    It’s rare to be excited to review a service. Our entire experience with Triple Threat was wonderful. From the first phone call requesting help within 24 hrs to completion of service the next morning, we were thrilled.Nicky and Julia were attentive and very professional estimating and setting up the service call. Nick showed up right on time after texting he was on his way. Everything went smoothly, the final invoice was the estimated amount and my elderly parents were so well taken care of.     Eric and Joe were very helpful, fast, and professional! I was without hot water for 4 days while my landlord tried to get a “handy man to come take a look”. I finally got her to agree to calling a licensed plumbing company. Triple threat plumbing was highly recommended. When I first called them about the issue, they arrived within 1 hour. They professionally handled dealing with my landlord for a replacement. They efficiently completed the replacement in 1 hour! Such a great experience. I’m so glad my landlord agreed to sign up for a membership so I never have to worry about plumbing issues going unfixed. I will be highly recommending Triple Threat Plumbing to everyone.     Great Service from Triple Threat Plumbing !!!!Niki, Nick & Darryl took good care of my service request in a professional manner.Niki answered my call, provided answers to my questions & scheduled my appointment for Nick, the plumbing service tech to come out to video inspect my main drain line after another companys repair efforts. Nick gave me a heads-up notice he was on the way about 25 minutes before the scheduled time He arrived on time, ready to go. We met, went over my expections of the video inspection including receiving the video inspection movie data file & pictures of various repaired joints. Darryls recommendation to use Triple Threat was the reason I went with Triple Threat to perform the tasking I needed completed. Thank you for a task completed to my satisfaction.     Can’t say enough about triple threat plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency at my home with a backed up main line. I called them later in the day and they gave me a window of about three hour before they could get there. However, Gary was at my house in half that time. He fixed my clog in no time flat and also gave me some tips on plumbing maintenance. Which I have to say was much appreciated. I ended up signing up for their premium membership, which is well worth it! I can’t say enough about Gary’s professionalism and friendly demeanor. Triple Threat plumping now has a life long client. I have recommended them to some of my friends already!!

    I contacted Triple Threat Plumbing early Sunday morning. I was so surprised I was able to get the help I needed with a possible leaking pipe/toilet right away. I expected I would need to be scheduled in the next week. Gary fixed my issue swiftly and professionally. I would recommend this company. 5 Stars!

    I have had issues waiting for up to two weeks for responses ro plumbing issues in the past, even for emergency services.The guys at triple threat saw me the next day for just a plumbing curiosity essentially.Eric and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and quick in their service. I do not really have a mind for this kind of work, but they were able to clearly and succinctly articulate the issues and all potential solutions and help me come to an informed decision that worked for me, without trying to upsell me on any services or products. While I dont hope to need future work, I feel good about knowing Triple Threat is there.

    Great Service!! Eric came in quick and got the job done. He suggested an option for the water fountain to not have an issue in the future. If there is another issue he explained what we can do to help prevent it from happening again. Super friendly, highly recommend!!

    Eric and Nick are truly professionals. They completed an entire re-pipe of my 3 bedroom house in one day, and for cheaper than any company in the area. Hands down better service and quality of work than Preferred.

    Triple Threat was very quick to respond to my daughters home on Johns Island for an emergency water leak. Nick had to open the wall and with precision cutting and a shopvac while cutting, the cleanup afterwards was minimal. He provided us with pictures inside the wall and double checked everything after the water was turned back on. Thank you Triple Threat and Nick for easing our minds that there will be no further leaks in this area! Will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs!

    Two young men from Triple Threat came to our house and unclogged a drain line from our washing machine. They came out on Saturday morning just a couple of hours after I called the office. They were thorough, carefully diagnosing the problem before they went ahead and explaining their procedure for resolving the clog. Once completed, they cleaned up everything so the area was better than when they started.They’ll be my go to plumbers from now on!

    Joseph Getty of TTP was probably best experience this senior citizen has had in 75 years. Arrived on time, rebuilt one toilet completely, installed two new faucets of choosing with pop up drains, ran 100 ft of pex pipe underground tying into our city h2o line for our camper. The only plumber service weve had who left the work area cleaner than start to. I Can say yes, I would be very happy to recommend Triple Threat plumbing for quality ethics and work. This is written by 75 yo 100% disabled war veteran, licensed Home Inspector.

    Triple Threat Plumbing serviced and repaired our tankless water heater, which was long overdue for maintenance. Nick was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. His work was extremely thorough, going well beyond what we had expected, and he stayed after hours to finish the job. Their pricing was below other quotes we had received. This is apparently a relatively new and small company, but with the quality of their work, I believe it wont be small for long.

    Gary was amazing. He diagnosed the problem with my gas firepit quickly and ordered a new burner and replaced the gas fittings and came back with the burner and tray connected and ready to install. His apprentice Joe was respectful, attentive and quick to help with what ever was needed. Not only did they install the burner, providing us with the best flame we have ever seen, but he replaced the patio block trim around the tray as well. Would hire them again for any plumbing, sewer issues or gas line or firepit issues in a heartbeat. Job well done guys!!
