    Maxwell and his apprentice Jaden were fantastic! They were very professional and friendly. Made me feel comfortable right away. They did a great job listening to my concerns and they were able to diagnose the issue right away. They also responded to my request fast, in less than an hour I received a call to schedule a good time for them to come out; they were here in less than 24hrs from when I reached out for service.I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

    Had an issue with my water heater and used my home warranty for service. They connected me with AEM Plumbing and I am thrilled with the service. Maxwell called me within 30 minutes of submitting my request, he was at my house within a couple hours and had the parts on hand to fix my issue before he left, once approved by my warranty program. I would highly recommend AEM and would call them again myself.

    AEM Plumbing LLC provides excellent service. I was unsure of the scope of the project I called for and had a billion questions. One service call later, I now understand my septic system better and have a plan for how to best maintain the plumbing in my home. I’ll be using AEM for all my future plumbing projects and recommending them to everyone I know.

    Fantastic service!!! In this recent cold snap I had a broken pipe and no water. Max was there quickly and at a good price fixed the issue the same day. I am calling AEM the next time I have an issue. I recommend him to family and friends. Calling AEM is a good choice for all your plumbing needs.

    We had a problem with a fitting on a hot water tap. (in a 90 year old house)Maxwell arrived very promptly, clearly explained the repair and gave a price quote.He not only repaired the fitting, but pointed out another potential problem (which he repaired as well).Very happy with his work, very happy with him arriving as quickly as he did, and very happy with his price..

    Max was great! We called multiple plumbers during the freeze and Max was the most transparent. Super easy to work with and fit us in quickly. He gave us multiple options. We have some future repairs/replacements well be scheduling with him.

    I found out about AEM Plumbing through my home warranty company. I was told that I would hear from the plumber within two days. I heard from Max within a few hours. I described to him the situation over the phone and he told me that he totally understood what I was dealing with, and that they would see me at the first available appointment, which was in a day. I was supposed to see them between 11 and one, but they actually came early. As soon as they arrived, they immediately asked me to show them where the leak was and I did so. They described to me what they believed the problem was as they were getting their tools. They came right back and shut off the water and quickly began diagnosing the problem. They crawled under the house and also got up under some of the bathrooms that were above the floor. Within no time They had the problem diagnosed and they immediately got to fixing it. They were replaced some faulty pipe that I had with much better equipment and explained everything as they went. They Had a great attitude and were very professional. Most importantly, though is that they were helpful and knew what they were doing. Everything went from chaos and water to things being fixed in a very short period of time. I’ll describe the problem to me, it shows that they had years of experience and we’re not wasting any time and fixing the problem. I cannot begin to suggest them highly enough. They even suggested some things that I could do either on my own or the assistance of a plumber that would stop problems like this from popping up in the future.

    I have a very unique well system. Most companies refused to even try to help me fix it. They’d charge me a service fee to come look at it and give me generic possible solutions without being willing to do the repair. Max was willing to put in the time and effort to diagnose the problem, fix it, and then check in later to ensure everything was still running good. I highly recommend him!

    My water heater’s water line valve broke which left me without hot water. Maxwell arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. He gave me several repair options which was very helpful so I could make the decision that was right for me. I’m really happy with the work he did! He helped the whole process go smoothly and my water heater is working great again! I’ll be using him for all my plumbing jobs from now on.
