    For the past year, Loch Raven Remodeling has been working to help me update my house which included a new roof, dry-loc painting of basement storage room, new shower head installation, demo of paneling in family room with new Sheetrock and painting completed. Bri has been immensely helpful getting everything scheduled and staying in touch with me throughout the process. Gino has provided good fair estimates and excellent crew throughout the jobs. I highly recommend this company and I plan to keep them busy with more updates. Thanks all!

    I would highly recommend Loch Raven Remodeling. I recently had my kitchen remodeled due to a dishwasher leak. Having to deal with Insurance, there is always a headache involved. But Gino and Bri made the process move so smoothly. Dave and his team did a great job! It looks great! We are having them do more work for us in the near future.

    Loch Raven Remodeling refurbished a townhouse for me that included a new bathroom and a new kitchen. Gino and his crew did a solid job using good quality materials and were prompt in delivery of the finished product. They were responsive, timely and control the trades so it’s one stop shop. His electrician was also outstanding and very helpful. Thank you, Gino and Rick for a great job and outstanding work!

    Loch Raven Remodeling was easy to work, the owner was professional and very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable with choosing them for the work I needed completed.     The crew was COVID conscious and extremely polite. The work itself was done ahead of schedule due to the forethought and consideration of weather conditions since it was the installation of several windows. Overall the service was exceptional and I plan on having them return in the spring for remodeling the basement without question. I highly recommend this company!

    Over the last 4 years, we have used them for (1) a shingle roof replacement, which they accomplished with a full, hard-working crew in one day; (2) a garage drywall project; (3) a kitchen project where they provided high quality tile replacement and coordinated well with our cabinet and counter contractor; and finally (4) a window and door replacement. All projects were well done, with the roofing, kitchen and window projects being done very well, right on schedule. The drywall project rates a little lower, but still acceptable. Hope this helps.

    This company is a fraud! They tell you what they will do, quote a price, and draw a contract with no specifics. After the job is done they say that was not part not the job. Its the old close and bump.They left down spouts draining into the foundation even though the spouts they replaced drained away. I had to fix it myself.They totaled the bill incorrectly to their advantage. When I pointed out the overcharge they claimed they were right though the math was clearly wrong.The owner claimed he had no stamps. To get my refund Id have to drive to his home in Harford County and get it off his front door; to which it wastacked.He challenged me to go to his lawyer to get my money. And I did.For $125 he gave up putting a new roof and gutters on my house as my next project.He is a disgrace to the industry and his family name (which I wont useso as not to taint them as they are also roofers)Stay away from this guy!

    We had a great experience with Loch Raven Remodeling Geno was professional and fairly priced . We had three quotes on our roof and Geno couldnt be beaten. Our contractor who we knew before said we should go with that quote because he just couldnt beat it. Communication was great - and fast work between signing the contract and having our roof put on . Guys were professional, arrived early and got the whole job done in one day. No nails or shingles or any other debris was to be found in our yard or any other place. Very happy with the work and the experience and would use again.....as soon as we pay off this one! :). Thank you, Loch Raven!

    Gino installed new entry doors front and back and storm doors.New railing in front and side and back steps.We were so happy with there work we had Gino do a remodel on our kitchen.They will be installing new windows when they come in.
