    I have had the pleasure of knowing BOB for quite some time and in that time he has always provided honest and accurate information and service. His dedication to being on time has always been apparent. Even when I have thought it was too late he has always had a positive attitude to get the issue resolved.     We called Bob at Cascade and unfortunately he wasn’t able to help us only because we are in Oregon and they are in Washington. It was already after 5pm and I had an emergency on my hands. Bob very thoughtfully offered to reach out to another company he knew that would work in Oregon, for us, since he knew they wouldn’t answer our call because like I said it was now after hours.     When our hot water heater went out, we called Cascade Electric & Plumbing, and Bob came out the same day for a bid. He and his wife went above & beyond (knowing we were without hot water) and were able to remove our existing heater and install a new one - they stayed well after their regular working hours to complete! They did a great job installing a new commercial grade AO Smith water heater! The installation is neat and clean, Bob checked out the electric hook up as well. They hauled away the old water heater. We highly recommend Cascade Electric & Plumbing!

    Had the pleasure to deal with Cascade Elec. My mom had recently bought a house that Cascade electric worked on. Had a few issues with the GCFI in the kitchen. Called Bob and he immediately came over and resolved the issue. Didn’t even know he was coming over that day. I could tell that he definitely cares about his customers and the work he performs.     Had an emergency at work. Called 5 minutes before closing. They were unable to help us, due to us being in OR. but, made phone calls to another plumber due to all companies being closed.The other company called immediately. Was able to set up appointment for next morning. .If your in Washington I would use Cascade .Thanks for saving the day. We would have not been able to open our doors for the families our community center services.

    Holy cow these people are amazing. They literally saved the rehab project with a phone call! I bought an old single wide with leaks and this man stayed on the phone with me and helped me locate the main water shut off so I could continue the repairs. He didn’t need to take time on a Sunday to help me without charging me but he did and I am forever grateful. Literally out here being the GOAT.

    The water pipes in my home froze overnight, and I was not sure what to do so I called Cascade Plumbing and Electrical because it was the trusted plumber my best friend recommended. The gentleman who answered was extremely honest, helpful, and friendly. He took his time to ask me specific questions about my pipes and helped me troubleshoot for free. He even told me that I could call back anytime if I ever had questions. I highly recommend Cascade Plumbing and Electrical because they are honest and considering today was a national holiday they could have easily told me that that they needed to come out for an emergency appointment that would have costed me several hundred dollars or more.

    We were matched with Cascade Electric Service LLC through our home warranty company. We couldnt be more pleased. When we spoke with them on the phone, they were very accommodating to our schedule and were as flexible as they could be. They also told us that if they got an opening sooner than expected, they would call us. And they did! They were on time, found the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, and also fixed 2 safety issues.     Bob at Cascade electric and plumbing did a great job at fixing my light switches and faucets! He also gave me some valuable advice on my smoke detector.     I called Bob to come over and fix my garbage disposal after my daughters stupid pet hamster mysteriously somehow without my knowledge totally not my fault all on its own when no one else was home somehow got onto the counter from across the house 4 feet off the floor got down into the garbage disposal 17 minutes before I got home. Bob was determined to fix my sink no matter what had happened there. In my culture we would say Bob has working hands of magic and a mouth full of words that are of honesty, gold and kindness.     I had an exceptional experience with Cascade. I had a dire emergency with a power Outage on the hottest day of the year so far and an 84 year old mother on air and poor health and Cascade arranged their day to come out right away to find and solve the problem! They were wonderful and our heros! And the owner Bob with his bushy beard I thought resembled Mel Gibson! I highly recommend this company! 😁

    My hybrid water heaters wiring melted, needing repaired. After researching business I chose Cascade due to thier versatile business. I talked to the owner who is calm and knowledgeable, making me feel confident from the start. Bob responded himself to address the initial issues. Their years of experience and roots in the community truly show forth in their top notch skills in assessing our home’s plumbing issues and providing a variety of solutions that can meet a range of budgetary needs. They were kind and patient in explaining the problems in a way we could understand and seeking to find the best solution for our situation and budget. Thankfully we had them out to repair some electrical systems earlier in the year (which they did a fantastic job with) so that it could now support the new water heater and mixing valve.     Had a leak in my shower and they made it out within two days when it couldve taken up to a week. Bob was very professional and clearly explained the repair needed. So happy to have my shower working without it turning into an emergency. They offer three levels of convenience depending on how emergent the repair is which is very helpful. All in all a good experience, I would recommend.

    The technician sent out was Tyler. He was respectful to my home, he wear his mask and protective foot gear making sure not to track dirt in the house. He fixed my sewer ejection pump in less than an hour. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was, and explained why it happened. I was really impressed with his ability to explain it so I could understand. I called for expedited services, paid my fee and by 3pm I was able to take a shower. I received a call back from the office to assure I was pleased with the service. I strongly recommend Cascade Electric LLC for any renovation, emergency service and plumbing and electrical need. I used this company at least 3 times and was pleased each time. Thanks Bobbi your guys have come through again for me.

    Edit: 09/2023We had another pipe problem and I requested Cascade. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service from the Bob (the owner) talking to me like Im an idiot. Was put at the end of the line because they were working thru my ins. Lies from the office.They just left me hanging. I guess they werent looking forward to helping us on our next project or service call like their response states.These people were amazing. From Shonda in the office, who I pestered with tons of questions, to the techs that replaced our sewer pipe, that was installed incorrectly, and Bob the owner who delivered us some gravel that was greatly needed. They were fast, efficient and most of all, affordable.Thank you for a wonderful clogged pipe experience.

    I called about replacing our water heater and Bob inspected it the same day. The next day it was replaced along with the water damaged wood underneath. Bob also installed brackets on the previously loose CPVC water lines and an overflow drain pipe to the exterior of the house in case of a leak in the future.The entire setup is safer and longer-lasting than if it was just swapped out by a retail store or myself, and theres a local company a phone call away to service it if needed. I recommend calling Cascade if you want the job done right.

They arrived on the scheduled time and Tom diagnosed the problem , and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. After the leak was fixed they sent Jeff awhile later and he patched the drywall.     What a wonderful experience having this great team of people taking care of my water heater emergency for me! Sheena and Darlene are such wonderful representatives for the values that Cascade holds. Bob cared enough to come over the night before the scheduled job to meet with me and see what needed to be done..that really impressed me. Talk about going out of your way for your customers! And Bob and Richard are doing such a great job of installation-evluating every detail involved with the operation of the heater as far as safety and performance. And Richard loves cats!     We have had the wonderful of using Cascade Electric and Plumbing two times. The first time was to install our new garbage disposal, Bob did a wonderful job installing and answering all our questions. He left the area clean and told us if we had any problem or questions to give him a call.Our next time we needed them was today when my husband discovered a water leak on our main shut off valve, this was the 3 leak with 3 different valves. I called Cascade Electric was told they would try to get someone out today, they were pretty busy. Bob got here and installed a lot better quality shut off valve, better built and stronger, told my husband what to put around the valve and took care of us.We need any Plumbing and even Electric we will be calling Cascade Electric just added their number to my phone directory. What a great company.

    Was extremely happy with the professional work Bob did replacing worn out lines on water heater. New fitting were needed on copper tubing which required cutting and soldering on fittings.     Cascade is a superb group of people. We had an emergency issue with some of our circuits and they responded the very next morning, found the issue, and proposed a solution that worked best for our needs and budget. Cascade then came out and worked incredibly hard to basically rewire the house all in one day. This also happened to be the day of the heatwave and it was 112 degrees, they truly came through and saved us by getting our ac online.. Phenomenal work ethic and customer service, would highly recommend to anyone that needs a trustworthy electrician.

    Great service! We have had some issues with the sinks at our hair salon off and on for a year or so. Plumbers have come out in the past and treated us like we didn’t know anything because we were young women. This experience was a breath of fresh air! The guy was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.     Bob came and immediately upon explanation knew what the problem was, just had to find the source and was very timely and professional. In and out in just about an hour. The only issue I had was having it take two days longer then explained when scheduling, but this was during the pandemic so Im not going to hold that against them as Im sure the home improvement service industries are overloaded. Overall happy and now have working lights in my house, would use them again.

He corrected the work the previous guy did and made it safe for us, gave us peace of mind as well as information to help ease our minds and inform us. He even took the time to show and explain what he was talking about. Its clear he knows what hes talking about but also cares enough to explain it to us as well. He came out for a home warranty and got us taken care of and will be back Thursday to replace the panel for us. He was extremely nice and patient with us and extremely informative.     I had been to multiple hardware stores just trying to find a fuse for my fuse box at home. Spent a lot of time with workers telling me nothing would work and I had to replace the whole unit.. a man approached me in the customer service line asking if I needed help, wearing an orange shirty first thought was he worked there.. but no this was the owner of cascade electric simply offering offering help if I needed it. He was a certified electrician and could help with any questions.. not only did he find me a comparable part, now installed and working great! He spent about ten minutes explaining to me how unsafe the situation was... man is wealthy, has zero gain for helping me or caring what my wiring is like in my house and as Im In sweats and a sweatshirt I dont look like I can afford a remodel so trying a sales pitch could not have been his gain lol.     Cascade installed recessed LED lighting to a bedroom and living room. They were very professional offering excellent suggestions to modernize the homes electrical system.     I am a single mom who has a really really bad back. I sold a house and bought a house and i really thought that u could put new toilets n the new house.(Ive done it many time in the past) so between purchasing house my sin and lived in a motel for a month while the new house was closing. So needless to say the stress way already at a very high level. I tried like a son of a gun to get the toilets n and when i turned the water on, things got really bad. I had leaks every where! So of course it is after hours and nobody would answer their phones for emergency plumbers! I left a message with all of the ones that i called. About 5 minutes later Bob called me back and he was at my house n about 20 minutes. He actually helped me by having 1 working toilet b4 my kids and i went to bed! He went above and beyond what i ever could have expected. So needless to say I had him do a lot more work for me and it all turned out Fabulous! I will continue to use them and only them for all of my plumbing needs! I cannot thank him and his crew enough! They saved us from using a 5 gallon bucket as a bathroom!!!

    It has been a difficult endeavor to find qualified tradesmen in this area for me as a homeowner. Angies List was an absolute nightmare so I will never use that avenue again. Bob and his crew are totally professional in whatever job they do. I have had a whole house water filtration system installed, new hot water tank, new electrical circuit for a microwave and best of all... a new driveway extension!!!! All the workers are experienced qualified tradesmen.
