    The team at Adirondack Generators are consistently good folks. Brandon came out on a couple occasions to service my old generator and was always a straight shooter. The owner, Brian, came to the house to advise me on my new generator and then did the installation. And Jean, in the front office, has fielded a bunch of calls and emails from me along the way. All of them are easy to work with and the kind of honest, reliable, down-to-earth people I’m happy to do business with. I recommend them without reservation.

    Such a pleasure to have Brandon here again to service our generator. Theres no question about his ability to keep our generator in top form. Beside that, he is a pleasure to have in our home. Good company to work with and a great personable technician! While this kind of service call is expensive, we feel confident that our generator is in good hands with Adirondack Generators and Brandon!

    Brandon Colvin is an excellent technician. He’s also an excellent communicator. He diagnosed my generator problem quickly. He explained clearly and logically the general condition of my 14 year old generator. He explained what to expect in the future as well. I sincerely appreciate his realistic approach.     What a great experience with Adirondack Generators! During this recent snow storm, we lost power in the middle of the night and our generator didnt turn on. Called Brian and in the wee hours of the morning he showed up quickly and repaired the generator. Very fair priced and great customer service. Highly recommend them for all your generator needs.

The process from first meeting with Brian to now having the generator for over a year has been seemless.     The gentlemen who installed our standby generator were prompt, efficient, and very good about explaining the generator to us. Since it was installed we had one power outage and it was so wonderful to not have to worry about things like the water pump working and the furnace working.

    Brian got me up and running again in no time at all. On a return maintenance, he actually called to see if it would be ok to reschedule an appointment. This is normally handled by a no show with other contractors. ADK Generators are terrific and I would definitely recommend for sales or service.
