    Midwest Companies hired Handlin Construction for a guttering repair job on our building last month, was excellent service! Chris responded for the job within hrs and was completed the next day with no issues. Quality of work, service, price was excellent! Very professional workers with great attitudes is hard to find sometimes with contractors, not with Handlin Construction! MW Companies will be using Handlin Services for future development in our building needs. Thank You Chris!

    Before I began looking for a company to repair my roof after the great hail storm in KC, I first had an unplanned contact with the owner, Chris, who lives locally, and had a genuine conversation with him. Chris got me hooked up with an evaluation with Braxton, who came to my house almost immediately. Braxton made everything clear and did not try to sell me into anything. He answered all of my questions and made my wife and I feel good about the process with not only Handlin Construction, but with my insurance agency. I was the first house on my block to get my roof done and Braxton kept up with me via texts or calls frequently just to check in. I didnt pay a dime until the job was completed and my insurance claim was settled.I am very grateful to Chris, Braxton and the whole crew (who left my yard cleaner than before they started the work!) of Handlin Construction.     I recently hired Handlin Construction to repair a leak in my roof, and I was blown away by their service. Chris was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and fixed the problem.     Chris and his crew did an excellent job for us and Chris helped us through the entire process working with all the trades (framing, roofing, stucco & painting) involved in our project. He made sure the work was done on time and met our quality standards. He also helped us by working with insurance and writing his invoices so they were compliant with the insurance requirements. We highly recommend Chris for any type of roofing work that you would need/want done on your home!!

    I am an insurance agent and Chris has handled every client with exceptional service. He will go above and beyond for you. One of many examples is when one of my clients had their roof claim denied three times and Chris did not stop fighting for her. In the end the client got their whole roof replaced because of Chris. He will go to bat for you every time.

    Chris and his crew did an excellent job when the storms blew through last December, which caused a large branch to fall on my roof, damaging it, ripping off shingles and messing up the guttering. Within a day or 2 of me calling him, he came over and assessed the damage, removed the branch from my roof and made temporary repairs. He worked seemingly effortlessly with my insurance company, and he was able to get me a brand new roof put on, for just the cost of my deductable. I am very happy with how my roof turned out, and I would recommend him to anyone!!

    Chris got the job done in May 2020 for us in getting our insurance to approve a new roof! (After 3 other companies could not). Now in our new house feb 2021, I called him up again! we have attic ventilation issues and he was extremely helpful in how to fix the problem, and provide a reasonable estimate for repairs that need made!! Definitely recommend! Super knowledgeable, professional and timely!
