I was seeing flickering lights and my devices were not getting enough charge to function correctly. For a diginotic, I called Kwik Service Electric. Very honest and professional group of individuals. Entergy ended up being the source of my problem, but Kwik provided me with all the information I needed to let them know so that the work could be done correctly. We will use them for all our future needs.

I changed out a gas oven to an electric oven and Kevin and his crew ran the electrical lines necessary to operate the electric oven. I thought their prices were very reasonable and he and his people were extremely professional. Later when the oven arrived, because of the ovens back structure, the electrical outlet needed to be lowered. He came the next day and took care of it. I would highly recommend Kwik Service Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

Post Hurricane Ida work is often difficult when reaching out to a company that you dont know nor have anyone to give you a recommendation. I reached out to Kwik Service in need of electrical work after the storm and they were able to get me fixed up in a week. The work he did was fantastic!The Gentleman I worked with was professional, kind, and understanding in a time when we are all stressed out. He was helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and made great recommendations for long term solutions as opposed to just a quick fix. He touts the company as being a small operation so that they can focus on the customer and that hits the nail on the head for their service.I felt valued and appreciated to bring my business to them as well as felt like I got the premier service without the cost. Very positive experience and fully satisfied with the work Mr. Nolan did.He is professional, reliable, and very importantly, it was very easy to communicate with him: he either answered his phone right away, or promptly called back whenever he would not pick up. As other people already commented, it was also very safe in terms of mask use and social distancing. I highly recommend Kwik Service Electric.

I own an art gallery on Magazine Street and Kevin helped me out in a big way. My track lights exploded sending a shower of sparks from my ceiling - as it turns out.. it is very hard to look at art in the dark. After a panicked call to Kwik Electric, Kevin had me up & running in no time. His price was excellent & both he & his assistant were kind & prompt. I will be calling again with any future issues. My electric entrance feed from Entergy along with the meter box and attached conduit was ripped from my home during Hurricane Ida. Kevin and his guys took care of everything and brought my old house up to code as well as repaired the damage. I was able to get Entergy over a couple days later and now Im back with power after a month without. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

This is the third electrical service company I have had to use in the last 12 months, and thus far, the best in responsiveness, answering calls, and timeliness. They also do not charge an arm and a leg to just make a service call to identify problems. I plan on using them again for all my electrical problems.

He told me exactly to expect and thats exactly what happened (rare these days). The work was done quickly and clean. Other than the new box, you would never know they were here.
