This company exceeded our expectations in every way. We hired them for a whole-house project. We did thorough research and got several bids for our ceilings (scraped and retextured), trim (new baseboards and paint), wall paint, and custom millwork. After Santiagos initial walk-through, it was clear that he has a meticulous eye and cares very much about craftsmanship. His crew was on-time, professional, and extremely flexible with our requests. We made changes and additions to our project as they worked, because we were so thrilled with how things were turning out ... and they still finished on time. We will hire them for any future painting, trim, or millwork projects. We didnt take before photos, but trust me when I say ... its a completely different house now.

Santiago and his team at KC Paint and Trim repaired some posts and a railing on our porch that had wood rot. They did a fantastic job. I really didn’t know what was needed for the repair but when he came out to do the quote he was honest and only did what needed to be done vs up-pricing by repairing things that didn’t need to be repaired like a few other companies did. The pricing was reasonable and they were the most responsive company we called for the job. The job was scheduled and completed quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I will definitely be contacting them for future projects around our house!

Santiago and his crew did crown molding and baseboards for us, and they were amazing, fast, totally professional, and incredibly thorough. Santiago even had ideas to improvise when some of our materials didnt cover some of our wall damage. When we had a sudden plumbing leak the damaged our kitchen ceiling, they even had a guy there a few days later to repair the ceiling, better than new. I would hire KC Paint and Trim again in a heartbeat.

Santiago made time in his schedule to come out on a weekend and install crown molding and light rail on owner installed kitchen and office cabinets. He was very accommodating to the hands on homeowner. He was on time and did excellent work! Kitchen and office look amazing. Just the finesse we needed to finish off the job!

I went to Santiago and Michelle with KC Paint and Trim for some trim work as part of a bathroom remodel I’ve been doing.It was easy to get scheduled and he was right on time at the scheduled date. In and out in just a few hours and the trim looks wonderful! Incredibly respectful of our home as well and would recommend them to anyone with paint and trim needs.Thanks again!

My home is currently undergoing a significant renovation related to a major water leak. While my home owner’s insurance company is responsible for overseeing restoration of the areas in my home related to the water leak, I have separately retained contractors to simultaneously undertake other renovations in my home. KC Paint & Trim is one of the contractors I personally retained to perform this separate work.Santiago, of KC Paint & Trim, recently installed and painted crown molding in several areas of my house and painted a bedroom with very high ceilings. His impeccable attention to detail resulted in exemplary outcomes for both of these projects. Interestingly, as part of his estimate process, I inadvertently became aware of some “shortcomings” of the work performed by my insurance company’s contractors which I have since pointed out for correction.I am extremely pleased with the work ethic, timeliness, reasonable prices, and expertise of this company and have invited KC Paint & Trim to provide me an estimate for a future, much larger exterior project. Based on my experience, I very highly recommend this company.

We have used Kansas City Paint and Trim for a few projects in our home. First to repaint and trim our first floor. Next we had them customize shelves around a fireplace and wrap a beam in wood. Most recently we had a patch of drywall in our kitchen replaced and ceiling repainted. The quality of work far exceeded expectations. They were prompt, professional and informative.I highly recommend Kansas City Paint and Trim!
