We had an amazing experience with Heartland Heating and Cooling. We had a small furnace problem on a holiday weekend. Tyler was responsive and understanding. The problem wasnt major and the part had to be ordered. I thought for sure I would have to call and followup to make sure the fix would be completed but instead I got regular messages and was on the schedule very quickly. Now the best part: The work was done with such high regard for our home. It was nothing major but I could tell that Tyler took the time and effort as if it was his own home. We could not even tell he had been there and we are so happy with the result. Customer service is the key to a lifetime customer and thats what we will be. This fix was small, but we will now always choose Heartland for our HVAC needs.

Of course since we are having a blizzard, the boiler quit working! The receptionist was friendly and professional. I had a response from the plumber within an hours time to set an immediate appointment. Ryder did an excellent job and really knows boilers! I so appreciate the texts of arriving at the job and job finished. I would highly recommend them and will continue doing business with Heartland Heating.

They did a great job installing a dual air conditioning and furnace system. 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Tyler and Spencer came in at 8 and had everything done by 5. Removal and installation. Efficient, professional, knowledgable. Helped us setup the app on our phone to control the thermostat. We also had them install 2 water heaters. Great work from Jack and John. From the onsite visit with Nathan through the installation -very customer focused and professional.We would highly recommend these guys.

The entire experience I had with Heartland Heating And Cooling was top notch in terms of professionalism, timeliness and quality of work. It all started when my family and I awoke to our AC not working, which had become all too regular since our furnace, AC unit and water heater were still all original from when the house was built in 1984. I made a service call for the same day and they were more than accommodating to my work schedule. Ryder touched base with me shortly after I called the office seeing if he could come sooner than we had scheduled (4:00PM) however I was still at work and he said that wasnt a problem. 4:00PM on the dot he arrived and as he was diagnosing the problem I had asked if he could grab some numbers to take back and get me a quote on everything being replaced. The next morning Nathan called with a rough estimate but wanted to get a look at everything in person before giving a final quote. Again, I was at work but I hadnt left town yet so I asked if he could meet me in 15 minutes to take a look. He had to have dropped everything he was working on to come on such short notice, but he did. He gave me the final estimate with no pressure whatsoever, saying the quote was good for several months and I could do whatever I needed to do in the meantime. Obviously since Im writing this review I decided to pull the trigger. The next day Nathan returned with Spencer, one of the install guys to give everything a final look to make sure everything was going to work as planned since our furnace and water heater are in very tight quarters with minimal room to spare. Everything was a go. The following day Spencer returned with Ty at 8:30AM, again on time to the minute to start working. Both did exceptional work, very neat, tidy and professional with no scrap, shavings or mess of any sort left behind. Everything was completed by 3:00PM the same day, even with the addition of a few other things I had them take care of while they were here (at no additonal cost, to boot). A new thermostat was also included. Its also worth mentioning that the original service charge was wiped clean by Nathan. I cant recommend these guys enough!

While we were too far out for them to provide service for us, they were quick to provide glowing recommendations for another company closer to us. Very prompt response time, professional and helpful. While we didnt get do any buisness with them, I would highly recommend them!

Had them install a new HVAC system in my house. They got after it right away and cleaned up after themselves. There was a few small things with duct runs they had to come back to fix but they always sent somebody out the day I called or the next day. Since then Ive had a few more small issues and theyve still always been there that day or the next. They are reasonably priced and work hard.

They were over instantly to do the repair!!! I appreciate the great work!! They are also the cheapest place in Jamestown for heating and cooling! I will do business with them again in the future if I need them! Will recommend as well.

My A/C went out during the hottest week of the year so far. My house was sitting around 85 degrees for over a week. Heartland had a technician out the day I called and an installer to give me a quote the next day. They moved me up on their list and got my system updated and running again that same week.Huge shoutout to Kylen, Denise, and Nathan for getting the job done, communicating well, and getting my place cool again.Highly recommend Heartland Heating and Cooling.
