    For anyone interested in general construction, window installation and screen repair or replacement, I can not recommend this company highly enough. Many homeowners have had nightmare scenarios when dealing with local companies hired to do home repairs. I guarantee that you will have no such experience with Colonial Construction. They provide an honest and reasonable estimate, do the work requested on time and if need be, they return to do touch-ups or remedial work after the job is completed and they do it on YOUR schedule. These guys are the best.

    Incredible team! Its hard to find good contractors that do what they say theyre going to do, finish with no complications, and stand behind their work. Ive never wanted to hug a contractor until now. Franky is honest, informative, humble, and direct. I was happy with Colonial from quote to completion. Everything he said would happen, happened. His crew was professional, conscientious, and friendly. I wish they did other kinds of work. Id hire them for that too!

    Great to work with and great product! My husband and I got our patio enclosed. We’re up front about the lead time (it was actually quicker that initially told) & had fair pricing. The two guys that installed the screen did great work and were very nice. We are so excited to enjoy our patio!

    The work and workers displayed professional work ethics and the project started in a timely fashion.Several minor items were noticed and repaired within 24 hours or less. When comparing other companies, besides the price, check the length of the service time offeredafter closing.Several neighbors reviewed the finished product and chose Colonial for their enclosure.

    We are highly pleased with ALL of the exterior projects completed by Colonial Construction at our home. The meticulous care and involvement by owner Frank Cardenas and his team delivered a roofed screen room and extensive paver work that transformed the exterior of our home. Our vision for a wide pavered driveway evolved into a beautiful circular drive, thanks to their creative problem solving. The grassy/muddy side yard of our house was converted into a clean pavered parking area for house guests or a small boat/RV. And the backyard was connected by a quality roofed screen room, which added over 400 square feet of living space overlooking our private garden. The projects were not without delays (weather and city permitting), but in every instance we were kept informed. The staff was easy to work with and left the job site clean at the end of each day. We especially appreciated Franks personal efforts to help us find an alternative paver style after learning that the Tremron ones we chose had been discontinued. We ended up finding Belgard pavers that we liked even better for our purposes. Then Franks brilliant recommendation to define the edges with a contrasting dark gray paver really made our Appian Stone Rio pavers pop even more! He and his team also invested numerous hours with the City permitting department, to ensure that the layout design would pass all building and right of way requirements. Although Colonial Construction projects may cost a little more, they build by the books and dont take any shortcuts. On top of that, it was clear that Frank and others on his team (Scott, John, Henry, Jose, Miguel, Ivan, et al) took a personal interest in achieving a result we would really like. A special thanks to everyone at Colonial Construction for beautifying our home environment and demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality. I strongly recommend them.

    Amazing job! Customer service was great! Franky made it happen just the way he said it would. On time, quality workmanship and went above and beyond. We had an existing lanai screen that needed replacing. Some metal frame needed replacing. A small job for any company, easily pushed aside for bigger money projects…NOT the case with Colonial…on the job in less than two weeks and completed in 2 days. Welcome summer! Thanks again Franky!!

    This company is first rate! We had Colonial enclose and screen our large deck for us and they did an excellent job--exact and precision installation, clean job site. and friendly and efficient crew. We love it! in fact so much so we had the come back and enclose our covered front porch. Same thing there.We had several friends who also had their patios enclosed because they were marginally cheaper, but after comparing their work to ours, they had to admit they made the wrong choice.We wound not use anyone else and highly recommend them to you!

    I had my patio redone by Colonial and am very pleased with the company and work. Scott is a very pleasant person to interact with and Frank and the crew that did the work are very nice to work with. I think you would also be pleased to work with the company for your patio needs. I left a review on YELP that showed my city as San Francisco due to my VPN but I live in Argyle Forest off 295 in case does it again.
