to conduct a video inspection of my drainage pipes for a house I was considering buying. Harold himself comes out to do all video inspections, not some new timer who took a 2 hour course on video camera inspections, but the owner of the company so you know its gonna be done right. Sure enough, Harolds inspection determined that all the pipes (100+) underneath the slab foundation house were cracked.The nice thing was that I didnt have to turn around and give this to another plumbing company to get a quote on the job since Harold is one of the few plumbers in the city that is equipped to do this sort of job. Harold gave me a very competitive quote and after I purchased the house (having used the video camera inspection as a bargaining chip to negotiate a significantly lower price on the house) I scheduled Harolds crew to come out.Harold said they had a few jobs ahead of mine and would likely get to me in a 2-3 weeks which wasnt an issue. Plus, thats the sorta thing you wanna hear....that Harold does so many of these complicated piping jobs that these guys are booked up weeks in advance. After a few weeks, I got a few days notice and then Harolds crew started. They water bored out holes for the plumbers to expose the broken pipe. They made the holes big enough so their plumbers could effectively replace the piping. After the piping was replace and the job was inspected by the city, Harolds crew pumped in sand to fill the void.The different crews that Harold had were very professional and left the jobsite clean each day. These were not your typical rough-around-the edges blue collar workers; they were extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They gave me constant updates on the jobs progress and took pictures that showed the replaced piping (ABS). Aditionally, the in house staff who fields most calls is always friendly and knowledgeable.Being a mechanical engineer who deals with designing piping systems for refineries and docks as a job, I can spot a quality installation when I see one, and Harolds crew definitely does a quality job. Additionally, Harolds initial estimate was spot on.I would definitely recommend Harolds crew if you have cracked drainage lines and need them replaced, you dont want to hire a crew from the parking lot of Lowes for that sort of work. Having the utmost confidence in Harold and his crew, I am sure to use them for other plumbing tasks around my house and will report back after those jobs are finished.

I initially secured another plumbing company, which failed to show up after a half a day having scheduled the appointment on Friday. When I canceled with them, I called Harold’s plumbing. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous, efficient and professional. Within 30 minutes of my requesting a plumber, she called to tell me one would be at my home in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Gary showed up. He was the nicest guy, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional not only did he troubleshoot the piping coming out through the cabinet, but he also managed to anchor the dishwasher in the cabinet. I was inquisitive and he answered all my questions with confidence. The charge was more than reasonable In my opinion. I will never seek out another plumber other than Harold’s plumbing..
