I give them a five star review based on one very important factor; they care about giving you the best service possible. We hired them to cut down a dead elm tree. The owners arrived promptly to give an estimate of the job. The cost was very resonable compared to other companies. They provided a written quote, and proof or insurance within a day. However they did have to postpone due to a labor issue. Then on the day of the job they had more labor issues when their help didnt show for work. That didnt keep the owners of KC Finest from doing everthing they could to get the job done well. The first day they got the tree down without hitting my shed or the power lines that were very close to the tree. Because of the issue with their help they had to come back the next day to finish cleanup. They arrived early the next day and finished the job. They also gave us a gift card as a thank you for pitching in and helping them some.

If I could give them a 10 out of 5 I would! KC Finest Construction tore down our old deck and built us our new deck. They paid meticulous attention to detail and I know we have a deck that will last for many years to come. Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and communicated continually during the construction. His wife was always available for any question I had with a timely response. It was such a pleasant and easy experience on our part that I will use them for any other future projects!

John and his crew were the best! They got our fence up in a day and a half and we could not be more pleased! The crew all worked very hard and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend! We will be using them again for other projects for sure!
