    Joe and his team at Straight Plumbing are exceptional. I recently needed my water service line replaced due to a leak and began gathering quotes. One company claimed that a different path was necessary for the replacement, leading to more work and higher costs.I reached out to Joe, recommended by several colleagues, and he promptly assessed the situation. He explained his method for replacing the line and provided a quote that included necessary upgrades at a much lower cost. Joe and his team completed the job a few days later, and I couldnt be happier with the result. During the day of replacing my water line, I requested some additional work which they completed on the spot.     Joe has been a pleasure to work with! We have an old Victorian (1891) and it has never been so comfortable! The heat with the new furnace is balanced and the furnace is so quiet!     I woke up this morning to no water. A friend recommended Joe Tull at Straight Plumbing. I left a message and he called me back immediately. I told him the problem, and within an hour he was here with everything he needed. He explained things thoroughly, and within a couple hours my well pump was replaced, my well was chlorinated, and I have water again. EXCELLENT service, and a very reasonable price!! A+A+A+

    I contacted Joe at Straight Plumbing LLC for a tankless hot water heater repair at our rental property. Ironically, he was recommended by another plumbing company I contacted first that didnt work on tankless heaters. Our property management company had sent two other vendors to the property that were unable to complete the repair over the course of a week frustrating my wife, me and our tenant. His team responded within 24 hours, completed the necessary repairs, and charged us fair prices in comparison to other vendors contacted. I would recommend and use this company again in the future.     Unfortunately, Ive had the main water line break 4 times in less than 5 years. Also, unfortunately, I used the same plumber the first three times. The work the other plumber did (or did not do) is another story.Luckily, I got in touch with Joe. He knew what material had been used before I told him. He educated me on why copper should not be used. Joe was great. He was responsive. He came out to take a look. He was thorough and explained things clearly. He gave me confidence that he would be able to, finally, resolve my problem. So I decided to no longer use my old plumber and to use Straight Plumbing. The work was completed today. Joe arrived early and was ready to go. The work was completed as promised. His crew cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. He ended up having to replace a couple of parts, the previous plumber either broke or neglected to fix. He took it in stride and simply got the work done. He even put down grass seed. I only mention that cause my previous plumber didnt seem to care about my yard.This situation has sucked and has cost my several thousand dollars over the past 5 years. Joe is a breath of fresh air. He guarantees his work. He takes pride in what hes doing. Hes thorough. And he cares. I hope to God I wont need him anytime soon but if I do, Ill call him.

    Joe and his crew are awesome! After hiring him to hook up a gas range, he inspected my boiler and noticed it was on the way out. He gave us information about an ultra high efficiency natural gas boiler for our radiators. Communication with Joe is great as he explains things well and is quick to respond. Will certainly be using them again with future plumbing/heating needs!

    Cant say enough good things about this company. Had a leaking water pipe outside that was saturating the driveway. I was able to call Joe and he was over to inspect the line within 15 minutes of the phone call and took time out of his day to stop and come out. Joe was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done and was able to get me a quote later that day.They were able to respond 2 days later to do the job. They were on time and very professional. They treated us like family and even respected the fact that we had cats and didnt want the doors left open so they couldnt get out. The work was done very well and they patched the driveway with concrete and took their time making sure it looked great. They also did a great job with site clean up. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a great local plumbing company.

    We have (un?)fortunately used these guys multiple times. They have come out on a moments noticed, replaced well pumps at 2 houses, fixed a multiple rotten pipes, and entertain my son as well! They’re super efficient, reliable, personable, give great feed back on what you NEED to do vs some X factors on what might be good for the long run (our new house has had both acute and chronic issues). The prices are more than fair for the work they do. Even if I have had to have these guys on speed dial, I’m happy to work with them and they have been worth their weight in gold. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough. I would add pictures but they are pretty gross (including pee leaking from the ceiling).

    Called Joe for water around our boiler. He was quick to answer and respond to our issue. Once he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Even after he fixed our water problem, he recommended testing our water for harmful minerals/acidity.     I called Joe at 6am on a cold Saturday morning because my boiler wasn’t working and my family had no heat. Joe and his assistant Jameson arrived at my house 90min later!     After another company spent the entire day trying to unclog my drain and told me it had probably collapsed and would be 2 weeks just to get a permit to dig I rented a porta potty. Just to verify this I contacted Straight Plumbing and they sent over a plumber the same day and had the drain cleared and visually inspected with a camera. There was no fault in the drain at all. He did all this in 45 minutes. They saved me $10,000. I would highly recommend this company.

    Ive had a number of small jobs done by Joe and Rob since the early days of Straight Plumbing. Just recently the two of them upgraded my neutralizer and softener system in my new (to me) house. The two of them knocked out the work in quick order and the installation looks professional and I am coming away more educated about well and water treatment systems. I trust them for their selection of products and advice before during and after service. In my experience, looking for the cheapest plumber can cost you more, so if you think this team might not be the cheapest, you can bet that their pricing is fair and their service is second to none.

    Our primary sump pump died and our basement flooded on 4th of July. A friend of ours recommended Joe. He responded to me quickly and on his day off! He came out the next day and replaced not 1 but 2 sumps. Our backup had died as well. He was great. Did it all by himself and it looks so good. Installed a battery back up for the primary.     We have used Joe before for a small project, but we used his company again and had Robert do a pretty big project for us. We moved into a new home and needed several systems for our well water. He came out, tested the water, explained everything to me as he did it, and was actually able to do the installation SAME DAY for us! When he was done, he educated us a bit on the systems, how they work, and said when they need to be serviced next year, he would teach us about servicing it further. I thought the price was extremely fair and we plan on continuing using them again for more projects! Thanks so much!

    Straight Plumbing was a pleasure to work with, both professional and punctual. Our tankless water heater was not heating water. They immediately went to work troubleshooting the issue. It was found that the previous installation was not done correctly causing parts to burn out and malfunctions. They offered us a choice of trying to correct the old unit, or starting from scratch. There was no pressure to choose one way or the other, but we chose to do the full reinstall. Straight plumbing worked us in as an emergency the next morning being that we were without hot water. Unlike some contractors I have used in the past, they left the work area clean like they had never been there.

    Joe and Robert did an amazing job! From the time I called Joe to the time of installing an entire boiler system was only 3 days. He is professional, honest, straightforward, and will not stop until the job is DONE.     Joe helped me out by replacing a leaking blue poly main water line. He was extremely efficient and timely, completing the high-quality job from start to finish in less than 4 hours.He isn’t the go-to if you’re looking for the cheapest plumber in the area, but he does work at an extremely fair and reasonable rate. He isn’t going to charge you an arm and a leg by any means, but his attention to detail he shows in his work is worth the price, and he deserves to make the amount that we agreed on for the job.Joe was very knowledgeable and diligent, as a master plumber, and explained each step of the process to me as he was doing it. He was very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. For this job, he even hand-tamped, seeded, and laid straw in the front yard afterwards.All in all, Joe’s professionalism, dedication to exceptional service, and extremely fair value pricing was enough to make me write this review and I’ll be sure to call him back for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.Update: Had a water heater installed by Joe right before Christmas 2021 and he did a great job yet again. All of the above still stands. Joe is an excellent worker and fair value for the work he did on such short notice. He even worked towards resolving the issue without going for the big replacement right away in order to save us time and money. Unfortunately we ended up needing the replacement, but it was great that he wasn’t trying to nickel and dime us to death by just suggesting the most expensive fix first.

    Joe came out to look at replacing my upstairs faucet, but also spent time checking out all of my plumbing in a very old house. He inspected my systems in the basement, tested the water quality, inspected the boiler, and other systems. He came back to me within a few minutes with several options and was honest every step of the way. His honesty and fair price saved me from spending an exorbitant amount of money that another local contractor had quoted me on fixes that I didn’t need! Joe and Rob came back a week later and installed a new water softener, neutralizer, fixed some boiler issues, and installed my new faucet. Everything looks great and is working great! Joe even recommended other cost saving measures I could take for my LP and recommended an HVAC contractor to me! I highly recommend Joe and Rob for all of your plumbing needs! Excellent service!     Joe did a water heater for me almost three years ago on my prior property and did a great job for a great price. Bought a new property, Joe just put in a new Hybrid Water heater, installation looks great and it works great. It’s obvious they like what they do. I had Joe replace a polybutylene main service line in 2020 before it became an issue.... Joe did a great job.About 11 months later a fitting on the water meter started leaking, he came right over after hours and fixed it no charge. Great company.

    Great business, quick response, and super impressed with the job. Called Straight Plumbing to resolve well water issue we were having. Joe was very responsive. We were dealing with an extraordinarily high TDS issue with our well water. Among the many test done, his was the only business that had the wherewithal to investigate our well water issues, not only testing our water, but our neighbors as well in order to draw comparison to determine what could be a factor. Once the problem was determined an appointment was set and Straight Plumbing came out the following week to repair what was determine to be bad well casing that was leaking ground water into our system. The well casing was replaced and our water became useful once again. We highly recommend Straight Plumbing for any indoor/outdoor plumbing needs.

    I can’t speak highly enough Joe. He answered my call before 8 am, arrived within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem- faulty pump on my boiler-and had it replaced, properly working and cleaned up the site in 2 hours. He had the part on his truck, confirmed the problem with a manufacturer rep and patiently answered all my questions. I’ll never use anyone other than Straight Plumbing for boiler repair, maintenance and replacement.

    I called Joe at noon with a serious water issue. He answered the phone and said he would try to make it out. He called me again at 5pm to say he was on his way out after wrapping up another job. After diagnosing the issue Joe had his supplier reopen their store so he could get the parts he needed and after returning stayed late working to get us back up and running. I would highly recommend his services as he definitely went out of his way to help us. Joe also tested our water while he was here and advised us on some other areas that needed attention. We appreciated all of his recommendations and will have him back out again soon to address those as well. We could not have asked for anything more from Joe and Rob and the job that they did for us. Great service!

    Definitely recommend! Had two indoor hose bib pipes leaking as well as the PRV on the main line into the house, they came and had it all taken care of in no time and did an excellent job! Also installed new water heater. Prices were competitive and the service and attention to detail was above and beyond. They had to deal with the county to find my outside water turn off and they handled the entire situation professionally and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the service.

    They gave me a quote on sewer and main line upsize, the price was awesome, and Joe and his crew got to work replacing my sewer and main line to my house. Glad I called them because the tree roots were growing through my orangeburg fiber sewage pipe. They replaced the whole deal with nice PVC, and upsized my 1/2 main water line to 3/4 heavy gauge PEX. An example of that is recently when I texted him with a concern related to to my geothermal supplemental tank and my water heater. Joe said he could be out in a week (I had mostly hot water). At first we were going to go with a regular water heater but at the last minute decided to switch to a hybrid heater and somehow the owner managed to get the new heater to us within an hour! They worked late and stayed at our house till 6 pm to get us working again and for us to have hot water. After shopping around they were not the cheapest, but cheapest is not always best. They were worth the extra cost for responsiveness, quality, information and professionalism. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and hauled away our old heater. Would recommend.

    I just moved to Maryland and while I was setting up my washing machine and I couldn’t get the old hoses off and didn’t want to risk snapping a pipe. I called joe and he said ok I’ll be out in the morning.Joe shows up right on time, and instantly notices I intact did break the pipe. Shut the water off and repaired my massive mistake with ease. Superior work and expert advice was provided th whole time.He then asked me (didn’t push me) do you want to test your water. I said yes. He grabs the kit and performs the test in front of me. My water had iron in it, the ph was super low, and IHad terrible hard water. He went over the options with me and asked how I would like to proceed.I agree to hook up a new high pressure tank for the well and a water treatment system.
