TJs Plumbing & Heating folks are knowledgeable, extremely capable and efficient. We have turned to them for both plumbing and furnace issues and have always been very satisfied with their service. Recently, Richard and Nathan worked on a laundry room pipe. They were able to isolate the problem and do the necessary repairs quickly and completely. Just a note on their customer care - Richard noticed our cat was in the adjacent area, and made certain to close the outer door completely each time he went back and forth to the truck. He even offered to check for her under the couch when I didnt see her! Both workers were polite, friendly and communicative. Additionally, the office staff is friendly and efficient. This has been the case any time TJs has done work for us. We highly recommend TJs.

I don’t understand why TJs doesn’t have all 5 star reviews. My first time calling them was at 10 pm on a Saturday night when my well pump stopped working. They came out immediately and repaired it for about $100. I have used them for several instances after this and they are always fantastic. They get me scheduled in quickly. The crews they send are polite and professional and arrive at their scheduled time. Randy B and Matt were here this time. Calvin came last time. All three of them were outstanding.The job is always done to my satisfaction. And the prices are as good or better than other estimates I get for the same job. I have been very happy and I highly recommend them.

Our basement flooded overnight and partially submerged our furnace. We called TJ’s first thing in the morning, and I was so surprised at how quickly the team responded. Devon and Dan were here by 8am to pump out the water, and Mike was able to get us an estimate for the furnace panel replacement by the afternoon. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and kindness - they made a bad situation so much better!

I needed a new faucet for my kitchen sink. Jerry and Dana showed up on time. They explained that they didnt have the same faucet on their truck and were kind enough to go to Home Depot to purchase the correct faucet. They installed the faucet in less than a half hour. Highly recommended.

After taking a shower Christmas morning water was leaking from my bathroom through my ceiling. I decided to give them a call that morning. They were at my house within 30 minutes, discovered that my pipes are old galvanized steel. They completed a full re-pipe with PEX. They have the best customer service in the business Which is very hard to find these days!!!!!!! Thank you TJ plumbing for helping me. Updated:Let me start by saying the staff from customer service ladies to the 5 different plumber gents in and out of my home were very nice, respectful of my home, and courteous about knocking and asking permission to use things and go places in my home.My hot water tank was leaking and creating toxic levels of carbon emissions then blew up. Within minutes national fuel turned my gas off and within an hour TJs was at my house to give an estimate and set an appointment. They cost more than my other estimate, but were able to put my hot water tank in 2 days earlier than the others.They showed up for my install later than they said they would which happens sometimes. It took 4 hours to put it in, but my water pressure issue wasnt resolved (due to my older pipes) so they had to come back the next day.They said when I signed my contract and paid my deposit the day before the tank and all of the service was included in the price which confused and upset me when I had a service fee after. I voiced my concern about the extra charge and Dewey contacted me. He explained the situation to me (my older pipes causing a clog) and resolved it so Im very happy and will use them again, especially because all of the employees were great. My hot water tank and water pressure are awesome now! Thank you!

I want to give a Shout Out to Charles at TJS. My furnace did not run well all winter despite being evaluated by plumbers. Charles immediately found the problem. A ground hog chewed up the heat ducts in my crawl space and died. Charles not only replaced the ducts but found other problems and fixed them as well. Finally my home is warm PS he also got my cat out of the crawl space

I highly recommend TJs and have used them before. Gary was concerned enough to check all 20 some rooms I have, as I have hot water baseboard heat. Cant say enough about them.

This review is a long time coming; weve used TJs for a tedious sewer drain clean out, where we both learned things about my house. After the two snakes didnt get the clog fixed we had to use the jet. TJs plumbers didnt immediately want to jump to the most expensive tool and I respect that. They also didnt charge us for the second snaking as it didnt work. The most recent camera inspection and snaking kept us ahead of the issue.In this time weve dealt with six of their plumbers and each one was polite and professional. Because of that, we will look to TJs first for future plumbing needs.

We are new homeowners and ran into an issue that was hidden under our deck. We had raw sewage being dumped under our back porch which we hadnt known about til 11pm. My boyfriend called TJs first thing in the morning, they were there within the hour. We needed to replace a pipe from the house to the septic tank. They worked on this the very next morning for nearly 12 hours, hand digging our yard! They are hard working men and helped us out in a pinch and we couldnt be more grateful for the job they did for us. We will definitely be returning!

TJ plumbing replaced the 100-year old sewerline from the house to the street on a hill, the house had sank iver the decades and the waste line had to flow uphill for waste water to reach the city sewer main, TJ had to dig a trench 8-feet deep and 20-feet long, and they replaced all the old rusted-out iron pipe and TJ did a great job, now I can fill my whole toilet full of the thickest paper and it will flush clean with no cloggs or back up... unlike before. Nice!
